Lovely place but make sure you get food cooked fresh. ... my main course was cold inside because it had been sitting on a hot plate for 30 mins...wasn't very hot at all... however big respect to the staff and manager who offered to replace it which I refused as I had gone off it after taking a bite.. Will definitely go again though as staff were brilliant 👏 👍

Terrible quality of curly fries. A brand like Hardees and the quality of curly fries is of no standard. It is better Hardees don't sell curly fries. Secondly I specifically asked for burger with no onions and they put onions in my burger. It was takeaway order and I took it without checking and discovered when I reached my hotel room to find out the wrong order. When I called them the manager did send a replacement burger quickly but the staff should be more professional when taking orders.

Tried newly introduced 🍔 Jurassic Hand Breaded chicken sandwich which was truly delicious and big enough! 💗Also had classic CHICKEN FILLET sandwich with jalapeños (additional) which was oh my god 🤤spicy, juicy and delicious! Who doesn’t love some curly fries and unlimited drinks on the side Total 💸 2700+ Rs/- (incl. tax) Totally enjoyed and the services were really really good too! ❤️‍🔥

The food, service and ambience were very good, a good expression overall. Unlimited refills and curly fries are the biggest attractions. The grill checken was good but it can be excellent with a little less salt. Chicken Jalapeno is really tasty for spice lovers.

Tbh I didn't like it at all. Tried their char grilled or angus beef both patties were dry and tasteless. Had many other beef burgers but I didn't expect this from them although heard a lot bad reviews but had to try yet I'm disappointed. Only curly fries were better. And lastly this new branch is so small and uncomfortable.

Ordered an Angus Beef burger 🍔, a SuperStar beef burger 🍔, and curly fries 🍟. Angus beef burger was juicy, tender, and delicious. On the other hand, the superstar beef burger was dry and just ok. Curly fries were amazing. The ambiance and service were good. 🌟: 7/10

I love their burgers specially jalapeno chicken. service is quick. My fries were really hot at the time and i have to wait for several min to eat. This branch is old and they really need to change their paint and interior design to make it more attractive.

Visited Last Sunday 11.02.24 at around 8 pm Ambience was good also service level is so high ,food quality was superb we order in deals & out of deal. Overall stuff was tasty especially beverages are free refilling.

This branch of Hardee's was previously located at MM Alam Road Gulberg Lahore but now they shifted here as Mian Mahmood Ali Kasuri road is much better that the previous location of the company.

This is one of the best burgers in Lahore. I love thier beef burger. It is also not too expensive considering the other traditional restaurants and fast food with good ambience. They have unlimited refill for soft drinks and also are maintaining great taste of their burgers. It is my go to fast food as well. They deliver fast and their fries are also 👌.

I am really disappointed . I try hardees in many countries but i am shocked in this branch . Taste was just ok and burger not manage properly , fries not fresh , Bun is very hard

Very basic tasting burgers and if you want a bigger burger so that it fills you up a bit , it would cost you around 1500 rupees . Expensive and basic but, everyone will eat their burgers because they are okay. The atmosphere was okay and the staff was also very cooperative as well. One of the burgers that we ordered was served a bit raw and as soon as we called the manager, they changed the burger for us instantly.

I visited gulberg branch and we order their super star burgers with crispy curly fries and the taste was very dull, fries quantity was not enough to get the appetite and price was 650(i believe they didn't even use 1 potato for the fries) I would suggest not even think to visit them or order anything from them. Shame on the administration, you can't buy the satisfaction just for unlimited refills

I had a pathetic experience last night. Once i was a fan of their deals but now the have useless deals. They are aggressively working on cost cutting. Their famous curly fries are gone. Doesn't have any fries in their deals anymore. You have to buy it separately. Lemon drink is no more part of the deal. Other fast foods have better deals. Now at all suggested

We typically go there and it's a very pleasant place to eat fast food. Warm, freshly made burgers, fries, and loaded fries are served. The staff is really helpful and kind, especially one tall person who has a wonderful disposition.

This review is long overdue, but it needs to be done one way or another. I love the fact that this hidden gem exists nearby. The very first time I had a taste of their food was not planned since my family and I were just looking for somewhere to dine, sometime late afternoon. I will share my food experience below. Since I always consider the quality and the price of the food in every place we dine into, I will say that their food quality vs price isn’t that bad at all. In fact, it’s a value for your money - considering the taste overall.

Always always favourite and never disappoints. Go for Angus or for super star. Both are yummy. Tried jalapeno this time. They were as fresh as they could ❤️

Very quick service and great experience at Hardee's. We ordered one chicken tender wrap with jalapeno sauce 8/10 And chicken fillet 8/10 They provide unlimited drink refills which is a plus point. Overall 9/10

I tried the Philly cheese steak 🥩 and I can definitely say it was the best steak I ever had 👌 tender and cheesy steak topped with some mayo.

Visited Hardee's Gulberg and tried their: Super Star Beef burger (Pkr 1400) Curly fries (Pkr 550) Drink included in burger's price with free refills Total bill for 6 persons was Pkr 11,910 🤑 Taste of burger was good but not excellent but the curly fries were tasty. I liked the fries more than burger... The taste of cold drinks was not that good and I don't know the reason. I tired all three flavors (Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Fanta). The service was 10/10 and ambiance was also good. Overall a good experience but you can get a better experience at some other restaurants.

I really like their Angus sandwiches. They serve the freshest and least smelly beef. You'll love the generous portions and top-notch quality. Plus, they offer free refills from the self-service cold drink machine.

We visited yesterday evening. Had chicken n beef burgers. Crispy chicken was not fried properly. The skin seemed like a separate accessory as well. We complained n were given a replacement but that wasn't much better either. Beef (Angus) n grilled chicken but was much better. Washrooms were not too tidy n restaurant seating space was quite ordinary as well. Not a great ambience to remember!! One expects better food quality n atmosphere for the price n name!!

The staff behaviour was very unprofessional. The guy on Til committed to give me the refill of Icetea while taking order but later on they refused to refill. I call the manager and requested him to accommodate me because of the commitments his staff made. But he refused straight away.

Hardees has been able to keep its quality in a time when it’s rival in fast food industry like Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King have lost their taste and quality significantly. This particular Hardees food outlet is serving it’s customers well. It has a modest size parking. Also there is option of drive thru. The staff is cooperative and friendly. Inside, the layout is too basic and standard which may be redesigned and revamped. Service delivery is quick. There were many customers even around 12:00 am midnight. Location is good but not excellent as it is located at the very end of the road and perhaps one of the last ones on the road. Usually there are good number of customers and hustle bustle here. Young and trendy people use to visit here. Prices are moderate, but it depends upon the food item as well. Free beverage option attracts a lot of people and this offer has beaten every rivals best offers. There are no options of coffee for coffee lovers which can be detrimental for its sale. It’s a pleasant experience to visit here if you are searching for some fresh fast food options.

The best burger in the town from an international chain. Theybare serving a variety of burger with the best taste. The location is very good easy to access and ambiance is nice. Prices are not too high. They offer drive through, dine inn and take away. Staff isvery friendly and helpful. They have enough parking space with free wallet parking. The most important is they offer you unlimited cold drink on payment of pint.

Unlimited drinks I don’t take carbonated soft drinks so that is the best about Hardees that they offer juices with every deal. Taste is better then KFC and McDonalds. Restaurant is specious and neat. A good place to have a business or get together lunch on a weekday.

Had their superstar burger with cheese. Only take away due to covid. Was yummy but no fries. Had to take seperately. Overall it was fine.

Loved it, I went for a super famous along with loaded fries. Only thing that was annoying was service, I had to ask twice for things which should have been provided in the first place. Other then that, everything was good. Speedy order, fresh / tasty / yummy! Looking forward to trying more things of the menu.

Tried hardee's jalapeno burger after 3 years. They have certainly maintained the taste and quality. The kids area has been closed due to covid but can be used for praying. The new location has a strange vibe but overall enjoyed.

Ok so me & my friends visited hardees based upon its hype(gulberg branch). And we had a lot of hope of the quality and taste of food. We ordered 2 super star chicken burger, 1 mushroom & swiss chicken burger & 1 crispy curl fries. At first we tried drink, it had 0% gas , it seems like we were drinking jam-e-sheeren with coke/sprite flavor. Then instantly order came & we were shocked of the fries quantity. We expected quantity like loaded fries which you may have eaten from any chae cafe or howdy etc but in them , they have used almost half of potato and thats it(Dharr vi ni gilli hoi). And then the last hope was burgers , but sadly their taste was like we were sick and dr. has said us to not taste any sauce or spice, so we were like we were eating some yukhni(salted soup) or salted chicken piece. In short, we wasted almost 1000 on each burger and 650 on fries and we were free in almost 15 mins and wondering where to go next to enjoy some quality in food. So i will suggest just to ignore hardees as it is just hype, no quality, just nonsense.

Overall its Good. But i would say That Hardees is not that different in taste or something special as compared to other fast food chains. I normally dont Visit here but i had some discounted vouchers so yeah 👍🏼😂 To sum up its 50/50 👍🏼

Hardee's best spot for beef hunger. I always find fresh food here except the wrap. But let's be honest about the other stuff I experienced; 2 wraps cost 2100 , the disappointed thing was the size of wrap which was smaller then my hand, along with the filling Soggy lettuce 5-6 cubes of zinger with outer layer was scrambled. Dried tortilla And nothing else but mayo. Seems weird , perhaps you cannot attain perfection in everything. Packages mall food court.

The meal option is gone as you have to purchase the fries now. No fanta at the drink vending machine and "less cheese" loaded fries 😂 are the "only" things i dont like other than that the burgers are upto the mark

👍🏼 Outdoor/open-air sitting arrangement is appropriately furnished. 👍🏼 Cleanliness is good and sanitization is almost fine. 👍🏼 Food quality and taste is impressive. 👍🏼 Service (including valet) is professional. 👉🏼 Very few of the staff show reluctance in following one or two SOPs of Covid-19. (Can be improved)

The food is excellent. The service is quite good. Staff is courteous. The branch is very small. However free refill of only coke was available. Free refill of peach or iced tea is no longer available. Overall quite a good experience but best to avoid during rush as space is congested.

The good thing about Hardee's is, though they have that same ol basic menu and burgers, they do em right. Consistency is key, however they lack in service from time to time. Proper and quick maintenance of their branches is absolutely necessary, this is the least they could do, owing to the insane price hike of their offerings (1K for medium curly fries). The consistency is commendable however they no longer offer same value for money!
