Wonderful experience having dinner over there. Specially Chicken steak is mouthful and juicy and kabab are ok to have in your dinners.

Taste of dishes is good but I'll recommend gourmet restaurant more as it is better despite the fact that it is also a gourmet branch the brownie here is not as good as the main branch and also salad bar is not available here...taste of dishes was okay...kabab were delicious...just the only perk here is good seating area and nice view...but the ac were not working so fine

It is seldom that I give any place a five-star rating but then Bon Vivant Palais deserves that. Excellent Chinese and Thai food in town with very good serving size. The serving size of every dish caters two people at the price of one. The food is very delicious with just the right amount of spice, which they can toggle as per your liking. The staff is courteous and the parking was available. Very clean washrooms and nice decor with dim lighting. I am definitely coming back here again.

Ordered pineapple sauce chicken steak, black pepper beef steak and mozzarella sticks When the ordered came the meals were tasty and good but they were same as everything which would you can get at their less class gourmet restaurant, only the difference was in the prices while it used to be different before. The place was not really very good, it seemed like a normal restaurant to me. They are just charging for the name. They used to be good before and they have to rethink about their quality. Otherwise its ok to visit any gourmet restaurant to get same items at a cheaper prices.

Been there for aftar twice. Overrated and over priced for the stuff they serve. Even after repeating the specific requirements for a dish twice, still served the wrong one(steak)and then the waiter did the usual, "Sir, they'll put it on me, it'd be really helpful if you don't complain and order for a replacement.

Come here and they'll change your views of the regular gourmet bakeries and restaurants that are out there. Here, they do everything good and you are blown away by the fact that Gourmet can do this stuff too. The cafe on the ground floor offers wonderful cakes and other confections as well as drinks. For custom cakes you have to order a day or at least in the morning if you have event in the evening. The dine in is great, the ambiance is cosy and artistic, the vibe is good. The restaurants on the upper floors offer very decent continental and Chinese food too. Their stakes are also good. Overall a great place for the whole family as you can choose from a huge variety of dishes that are on their menu and desserts as well. The dining halls on each floor are great to have family and friends' get togethers. Recommended 👍🏻

Used to be my go to place but not anymore. Terribly slow service. They have like 4 guys to serve whole hall. I invited some guests and had to leave dinner and walk up to the manager every time i needed something (even a spoon). Not only this I even had to go for follow ups on asked items as well. They didn’t clean the table once we were done and we kept sitting there with pots and everything on the table. Terrible service indeed!

There is no one to guide to parking and no proper reception i.e. we went straight to 2nd floor and it was empty they atleast should've put a notice of its closure. Secondly, under staffing which is a serious issue with all gourmet restaurants.

We have had my brother's engagement ceremony and dinner at Bon Vivant Palais Restaurant in Gulberg, Lahore and I would say they have the most pathetic costumer service ever. We had Huge gift boxes that needed to be carried to our tables and the guy at the reception simply refused to listen to us and arrange for help who could support us in carrying those baskets on the 1st floor. We were all women in the family and didn't want the groom to carry 20kg shagun boxes. They literally embarrassed us infront of our guests and when I asked for the manager he was rude and did not even know the basics of costumer service. This was such an important event for us and they had ruined all our moods just when we entered the venue. Never recommending the place for events.

The restaurant's location and the building decor is excellent. First look and feel of the restaurant is of a high class dining place. The experience starts to change on seeing the menu. The menu has a vast choice from Chinese to Local Pakistani and continental to french cuisine, their seems to be confusion on what is there main culinary expertise. The staff was although nice but lacked basic knowledge and skills required for decent service. Hot and sour soup we ordered was totally bland and had unwanted lumps of corn flour. I would rate it 2 out of 10. I ordered Fillet mignon / tenderloin beef steak with Mushroom sauce baked potato and sauted vegetables. As I went to wash my hands I could see into the open kitchen and the steak being seared on the hot plate and to my surprise the fillet mignon was flattened like chicken breast. I objected but they say that's how we do it. Finally when the food was brought to table the sauce was not creamy but totally runny and had a mild taste of broth with few thin sliced of sticky mushrooms. I tasted the steak and it was over cooked while I requested medium rare. Well to cut the story short it's not worth the amount they charge (although less than other restaurants). We ended up paying Rs. 5500 for three people which I felt was way more than the quality of food.

I went there in 2017 and it was quite well and developing day by with four floors serving different cuisine each. That time it was the best place in my opinion in terms of ambiance, taste & diversity as they were serving continental, fast food, desi, Chinese, Thai & even Japanese food. Then instead maintaining all that and adding some more value to their Brand, they've come to the the depth of service. Even then we kept visiting the place for some of their specialties but now enough is enough. There was no air conditioner working, no taste of food. No e payment facility. Irresponsible staff. need to revamp their whole brand.

Everything was good. Just spoons were placed in open area on table which I think were not that much clean. And also there was no AC on that day and they swtich on a standing fan which I think was not good.
