Went there for thr first time and was pleasantly surprised to see they had good parking considering restaurants in that area. Food: Very fresh and crispy. Enjoyed every bit of it. Ambiance: Clean, could be cleaner. It was huge, lots of seats. Service: Staff was helpful in choosing good deals for 3 people and the service was fast. The waiters were checking in on guests every now a then to deliver things and clean up tables. Had a good quality and quite time there.

KFC zingers and their Deals are far better then overrated McDonald's. KFC never disappoints in terms of Food However this time, the experience with the branch is quiet not good. Only single counter was working and a long que. Rest Love their gesture towards differently abled employees. overall 8.5/10

It's KFC so I don't think any more reviews are needed. Only reason I'm giving a review is because of an employee here. He is deaf and mute, and he limps as he walks. I was really impressed that instead of standing at any signal and asking for money, he decided to earn his living respectfully. Credit goes to management as well. Because it's hard for disabled people to find a job in this market. Thank you KFC for giving him a chance. 👏👏 P.S. I decided to respect his privacy and not take any photo of him because he might feel uncomfortable or humiliated. But if you get a chance to go there, do meet him. He has brightest smile and It will fill your heart with warmth.

I got many issues with Akber chowk branch lahore in delivery and in food as staff is very cooperative. Yesterday i ordered an extreme due box and found my chicken piece uncooked It was a thai piece and i complained to them that they replaced me with the leg and the same issue with the leg as well it was not cooked and i left the piece there and moved on. when i complained to the RGM shehriyar he was too casual he said he will call me back butt he didn't and next day when i call him again he said that was fryer issue if there is a fryer issue how branch runs whole day.

I wondered, this was KFC Akbar Chowk Branch, is the branch of KFC if or otherwise I compared it to the other branches of KFC. I don't know why the standard of Staff, food stuff and cleaning staff declined sharply. 1st of all; maybe due to the crowd effect, we had to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes before our order took place. 2ndly this order already taken was misleaded to the other clients. Then the food / order delivered to us, was so pathetic that I even got frustrated with it. The Pepsi or Coke, whatever they delivered to us, was also not chilled enough to be treated as good stuff. Even the air conditioning unit was not working properly. The cleaning junitorial staff was tired enough that they even was 🚭🚭🚭 it

Things have never been cheesier than this. Brace yourselves for the stretch and ooze of the all-new Zingerella- a cheesy fusion with cheddar cheese sauce, crispy zinger fillet, spicy jalapeños, and a thick mozzarella patty. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Like all KFC it's the same. Space wise it's very spacious restaurant.

This felt more like a DIY project and less like dinner. Next time, please wrap the thing instead of slapping the paper on it. Sauce was everywhere it wasn't supposed to be and everything was a mess.

Food is good but not that much... the reason why I'm giving 3 stars is when you come here on weekends you'll hardly find a place to sit and make your hips rest for a moment, while you or your friend is struggling to get the order. Seriously if you have a plan for holidays then I'll suggest add 1 hour extra for eating 😏😆

Experience was great . 👍 plenty of parking space. You can find more free parking spaces at night as most of the neighbourhood businesses are closed so you can easily find parking. Service was good. Drinks quality was unsatisfactory. They may have put ice in the dispenser machine thats why they became so watery and tasteless. But on our request, they exchanged it with bottles

But they don't offer any sugar free drink... there are a lot people who suffer from diabetes... such multinational companies should offer sugar free drinks too so that such people may visit them frequently or whenever they want without thinking and worrying about the rise in their blood sugar levels....

I've never seen such pathatic customer service from any restaurant specially so called International food chain. Last day I visited for dine in cashier was too rude and asking me to take my food out of the restaurant. Other side everyone was having food inside wasn't expecting such double standards from this. Later they put anger in burgers with no napkins provided. I called call center and put up complaint but there's no answer. It's been 2 days. I ask authorities is this how you deal with your customers? Go get some customer care trainings. Extremely disappointed Staff was extra rude I'm not exaggerating may be they got extra work load. Their interior is amazing and it is an overall greatplace to dine in. However, their take away and home delivery is usually always dissapointing as the burgers are cold and no complimentary ketchup sachets or even tissue papers are added 95% of the time. Still, their food is economical and the one served in dine in is fresh and hot.

The Food, we all know is great..the service we all know is great. however, the menu is still a fixed one with ever increasing prices and reduction in the sizes/ quantities of the products. Currently, there is a new mess in the area. Due to construction of Overhead Bridge and the remodelling of Akbar Chowk (August, 2023); it is better not to go to this place untill the work is completed. There is frequent disturbance in access via car, you can reach but you will regret. It is better to go to Johar Town Branch instead or ask for a home delivery.

We came here to celebrate my friend's birthday, and I am pleased to say that We enjoyed this place. The service was good, and the seating arrangement is quite good. In short, this is one of my favorite KFC branch to go to.

One of the large KFCs of Lahore. Plenty of parking space with actively available guys to help you park and manage things like that. Staff is also very cooperative here. I'll say you can expect to sit and eat here even on weekends, it's that much capable to accommodate crowds of weekends.
