Hotel is in rundown condition and the management is focused on looting people's money. They even charge you extra for using their towels saying that they have to get them dry cleaned. A person would be better of staying at a rest house at one third the price of this hotel and still get a better experience and quality. Would not recommend it to anyone. Response to the reply:- Please stop telling lies like this. You should be ashamed of yourself for spreading such terrible lies. You can ask from the travel agency of my previous stays and if ever once they have received a negative feedback regarding my stay then I will be indebted to you. Take your level of arrogance and lies, down a notch. No wonder such people lose business

I stayed here from 6th to 8th Nov 2019. I have given 4 stars for the following reasons. 1) Owner stays on top most floor supervises closely and cares customer. 2) They have a kitchen where they personally involve in preparation of food, it was delicious and like home made. 3) Room boys are helpful, if you want to buy something outside they will get for you. 4) Hospitality is at its best.

Ok I will tell you what they did, I checked in the hotel in the morning around 6 am and he charged 1500/- for one day at that time. After few hours around 9 am when the breakfast was served what he did was that on that breakfast bill he added 12℅ gst that this is the gst you have to pay on your room rent that is 1500/- , even though the charges were 1500/- if you would have booked online. The right way was to ask for gst at the time of checkin even if he wanted to but not at the breakfast yet he had a notice there on the reception of 12%gst applicable, didn't want to argue for 174Rs with frauds like this, they are really worse then beggers.. What would you like to call people like this?So make sure if you wanna stay here ask everything in advance that what would be the total final amount of everything.

Hospitality is very good. All features are there like ( free 5G internet facility which we all need, GST bill , smart led setup with ott , rail and air ticket booking, taxi service ) good service, neat and clean rooms , good food, more over only this hotel I get safe parking for cars and bike .
