DISGUSTING ENVIRONMENT. Manager of bahria branch and a waiter kept staring at us the whole time. Made us so uncomfortable we couldn’t eat. Not a safe environment for women and families!!!!

Worst ever pizza i got from timmys bahria town branch.. taste was pathetic and pizza size was 8 inches instead of 10 inches. Delivery time was 45 mints and they delivered after 1.5 hours that too after lots of calls i placed to inquire about the order

Service was slow af. Waitress keeps forgetting our order and was busy in chatting. Food is good, atmosphere is better, prices are average not too high and not too low

I used to go two to three times a day for week to Timmy's. Today they had treated me extremely badly around 10 pm on 27 August 2023 The first I ordered to one waiter and another waiter brought the food after 25 minutes (that is fine) but he does not know what I ordered. I aske for Coca Cola and he said, It is not included in what I ordered. But I had to remind him what I ordered. I definitely ordered Coca Cola. They brought the starter after main course. That normally happens and they don't know how to serve. I called the man was in the black coat and he said SORRY though. I asked him to send him knives and forks they did not give me Until I remind them again. That same person once again told me it is not included in my package (Seriously knives and forks) That is awful! Finally! Their credit card machine was not working. I usually pay by credit card. I have an international card and don't carry cash. They should have indicated it as on a small poster on door as no credit card machine today. Either we go with cash or don't eat and getting treated as a thief among other diners. Now the funny thing is they then treated me as a thief at the counter. Even they know me and found me three to four times a week I felt bad and not going to go back again! Not recommending to anyone who is visiting especially a person coming to Pakistan. Poor services

Totaly bad experience at timmy's behria town i ordererd tucker by watching thier advertisement board and when i ordered it they tell me i have to paid 50 rs extra for 3 flavours like chicken supreme and 2 others but when i served by them i totaly disappointed about that sukki roti with chicken. Totaly worst experience

There was a time when Timmys used to be my favorite but everything changed. The disappointment started when they made us wait for an hour before serving food, incomplete orders have been served and also their taste is no longer the same. We have ordered pizzas on deal 2 medium ones, they were too small to be called a medium pizza plus they lacked toppings like they made a cheap version of the pizza. Don't call it a deal and don't offer it if you can't afford it.

There are some reasons behind that's why i am giving 3 Stars. The food was good. They are Charging 16% tax even on a card which is totally unfair they should improve customer service as well. They don't know how to deal with any issues.

Lovely experience crown crust pizza is awesome...highly recommended... surely going again and again.

I have ordered fried chicken deal from Timmy’s. I was very disappointed to receive the diner roll contaminated with fungus. Also fried chicken was burnt. I’ll never order from Timmy’s again.

Pizza had very fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. However the crust was very slightly underdown in the center...almost perfect🙂 Chicken wings were very tasty Overall a nice dinner!!

Timmy’s has just introduced new deals for us all and I must say they are totally worth spending money on! 🍕 Moreover, their all new wraps with a wide selection of sauces will definitely give competition to all the joints that bag-in money selling wraps. 🙌🏻 Loved the chipotle+bbq sauce combination in my wrap, and how can I forget the malai boti and peri peri pizza. 🔥

It's not clean. The washroom was very smelly. Cutlery was not cleaned. For Payment they don't bring a card machine to you they ask you to hand them your card. The food was acceptable and the grilled burger was good.

Order placed by mistake through Food Panda. There was no option to cancel so called Timmy's support team but they said we cannot cancel order. Phone staff and Branch staff not helpfull.

We tried their kebab wala pizza with nuggets and regular wrap with garlic mayo sauce. Really liked the wrap but pizza and nuggets were okishhh type. Wrap was delicious. Service was a bit slow but the staff was friendly. We wanted ty try the wings also but they didn't have the chicken because they are shifting inside bahria. But overall a good experience.

There was a time when Timmy's Pizza and Burgers were the best but unfortunately they failed to maintain the quality and consistency. Now it is just average. You may can get a good tasty pizza and burger some ramdom day but most of the time it would be just average. Every branch of Timmy's having different taste. I wish they can work on consistency in their prodicts taste wise and can maintain good quality.

We went to Timmy's baharia town lahore , on Saturday night, it was my first visit . The food was delicious, pizzas were different and had special flavor. They served on table and food was served with in 30 minutes. Overall , food was wholesome and worth the price. I will definitely recommend this and go there again.

Timmy food was always fine but with this branch they stepped up with their services espeacially the Manager is nice and humble.

The place was a bit small so dine in could be a problem for a big family but quality of food and place was good, the staff was super friendly and it also has live kitchen so you can know how the food is cooked.

My experience here was not good . I mean their food was not flavorful. if we compare to the price ,its not worthy 🥴.

Overall a very good experience when it comes to food. Their "Brown crust malai boti pizza" is recommended and it's better than many other pizzas available in town.They have limited sitting capacity inside at the new location in bahria town and in rushy hours it's a bit difficult to wait for your turn. Free juices were also a treat, though juices were not that good in taste and we had to leave half short glass juices.😄 Based on yesterday's recent experience i will rate it 9/10.

Too crowded. Upper floor isn't open. Service was late. Food quality is good thou. But even if you pay with card, they will charge you 16% tax ( pst instead of gst, don't know what that is, lol ).

Timmy is a nice local brand, providing various fast food options like pizza, 🍕 burgers etc. delivery time is short, food is tasty and delicious having many deals for family and friends. Outside sitting is also good in winter season. Recommended for family and friend visit.
