Celebrated a birthday there a few days ago and the restaurant did a fantastic job. Loved the decoration and the food was soo delicious. Didn’t regret a little for choosing OTUS ROOFTOP 💕😍 Highly recommended for birthdays and events !

ambience is very good. view is also good as it's a rooftop restaurant. food taste was ok need bit of improvement. its maybe because of buffet they lack on it. but overall it was good. there's a good variety in buffet menu. they have selected dishes wisely to cater everyone. they need to work on prices as they need to it to compete with other options available close by. staff is good they understand and listen to you with a smile

The food was not up to the mark the prices are too high and the quantity is low over spicy tasteless food the Kabab are dry the atmosphere is nice

Otus is a fantastic place with a great ambiance and delicious food. The atmosphere is perfect for a visit in the evening or at night. The pricing is reasonable and not overly expensive. I highly recommend paying a visit to Otus for a delightful dining experience.

If you really want to add value to your event, then The Otus rooftop is the right choice. The way they decorate the area of your event is beyond expectations and overwhelming. The staff is friendly and pro-active. The food is lovely and must try their BBQ platter and stuffed chicken. I highly recommend The Otus for your event to make it more memorable.

Place is such a vibe In this current situation of pandemic where dine out is the new normal, this place offers you good environment sitting ambience and FOOD. In a hot summer day where other dine out options seem very unreasonable, this place is a good option

Ambience wise the place is good sofas and chairs are very comfortable and staff is good except the chef's. Food is subpar and below standard considering the prices which are very high their food doesn't meet the demand. Had a chance of trying "Chicken in a blanket" sorry to say it was bland and tasteless the only taste it had was that of a slightly burned chicken. Next is "Galileo chicken" which was also not very good. The only dish which had some taste was "Salsa chicken with rice" but word salsa doesn't mean put all the ketchup in it and call it salsa chicken alhough it was better then the former two. Presentation of food was good. This place it is good for hosting small happy occasions since most of the younger generation require good pictures. Regarding food i would not recommended anyone. You get to the rooftop via lift; 4 person max allowed. Indoors air conditioning is good as long as you are sitting underneath the unit otherwise if your sitting away you will get warm. P.s quality and quantity of food remained same but prices has been raised upto 50-60% each dish

Very worst experience ever. Staff was very non serious. We ordered pasta and cake, they took 1 hour and we still didn’t get our order. We were there for bridal shower booking, but now we decided not choose this pathetic place. Will never ever go there.

Absolutely disgusting service my wife booked dinner for us at this restaurant with customise decoration they did not deliver what they promised They overcharged and refused to refund I would recommend strongly not to go at this place in Lahore it’s completely waste of money and stuff there it’s very rude and they don’t know how to serve the food if you order the food at this place they will serve you drinks right at the end After you have eaten your meal absolutely disgusting. Did the creation we choose we did not get exactly what we wanted It was completely different layout to what we selected.

Spent so much on decor and qawali. It was a waste of money. Qawals didnt know any songs, they were too loud and food took forever to come. Service sucked, didnt meet the standard, they couldnt play the birthday song on time . Wouldn’t recommend , would never go there.

Always good food experience at Otus rooftop. Nice ambiance as always. A very good place for birthday parties, farewell dinners and much more. I hope they get multimedia till my next visit. P.s I’d like to add that despite of all the good they do, on large gatherings they refuse to take card payments and defer it by saying that it’s not working or not allowed and take cash instead. This is a little off because that’s not how it should be. Reducing one star for twice happening the same recently

Food And Atmosphere was good, But there female manger was too rude, And the management team was also not cooperative.They must needs to teach there manger how to respect client or how to talk with them!!😡 👎👎👎 If you faced manager rude behavior it will ruined your quality time which you want to spend with your friends or family. It's better to go another place. There are many other options around. Overall Not Recommended.👎

We went to the place a few days ago. The ambiance of the place was quite nice, it was peaceful. However, the food put a damper on our moods immediately. We ordered a bohemian platter that costs about 1900 and we assumed it would be enough for two people, since we went there after iftar but it wasn't obviously. The only thing that was moderately eatable were the two little (quarter) sandwiches and their two chicken strips (which to be honest were very dry). The Alfredo was bland and tasteless. The pasta wasn't cooked properly. It seemed like someone had made the sauce and mixed it with a healthy amount of water. Their sliders were the worst, my friend ate the better one, but the lettuce or some other vegetable in mine was bitter, so much so that it made me nauseous. The bill we paid was around 2200 and it was not worth it at all. Not even one bit. The portion was also very small for the amount we paid.

Worst experience here. The service and aesthetic of the place is alright but the food is extremely poor. We ordered soup and steaks. Soup had knorr chicken cube in it and steaks were all same with same sauces and with sweet potato chips in all of them. You can get a 1000 times better experience in what you spend here. If the prices were half of what they are currently, it'd be okay-ish.

The open rooftop ambience was great. The service was amazing and so was the food. If weather is right, its the perfect place to get together with friends, family and good food. There is option to sit indoors too for those who prefer indoors; just for the rooftop views of Gulberg. Menu is bit limited. Should add more items to chose from in all categories. Whatever we tried was good in taste and presentation so far. Good work guys. Kerp it up.

Their food and anniversary decor was 10/10, the courtesy of the staff was 10/10 and the ambience was most definitely 10/10 too. Couldn't find a single thing wrong with this place. Loved it

So I’ve experienced having Otus’s cold coffee and it really went too good. It was yummiest perfectly thick and sweet❤️🖤 after contra and chaaye khana it has my heart as well✌🏻✌🏻

It's a good restaurant. Although their food was just average in taste. My soup Otus special was good. Dhaka fish has no taste at all. But their molten lava was fresh n good in taste. Their service was slow today maybe due rush as it was Valentine day.
