Kisi time pe they were best halwa puri in town. But now after extension of their sitting place on rooftop they are lost there taste as well services . There staff are very slow. Puri aa gye chany gayeb chany Lyne gya tu puri thandi kabhi achar nahi sath. Service are Very slow. Unhy apni credibility nhi khoni chahye staff ko thora train karain ky serving kaise ki jati ha. Owner ko chahye thoda time staff ki training pe bhi dain. Baki over all good. Sitting space is now good enough. Halwa is best. 3 star for only their services.

It was the best dinning experience on their roof top. Though I never liked naan but their garlic naans are exceptional. So soft and tasteful. 9/10 Chicken kabab is a must have and highly recommended. 9/10 Chicken shawarma was average. Kasuri Falooda was good but could be improved! 7.5/10 Service could be improved! Ambience is nice and peaceful! 8.5/10

I Had halwa pori breakfast there, taste and serving was good, mostly crowded at weekends. Sometime you need to wait for 5 to 10 minutes. No adequate parking available in front of the restaurant. Better to park opposite side and cross the road.

Tried the special halwa Puri nashta. It's gives perfect value for money, amazing taste and quality of food. But the point I want to raise is the negative, noncooperative and aggressive attitude of all the serving staff. Owner should monitor and solve this problem because taste is not everything, service and atmosphere are also mandatory.

The food is okay (3.5/5) The service however is terrible. The waiters just stand around and you have to ask for basic things like napkins and cutlery if you're with more than two people because they only initially put down things for two. Their biryani is very light most of the time, like pulao. Hygiene is not well maintained.

Good place to eat breakfast. We went there today by chance and had ordered Kulcha with Channay. Food quality was good. Will say, if you are across township, must try this once.

Food quality was not good when I visited this Ramadan with my friend for aftar. They gave us leftover pakoras and there fruit chat was just fruits in some juice and even Apples were too hard. Although thy gave us complimentary dates and jam e sheerin. Rooftop view is quit good.

Good place for breakfast 😋 halwa puri channay are very good 👌. Fish 🐟 is awesome, very delicious. Service was good and their behaviour was exilent. The rooftop is very good to have breakfast or lunch, but indoor is somehow conjusted. Rates are reasonable. The problem is parking only.

Dear Owner hope u are fine. Alfazal restaurant provide best food ever and your taste too good. But this is my humble request to change your management team township branch I was facing when I was visit to chane from there Mr. Suppler misbaheve many time and I also told manager Mr. Ijaz. But they also support his team member and not provide solution of my problem. You makes your name by your taste but these kind of management. Degrade the restaurant environment. Please look into it.

Providing Good Quality food as compared to local standards .if offer some vegs in organic and oil free range of vegetables it would be good step towards quality food.over all good taste and standard where you can give hospitality to your friends and family in economy.

Some years ago there food was best in town but with the passage of time after construction of many branches there quantity and quality of food decreases lil bit but overall the sitting area , food and service was good.

Malai boti is best

I am their regular customer. But their attitude with their customers is not good , specially men sitting on desk and telephone. They should realize that customers are their biggest assets and they need to learn that how to talk to customers . Tried to complaint many times but no higher management was available their.
