The hotel is managed by unprofessionals. Construction seems to made without the help of architect. Lighting arrangement at bath room was very poor. No wash room at lobby. Hotel staff was untrained . Behavior of owner was not up to mark. The hotel was costliest in ferozpur, The tarrif at hotel was 1800 against charged by make my trip 2800. It seems mmt people have not done due diligence. I don't recommend this hotel to any one

I had recently dropped in Ferozpur for some official visit... Found this Hotel in center of City. Great Ambience..Nice hospitality. Good Supportive staff.

Excellent place to live in Firozepur,near to Railway Station you can’t compared this with other 4star hotel which are not in Firozepur so it is not bad that much. About Location very good and easy approachable from Bus Stand it is around 2.5km from station is near 1km. Receptionist person is very good,owner is also there his way of dealing is excellent I got deal and stay at this hotel because of owner request and deal. Rooms are good not small one size is good equipped with Cupboard,LED,Glass. Bath room is decent neat and clean,hot and cold water automatic one. Lunch and Dinner best option to near side by Dhabha to Hotel best one. Although breakfast option is not available. Rest recommended this property to stay.

Rooms for quite good, food was also good, owner and staff had been very polite. Missing was toilet stuff such as shampoo, soap and a clean towel.

It's a budget hotel. Staff is low key but supportive. Sad thing is that breakfast is not available till 9:30 am and being an early riser that was a big turn off. Very small place. If you are looking for a neat and clean place with some hick ups this is for you.

not upto the mark. it is different than what it looks in the images. not maintained properly and some basic flaw in infrastructure starting from bathroom to its doors which has no spring interlock etc.

Not upto the mark..had a bad experience..staff doesnt help u at all to bring ur baggage to room u have to do it urself and climb the stairs as no lift is there..very noisy surroundings at night guests used to laugh and talk very loudly u could easily spoil ur night being sleepless

Decent place for stay near Ferozepur railway station. Room services are not up to the mark.

Clean. Water damaged wall both our rooms. Staff very polite. Fine advice for outside eating. Value for money.
