KFC's burger and their fried chicken are still very tasty. Their other food items are also very good. Cleanliness is taken care of. Service is also very good. All the staff are very nice. You can also order from here. You can also do Dine in and Take Away. Everything is fresh. All the staff have their hands and head covered.Located in Dha H block Market.

Even after the renovation the place didn't change much in a good way but mostly in bad. Instead of upgrading they downgrading to no luck up order screen. It should be installed for customers to not actually be waiting to hear a roll call sort of a announcement but to actually he able to read and come get it. Why don't they add more stuff to the menu with spices and stuff to improve the menu further. Even the burgers that were introduced a month or so ago don't even show up on the menu. What was that all about !!!!

This KFC is ideal for its location. Right at the edge of DHA H Block market, towards the T Block side. It's on your way out if you're leaving H Block market. They serve standard KFC fare. But I find this outlet to be one of the better ones. Special words are due for their excellent staff who maintain good cheer as they serve you. The place is well designed and aesthetically pleasing. Finally, its awesome how KFC is reinventing itself. Try their Kentucky Burger. Excellent!

Food was yummy but service was too bad. They even don't know how to handle and serve customer. They take too much time, the food was ready but they did not know which customer to serve it to. We ask repeatedly to waiters for our food. Even when the deal came, some of these things were missing.

I visited yesterday 28th Sep, 22 and took 4 zinger burger and one of tasteless burgers, sogy and over toasted buns which was smash and have cracks in bun, chicken was cost with hardly any mayo and lettuce, not just me but 2 people were already there complaint about their order either incomplete or wrong order. Poor branch to visit and unfortunately I did not take a photo for more clarity for the viewers

Located in Phase 1 DHA Lahore. They have renovated it. It used to be on Main Road in early 2000 but now they have shifted to current location. I still remember the time when people used to think that the burger is only zinger and KFC was at its peak but they couldn't handle it. But good that after such long time they have upgraded their standards but they still need to focus on customer service and also People needs to understand that their order will take time as they are making it fresh.

Zinger us all time favorite but this time I tasted Zingratha, it was Soo tasty😋.

This branch of KFC has American-Style interior which increases its beauty. The dine in area is comfortable but smaller in size. The staff here is very freindly.There is sufficient place for parking. The best thing here is the special zinger burger in a reasonable price. Well marinated pieces of crispy chicken with cheese and jalapenos which is the speciality of this burger. The secret ingredient in all burgers is the signature sauce. Other than burger their crispy fried chicken, wraps and fries are also very tasty. I recommend every one to try KFC especially zinger burger

Poor customer service. Missing items from food everytime. Under-cooked chicken pieces. Also,they don't bother to receive calls plus they don't entertain any sort of complaints ! Pathetic attitude!

Good Taste of food....good serving....seats were full for dine in.....you have to wait for others to go then you can sit...take too much time for preparing the food.... parking space was enough...need to improve dining and have to speed up the process of making food....

This place is worth a visit, but there are some aspects that need improvement. While the overall environment is satisfactory and the staff is friendly, there are certain issues to be aware of. The food quality can be inconsistent at times, which is a disappointment. During weekends, the hygiene of the restaurant becomes terrible, especially near the kids' play area, which is unfortunately located right next to the toilet.

KFE is advertising all over about their Reymen Spicy Wings but totally fails to even do a bit of reasonable taste... Do people really eat junk like that... It's very sad to see an international chance running out of ideas! Too much soya sauce and not well coated... Taster like MAMASITA SAUCE... undiluted 😔

Food is good. Sometimes when you online order from kfc DHA then they send spoiled food but you can simply call them and they replace it. Branch is good. Sitting : 8/10 Service : 6/10 .......... *Krunch burger : 9.5/10 *Zinger burger : 3/10 *Zingeratha : 4/10 *Zinger Twister : 4/10 *Wings : 7/10 Service is slow because of lot's of rush.

Wonderful ambiance of this branch of kfc, with lots of seating area. Staff is nice and friendly too and greet you with a big smile. Food is served fresh and tastes great. Always had a great experience whenever i visited this restaurant. Only negative thing is no wheelchair accessibility thats why giving 4 stars. There should be accessible area for handicapped and elderly people for whom climbing steps is so difficult. Otherwise really happy with the place and highly recommend.

It can be easily observed that the smell of uncooked and cooked chicken is mixed up in the environment. And one getting in the the premises has to bear this odor. I felt this suffocation in all four branches (KFC JAIL ROAD, CAVALRY, Y BLOCH AND THIS ONE) SOMETHING really bad is happening in these kitchens. Usually it happens during busy hours. Management must investigate the reason behind this. Previously it was a nice fragrance that helped to improve your hunger. And I missed that badly these days.

Absolutely the worst KFC branch in Lahore, considering the way the food is prepared. I've had the misfortune of this being the only branch that delivers to my home and it has persistently been low quality to the point it shouldn't even be called KFC. The chicken isn't crispy. The mighty zinger chicken looks boiled rather than fried. The taste of oil overwhelms any sauce or spice. The chicken isn't even marinated with the salt they normally put on it. Bland, oily, boiled, disgusting chicken. Better off driving to a different branch, or ordering from a local nameless burger shop.

My experiences at KFC have mostly been enjoyable, with delicious fried chicken and friendly service. However, I've had a couple of disappointing visits, where the food quality wasn't up to par or the service was slow. But, still kfc is my go to place. 😊😊

Nice branch with great environment, cleanliness and more importantly food quality. Also plenty of parking space and you can keep an eye on your car through the window.

Behaviour of the staff at cash counter was non-professional and annoying at the same time. Others are as per KFC standards.

I ordered Zingeratha and zinger Burger the Zinger piece was very small. Zingeratha was tasteless paratha quality was very poor. Don't waste your money in KFC better to go to the local restaurants they are much better than KFC now a days. Highly not recommended.

They missed fries and drink with my combo, I informed them, they were so good to acknowledge and later delivered me with up sized drink and fries in next 15 mins.

KFC has always been the best option with budget friendly fast food options. That is why it is mostly crowded than others. However, this specific branch needs to improve their service speed.

I waited 35 minutes for my order and still didn’t receive some of it. I was told that I had to wait even more for it. Just outrageous. And just to be clear my order wasn’t huge it was pretty manageable. Same problem was faced by almost a dozen more customers. But to give credit where it’s due, the staffs attitude was good and they were friendly.

Hygiene of Restaurant during weekends is terrible. Kids play area is right next to the toilet. Floor outside the toilet remains wet with footsteps and kids in the play area step on the same floor barefooted and take the same steps back into the play area. Environment is alright, staff is good. Zinger burgers are quite small sized, room temperature beverage was served. Collection of music is terrible too.

Been to this place many many times. It is like the usual KFC. Staff is reasonable and place is clean. I ordered messy extreme burger. It was really good, I loved it. Spicy and juicy.
