Worst experience here. Seems like they are trying to take advantage of patient's critical situation, and they want to loot as much as possible. Their main focus is on money not on treatment. Every patients is just like a customer to them. My grandfather was hospitalized, due to pulse problem. They have pacemaker fitted by CHL only and taken care under Dr Nitin modi. Doctor do the checkup in the morning but do not convey properly to attender that patients situation can be improved or not? He do not describe in detail to the family. He just want him to get admit in ICU so that proper billing gets maintained and can loot patients family as much as possible. Though grandfather do not have mediclaim and family situation is not much good that they can afford 1-2 lakh amount again in hospital within 2-3 month again. Dr. might know that patient will not live or health can not be improved, still they want to keep family in dark and continue looting. As we get know that they are looting us so we have to transfer patient to other hospital. Our bill estimate was around 1 lakh and they imposed 20% service charges on 1 lakh. That's ridiculous, we need to pay 20% amount on the name of service charge on the bill. Please remove that service charge, because we are already paying staff fees, doctor fees, medicine fees, pathology reports fees, and all fees, and still there is another service charge, just like GST. please remove that if you can. And yes, infrastructure is good, but a hospital need good doctors who has humanity for patients. Apart from that Staff was good and kinda supportive, but they all walk on the path whatever doctors says to them.

Arrived for mother Ear Surgery, here in CHL best ENT Specialist are available. OT facilities are good. Stayed here for 3 days staff is well supportive. Mediclaim procedure is good, administration staff is also well cooperative in nature. Cantnee is also available in compound food quality of canteen is good. Here in CHL for patient you are not allowed to bring food from outside hospital, here hospital administration will provide food for patient. Almost all reviews are well defined previously but I like to shed more light on other part of CHL like outer space: outer space is very small you will face parking issue

The hospital has good infrastructure and  good facilities. It is centrally located. All the doctors are amongst the top doctors of Indore city.Personal attention is given to the patients.The hospital is neat, clean and in hygienic condition.The Sisters, Brothers, and the working staff are helpful and caring. 2 stars less because firstly they should improve on security secondly, I personally felt that the charges are towards the higher side. And lastly the parking space is big but it is occupied by the doctors and the staff and hardly any parking is left for visitors and attendents. I was satisfied with the services. Recommended.

Please don't west your money by taking your family membes and put their life in risk. these people are playing with life of patients. they don't have required skill. Doctors are like freshers( spoon feeding kids). They charged unnecessary illegal service tax. They changed me Remdec injection for 8000 Rs but the MRP IS 2800. They discharged my father in 12 hous by saying that they don't have ventilator for COVID19 Sespect.

Doctors and treatment are very good. Nersing services are also best. You can choose CHL for treatment. Only one suggestion is that they should not admit adults in pediatrics wards and private rooms.

Worst experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Beware of following things incase you have to visit this fraud hospital - 1) Pharmacy costs are extremely high. For Example- They are charging ₹228 for 1 piece of Thinpads which costs nor more than ₹20 in normal pharmacy. Similarly all the basic things are 10 times of their cost. 2) They can charge for things which are even not provided. Keep a check on bills. They also keep things you don't ask for and try to make high bills 3) Attender's beds are full of bedbugs. All the rooms are full of bedbugs. Hard to spend night there. 4) Zero hygiene and cleanliness. Walls are dirty and full of germs. Only good thing is the doctor available there. Service wise, its a fraud hospital with fraud service

Review is for the Hospital management (Doctors are pretty good here): 1.Wards/rooms are not clean. Bathrooms don’t have a hand-wash and they provide soap if you ask for a hand wash. Avoid getting your blood test or other diagnostics here. 2. The support staff and cleaners who help the patient move, ask for tips blatantly and they do not give up. They ask for it and are stubborn. We are not there to buy a new car or get married that we would be happy to pay tips. We are already stressed and a surgery is never a pleasant experience, SO PLEASE STOP ASKING FOR TIPS. 3. They charge way more than other pathologies. For example, a 2D echo test here will cost you around 2800, which you can get at other places for 1900 at most. An ECH here costs 270/- which you can get done for 200 outside. They charge you 50 rupees for a cheap sanitizer which is of a brand that has a Gmail address for their email. When you are charging 50 rupees, why can’t you provide a decent sanitizer from a known brand. 4. All the medicines they use for your procedure are billed at 100% MRP. They don’t give you any discount whatsoever. T 5. They don’t provide bedsheets, blankets or pillows for the attendant of the patient. No food is provided for the attendant as well.  Mosquitos are there in the rooms and be prepared for them in advance, bring an All-out or Odomos. 6. Parking is a huge issue, you’d hardly every find any parking space inside the premises during the day. You have to park far away from the hospital on the streets if you are lucky enough to find a parking spot there. 7. Washrooms in general are dirty and aren’t cleaned and tended to as frequently. Cell Phones don’t work at the ground floors at all. No network. On the other floors you barely get 2 bars most of the time. They don’t care. 8. No WiFi provided even when it won’t cost a lot and the fact that they don’t have good cell phone network reception inside the premises. The cash counters only have cash or card facility, they don’t have UPI. They don’t care as the population is huge and they would always keep getting patients no matter what! So why care! 9. You pay an extra 20% of the cost of the procedure as a nursing charge. But you have to ask more than once to get anything you want. Basically, the hospital administration will charge you a lot for everything they provide and it’s all below average in terms of quality and don’t even bother about getting value for money as a patient or a customer. Hospital administration is just here to milk the customer as much as they can. Every service they provide costs more than anywhere else in Indore. Hospital has a cheap and congested vibe to it. 10. I guess the only reason this hospital is continuously profiting a lot is because of the huge population we have and a few experts that work there. Doctors are good but it costs a lot even for a consultation. So yeah Indore, keep paying the price of being a kind of major city of an ignored state. India is cursed with this mentality to squeeze, milk, crush and take advantage of the common man.

Dr. Mohammad Akheel is the worst person i have ever met . He made fake promises , scared us.. ultimately cheated uss. I got my father's mouth ulcer diagnosed by him and the surgery failed.. Now he is ignoring us... Hey Akheel , Surgeries are not ur cup of tea . TALENTLESS..

No doubt Dr. was good but the staff and security guard misbehaved with my family. they are rude and using bad language. When my sister entered in the hospital for looking my brother's condition one of the staff members said "chal nikal yaha se" and my father was asked to come in hospital for approval of surgery and he was waiting in the garden the guard came and misbehaved in the morning. If this is the language of staff then the government hospital's staff behaviour is better than them.

Extremely unprofessional behavior, they put wrong mobile number in my COVID vaccine registration and so I didn't receive any confirmation , i was unable to view my certificate and could not register for second dose. When I contacted they told me they cannot do anything to help me.

It's a private hospital located at the centre of the city Ujjain having lots of facilities and good services for the people but sometimes you will have to wait for the person who will attend you as it covers the whole city. Worst experience during execute health check up from billing counter to collection of reports. Lack of knowledge, communication and coordination among ground staff. Unit running like without management. Date 28.04.2023. Received a call from Admin department for assurance of improvement in services and sort out the loopholes. 29/04/2023.

Doctors are very good but the hospital is poor. Very congested space, service is poor. Too much rush and management is also poor. No parking space. You have to park at a different location. In terms of advance machines and expert doctors I'll appreciate the hospital and they are quick in providing the reports too. I won't suggest someone to get admitted to the hospital as the rooms are very small and service is poor. Even for the general checkup and tests it will take you around 1 hour.

Worst experience with Dr. Neeraj jain my elder brother visited twice for stomach pain doctor prescribed medicine without proper diagnose and challenged that he is OK after 3 days no improvement in condition in 2nd visit Dr so rudly behaved with patient and attendant like charity patient and prescribed medicine for psychological unfortunately my brother died due to peptic ulcers which can diagnose and cure if doctor properly respond and give proper reply. I review this because I want to save others life.

My father visited Dr Neeraj Jain who diagnosed my father of liver cirrhosis and more specifically- gastric varices. Dr would not talk to patient or family member. When my mother and sister asked about the stage and what is the treatment, he was rude along with his assistant who made rude comments. My father is 62, and they did endoscopy without local anesthesia despite my father complaining about the pain. They also did not discuss about the treatment plan and did sclerotherapy. Which was both painful and ineffective in control varices. They prescribed no dietary restrictions despite my father had developed ascites and reports showed water retention. They were only interested in offering package deals about the endoscopy therapy, saying, “We usually do endoscopy for 7000, We will do it for 4000 for you. But you have to come every three months”. (Is it like quarterly payment plan to hospital? Or dr need to meet the monthly target that they bind the patients?) We went to other hospital in Bhopal for second opinion and learned about treatment plan without asking. Dr also calmly explained my father about dietary restrictions and gave a list of medicines to avoid. This was eye opening. We ended up switching doctor and my father is on ligation therapy and doing much better now. And yes, ligation requires endoscopy but they spray local anesthesia in his throat for painless experience.

Assistant of Dr. Neeraj Jain and CP Kothari is very rude. Not at at professional and very rude behavior. Doctors are very good but won't prefer to visit them due to bad and rude behavior of their assistant Ms. Sanjana Mawkana. Worst experience

Hospital is good but very expensive here room, test, doctor fees are very expensive

The girl siting outside the drs cabin was not letting us go despite of having and appointment and to our suprise the appointment system was apparently not there as they were sending people from their choice. They kept us waiting for 1 and half hour. Really poor services despite of charging heavy fees.

We got everything taken care by great support. All staff was great and we are leaving with healthy and happy patient. However Mediclaim procedure is really a headache. Prepare yourself for 5-6 hour Hassel for this.

My baby boy is admitted in hospital, nursing staff is good but facilities of another things like security & HK services are very poor. Administration department required to improved the same due to since last two days each n everything is comes after lots off try n request. Remark : Mr. Huzefa is the very active person in administration department they sort the all things between two hours. - appriciable job.

Very pathetic. During ultrasound of my wife, had to wait a lot as no system was there to attend patient. Person visited late was attended earlier. We objected then they didn't do the ultrasound properly. Consulted to Dr. Neena Agarwal for disease but no satisfactory response. It is happening when they are charging for everything but response / experience is like that they are doing it free of cost.

Everything is up to the mark and excellent, but the reason why I am giving 2 star is because we booked appointment 3 days prior and still we have to wait with people who don't even have appointment and we'll meet doctor after all of them. We booked an appointment for 10 am and we are here at 10 am too, but still I have to wait for prior 7 patients to meet the doctor. Pathetic, why do you alot appointment and slots then. Plus the lady on the counter is not at all humble at all towards patient.

This hospital killed my healthy twins baby boys. As soon as they born They were in NICU and every dr said they were physically and mentally very healthy. They are too active moving hands and legs regularly.drinking milk. Getting fresh. When ever things is normal so how could this happened. They never informed me that they were critical. Worst hospital. This hospital need to be closed as soon as possible. Jo bi mere baccho ki death k liye responsible h vo kabhi sukhi nahi rahega uski family bi ese hi tadpegi jese me or mere husband tadap rahe.

I admited my friend's mother on 12 oct for chest pain and exess sweating. Dr. Nitin Modi is one of best cardiologist in hospital. He done angiography on 13 and suggested no need to put statnt. Nursing staff is good but management staff is little careless, i waited 3 hours just for my billing and discharge. Overall all went smooth and she is in good condition and taking medicines as prescribed. Thank you Dr. Nitin Modi

Excellent doctor and assistant doctor team. Great energy, kudos to warm and caring attendent and his approach towards us and other patients there. Thank you very much doctor and team. But unfortunately very bad, irresponsible , the worst , sonography doctor, she is very irresponsible and seems no knowledge about her work and as well as unattentive, everybody there either patient and even his staff is not happy because of his behaviour. I strongly adviced to hospital team to take a serious action immediately . She is a very bad spot on the hospital.

We recently had an angioplasty procedure at this hospital and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and service provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The main aim of the hospital is to have maximum bill for the patient. Once you tell then you have mediclaim, they will add unnecessary items to your bill. They added wet wipes which costed me Rs 480 without any use. Added a thermometer for 190 Rs which had no relation to my illness. Also the ER doctor misguides you to have an admission so that they can loot you to maximum.

It's our 2nd delivery in this hospital and we like it. Dr Neena mam is excellent. All staff members, Nurses, Dr's are very good. They all take good care of mother and Baby. There is one feedback to fast there service as staff is less and overall workload seems extra.

Excellent doctors and treatment but poor security personnel behaviour is ruining hospital reputation. We were initially told that 2 visitors are allowed with 1 attender but when I brought mom and sister to see my father who was just operated, the lady kept stopping with non sense comments highlighting we were roaming uselessly. We were told by security at OT but she kept being rude with us. After a good exchange of words she allowed us with few bad words. It’s not just this guard but another unruly behaviour by another who claimed to be a supervisor. Instead of directing us to get a new pass, he started misbehaving and shouting as if he was the CEO of the whole hotel. Edit: nobody called up from management but I reached out the kind security incharge who was very kind to show me the right way to fix certain issues.

Canteen was clean and the food was fresh and healthy. As per Service point of view the team did excellent job specially Mr. Ashish

Everything was good. Timley all checkups were done. Behavior of staff was very good. Only one thing I missed is that test reports are not available online. Now a days many hospitals are giving online test report using some applications like Mednet. Same should be made available at CHL.
