Bait al Mandi is my favourite Arabic food destination. It has a desi + arabic taste in food making it more acceptable for people who aren't very flexible with food selection. We tried a spicy version of lamb Mandi. It was good, the rice was a little less than expected, and the meat was enough. The kunafa was love. I loved it so much that I try it every time I visit this restaurant. They serve soup when you arrive (complimentary). They don't accept card payments unfortunately. They have a parking space for 3-4 cars. The staff is very cooperative. I recommend them.

If you're looking for an authentic Arabic dining experience in Lahore, Bait Al Mandi is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant offers a unique ambiance that transports you to an Arabic world, with beautiful, decor traditional music, and a cozy atmosphere. One of the things I loved about this restaurant is that they have separate rooms available for those who want a more private dining experience. This is perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy their meal together in a comfortable and secluded setting. Another unique feature of Bait Al Mandi is that they offer the option to eat dinner or lunch on the floor, which adds to the overall Arabic vibe of the restaurant. It's a great way to experience the culture and traditions of the region. What I really appreciated about this place is that it's quite affordable, with a range of options to suit all budgets. Despite the economical prices, the quality of the food is top-notch. We ordered the Chicken Mazhabi and Kunafa, and both dishes were flavorful and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend Bait Al Mandi for anyone who wants to experience Arabic cuisine and culture in Lahore. The ambiance is perfect, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Don't miss out on this amazing restaurant!

OK this was so close to me but its hard to miss, its an amazing Arabic restaurant, the owner founded this in UAE 🇦🇪 and than opened a branch here in Lahore and believe me it is rich in Arabic culture. The taste is exactly the same as the Arabs eat. I also met two Yemenis there as well. Everything was amazing but the parking still the same issue. What can we do. It was an honor to eat here. I will surely recommend 👌 everyone who loves Arabic cuisine to visit here.

We had lunch there. The menu was limited because some of the items from their menu were not available. I don't know why people add things to the menu when they are not available .The ambience was average. I like mutton kofta and chicken mandi. The good thing was the food was not very salty and basmati rice was used so it was not heavy at all. I love the tomato sauce. No MSG was used. • Note: no cards are accepted so don't forget to bring cash. Price $$

One of my favs place in Lahore for authentic arabic cuisine. The menu is quite appealing. Food is fresh and tasty. I am fan of their Afghani Tikka and Mazbi. The best part is complimentary soup (yakhni) with each meal. You can even ask for free refills of Yakhni. The service is really good. The staff is very polite and respectful and provides efficient and quick service. The prices are also quite economical.

A good place and food quality is very nice. A very tender mutton mandi. I had the pleasure of dining at Baitulmandi Restaurant in Lahore, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. If you are looking for an automatic Arabic dining experience in lahore bait al mandi. I was transported into a captivating Arabian ambiance that was truly mesmerizing. For those who are unfamiliar with Mandi, let me explain. Mandi is a traditional Arabian dish that originated in Yemen and has gained immense popularity across the Middle East. It typically consists of meat (in this case, mutton) cooked with a special blend of spices, including cardamom, cinnamon, and black lime. The meat is slow-cooked until it becomes incredibly tender and infused with the rich flavors of the spices. It is then served over fragrant, long-grain rice, creating a truly magical combination. Baitulmandi Restaurant in Lahore offers a truly unique dining experience that takes you on a captivating Arabian adventure. From the cozy camp-like seating to the exceptional food, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. Whether you're an Arab cuisine enthusiast or someone looking to try something new and exciting, I highly recommended

One of the pathetic experiences to have. A blatant joke in the name of Arabic Cuisine. Service is compromised to a level that can never be talked on. A never go experience if food makes or ruins your day. Chicken had clogged blood on its thight, got it replaced but it the chicken was really a dry, rubbery, tasteless piece of meat.

The ambiance here is very nice and the food is great as well. We ordered Mutton and Lamb Mandi, Mutton Chops and Kunafa. Mandi and Chops were delicious but Kunafa was not so good. Although it was a pleasant experience overall. PS: They did not have cold drinking water.

A Unique Arabian Adventure in Lahore! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Baitulmandi Restaurant in Lahore, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish! As soon as I stepped into the restaurant, I was transported into a captivating Arabian ambiance that was truly mesmerizing. The seating arrangements at Baitulmandi are unlike any other restaurant I have been to. Instead of traditional tables and chairs, they offer comfortable camp-like settings that enhance the authentic Arabian feel. It was a refreshing change, and I instantly felt immersed in the Arabian culture. Now, let's talk about the real star of the show—the food! The menu at Baitulmandi is a delightful blend of Arabian flavors, and it did not disappoint. I decided to try their Mutton Mandi, and it was a revelation for my taste buds. The aromatic blend of spices, tender mutton, and perfectly cooked rice created a symphony of flavors that left me wanting more. Each bite was a delightful journey into the heart of Arabian cuisine. The service at Baitulmandi was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and passionate about sharing their knowledge of Arabian cuisine. They made sure I felt comfortable and provided excellent recommendations. In addition to the amazing food, the restaurant also offers a range of other Arabian dishes, including kebabs, biryanis, and a variety of delicious mezze. The menu caters to different preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring there's something for everyone. To sum it up, Baitulmandi Restaurant in Lahore offers a truly unique dining experience that takes you on a captivating Arabian adventure. From the cozy camp-like seating to the exceptional food, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. Whether you're an Arab cuisine enthusiast or someone looking to try something new and exciting, I highly recommend Baitulmandi. Prepare to indulge your senses and embark on a culinary journey you won't soon forget!

It was enjoyable change from the Pakistani cuisine , the ambiance was Middle East , floor seating. The main dish rice with lamb meat was excellent with the both sauces of tomatoes and mint. They have extend the traditional dish to diffident meats of chicken . The service is excellent very friendly and helpful , the price is higher side. The best part of the dinner was the dessert , fresh from oven Kunafa .

I always enjoy their food. One of the best Mandis that I have eaten. Good value for money. The way they cook is really good because it makes the meat tendor and soft and juicy. The rice tasye really good too. Highly recommended. The clear soup that they give as an appetizer is good too.

Live larva, worms and flour beetles!!! Worst experience ever!!! There were larva or worms live inside their soup/ yakhni served. Upon changing they served a new one with even worst FLOUR BEETLES were enjoying their soup. When i tried to call the owner or manager they refused to come.

Worst taste ever. They charge money for extra rice. Waites were so rude. Not worth the money!

  • 3/5 Asad H. 3 years ago on Google
Good parking space, both modern and traditional Arabic sitting style was there, waiters were traditionally dressed, call system was electronic. Menu was very fancy and well prepared Coming to service and food taste... we had to wait alot for our side order and main course was not looking fresh... it was not even warm let alone being fresh and hot. Felt like afternoon left over being served. Taste was not Arabic ... not by a long shot... kitchen appeared to be quite far we could not feel fresh cooking or had a smell or sound of it. Having tasted original Mandi in Riyadh, Makkah and Arafat ... it was just a average meal. Hope they can work hard on their taste and food quality to retain more customers. Not recommended for those who actually know how Mandi is supposed to taste like .. but for first timers... it might seems an ok place to visit occasionally. Rates were higher than served food standard... so did not get my value of money Sweet was good (Kunafa). I brought one for my parents at home and liked it too. Really wish they may improve on taste and freshness.

Asalamualikum I tried this restaurant for the first time and never think again to eat because rice and chicken is understandable and better not even a special taste which should match with the arabic name and after finish food we ordered kunafa and it's not kunafa it's like 'kuch papay saar ke de diye hain'

Mandi is no more mandi....it used to be but not any more. Madbi is just BBW chicken. (Ala faham to be precise. Using wrong name) Lamb is frozen meat and have old fats smell instead of fresh fat(charbi) fragrance Restuarant keep on feeding people normal food as what chief is capable of and call it whatever cuisine as per their decorations and ambiance. I hope this was my last visit to mandi house.
