This is the honest review about this hospital In this hospital i visit with my mom. I really had very bad experience in this hospital. The hospital is very very rediculous hospital i suggest to another people of indore and Madhya Pradesh never ever go for this hospital there day shift nursing staff in ICU is very cheap and 3rd class in ICU they don't care about patient they were in there own zone of fun. In fact the day time nursing staff and the physician ttonting the patient because of there health condition In ICU my mom was there for 2days and both day there Ac is not working .never ever go this hospital. Indirectly we were trapped in this hospital. At the end my mother health is not showing any result then urgently we take discharge from this hospital causes we don't get any care any response form the hospital ant the nurse .. please people'say big NO to this hospital

Visited the hospital between 21st and 27th April 2022 after my father suffered a paralysis attack. Staff and doctors were really supportive and courteous. They don't exploit unnecessary on medicine and test. Recommended only what was important. What impressed me additionally was their mediclaim team. Ms. Nupur Joshi was very helpful and supporting and she made entire mediclaim process piece of cake. A true asset she is to the organisation. Thank you Ms. Nupur Joshi. God bless you. Consider this an honest review as it was personally experienced by me. I was admitted for my c section delivery and was shifted to an AC room which is deluxe room charged around 5k per day. The room was too small and there was no space for more than 1 attendees. No bed to sleep for attendees, just one petite couch which was not enough to fit in. It was peak of summer but the AC wasn't working. Washroom was also small, I almost fell down after catheter removal. Not just the night staff but the day staff was also irresponsible, it always took us 2-3 calls to get our services answered. Charged us way too much which made our mediclaim of no use. They were so irresponsible that after every time the drip get emptied we need to call them twice or thrice, also because of their lack of concentration I had blood loss during hospital discharge. Don't get admitted there.

Keen to admit the patient always. The receptionist on the call itself is suggesting to admit my father without being seen by the doctor. I called to reception and straight away they are asking me to admit my father. Seems like money minded Hospital.

Very bad experience! Lazy and careless staff(took 15 min to find a stretcher), poor management who's only interested in making money... Won't recommend this hospital to anyone!

Hospital is good in every term from treatment to staff and facilities. Its in a good location making easy access to medicines and other stuff. Well maintained and hygienic hospital. Their services are really mentionable .

Very good and humble team of doctors and nurses. Right from entry to even pharmacy staff. But only sad part of canteen owner and their strange ways to make money. I hope the owners do look into it. I am glad to see it's been years and still the hospital services are up to date.

Our patient Sangeeta Sharma admitted in Suyash hospital .Everything is good in Suyash hospital...All nursing staff are very good and well behaved.. Amongst the nursing staff special mention to Gigi Sister, Sudha Sister, Mariamma sister, Sister Remani, Mansi Kochurani and sister Tarcila who gave immense care and support to our patient. And Duty doctor Dr. Poonam Singh is very good and supportive.. The second floor coordinator was also very cooperative and diligently took care of everything. Thank you to Dr.Atul Shende sir, Dr. Brajesh lal sir, and Dr. Girish Mehta sir. However it's a request to the hospital staff to improve the quality of the gowns and bed sheets and pillow covers provided. Also in evening refreshments like tea and biscuits must be provided to the patient. There was a really long gap between the meals provided to the patient kindly improve that as well.

Doctors, Nurse & Helping worker are all good. Friendly environment. Cordinator staff are good. They take care like Relatives. Timely examination done, medicine at proper time.

This is no more a hospital but a hideout for decoits. Management is not less than any criminal organization and the whole staff is trained n developmed for looting n robbery. Stay away आदमखोर भेड़िए हैं ये नरपिशाच दरिंदे ।

Very bad experience. Doctor of this hospital unable to control the loose motion and stomach pain in three days. No records of what is being prescribed or given. Asking for huge money without treatment given. Dirty toilet. Nothing being given to eat for admitted patient even upto 8.30. In whole, it is hell being sold on high rates. Very vague reply given. It has been mentioned that my patient stayed in general ward which is totally wrong. I have paid for semi pvt ward and if it is general than return the extra amount extracted from me urgently. Reconcile with bill paid by me. Totally vague reply.

Hospital Atmosphere is very good as compared to other hospitals in indore. My child Khush sharma was admitted there. Very supportive staff is there. Mediclaim team is very cooperative. I was admitted here for Dengue back in October 2021 during my visit to Hometown, Indore. More than a year later, I haven't received refund for additional 10% deposit amid cashless claim amount scuffle between insurer and hospital. Insurer has produced me with proof for Transaction of the balance amount, on the other hand Hospital shared bank statement to me for the entire month without any trace of amount received. It seems this is not the first time this Hospital has had this issue with Insurance company. Nursing staff is very good, except for one of the duty doctor who thinks, he is above everyone else. Toilets were Dirty!

I delivered few days back in Suyash. Everyone were good, Nursing staff was so helpful and polite. One of the House keeping on that was a bit rude kindly instruct them to be patient and polite.

My wife delivered baby in the hospital. Staff on the 2nd floor is very good and co-operative. Billing and admission process is very smooth. Only problem i faced is its private AC rooms are very small its quite difficult to manage with mother baby and attendant. It feels like dungeon in there.

There was a girl at reception name Aakrati Shukla, have a beautiful smile with pleasent face, so welcoming and so very helpful. Technicians are not efficient in their work. I was tested negative for COVID, but when I got myself tested somewhere else it came out to be positive. I will recommend please do not tryout this hospital for any service. Due to this false alarm, all my family members also got infected. Creating huge loss to us and other people who came in contact. Taking money but not giving the services and taking advantage. Hospital staff is also not trained enough for their own duties they are performing.

Fraud hospital , there is no transparency , patient's report is not even shown to the attendants accompanying him. Everything is kept hidden. When asked to see the patient's report in the hospital, the staff there also behaves indecently.

Worst hospital ever visited. Poor infrastructure, smelly rooms and corridors. They put my new born baby in NICU for 5 days without any reason. Beware.

I have admitted my father there. It'd a money oriented hospital which uses patients as way to obtain as much money they can. The speed and the amount of saline they used on my father has brought my father condition to worst. I would suggest if your any relative is in worst condition don't take them to Suyesh Hospital. My father kidney stopped working . They were still trying to give him saline and he died after 3 days of discharge.

I have a good experience in terms of spine surgery treatment of my father at Suyush Hospital. Let me talk in detail. Firstly, the mediclaim department assistance is quite good. The mediclaim department helps me in hassle-free cashless treatment. I don't remember the name of Mam and sir there, but they listen my concern politely and properly guided me how to avail cashless treatment at affiliated Insurance partner. When I move my dad at private ward on fourth floor. I obverse cleanliness and all facilities are available that needed by patient. I remember the Room 409 was alloted on 14 Nov 2022. Room was neat and clean as well as equipped with all facilities. Proper hygiene is maintained in washroom. Whenever my dad need anything, he just needs to press bell which is attached with patient bed. Than ward boy comes and helps in solving issue. I am highly satisfied with the hospital and must recommend this hospital to others.
