はじめてコーヒー豆を購入しに伺いました。入店すると生豆が置かれており、豆の種類、量、焙煎具合、豆の形状はどうするかをオーダーします。 店内は先客も後ろにもお客が居て、電話問合せもひっきりなしに入る繁盛店のようでした。 スタッフは店主さんだけのようで、よくこんな忙しそうなのに、一人で切盛りされているなと感心しました。 本当は店内でも珈琲頂けると調べていたので、注文しようと思っていましたが、注文は控えて、お家で美味しく頂戴することにしました。 楽しみです。淹れてたコーヒーは注文しませんでしたが、忙しい中、試飲としてエスプレッソカップにアイスコーヒーを提供して頂きました。 焙煎の熱気感じる店内では、キンキンに冷えたアイスコーヒーはとても良かったです。

13年間毎月購入しています。豆の種類が豊富で店員さんに相談すれば注文してから好みに合わせて焙煎してくれます。100gから焙煎してくれます。 まめに来店すればいつも煎りたてのコーヒーが自宅で味わえます。
