Very negative experience with the purchase and delivery of ordered lamps and bulbs. More than a week ago, I ordered lamps - not cheap at all - that were supposed to arrive within two business days at most. This information can be found on the company's website. A week has passed, during which time I called several times, wanting to know when the lamps will reach me. Each time, the consultant assured that they had already been picked up by the courier and would be delivered tomorrow. I was a bit surprised because I did not receive any information from the courier company. The lamps still haven't arrived! I wonder how you can build customer trust on lies, dismissals and disregard. Reading the opinions, I see that I'm not the only one affected by this! I do not recommend this company! Not reliable, fraudulent! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

As you can see, the opinions about the low quality of the goods are not baseless, as you can read in other comments, but I would rather mention the low level of service in the store, because it is impossible to communicate with someone who is at work as a punishment. In addition, there are other products in the store, others listed on Allegro (as the seller said, of much lower quality), so congratulations. I wanted to buy lamps, but I came back with nothing, but I guess it's better for me because I don't like buying just anything. Besides, it's been a long time since I met such a clueless salesperson (a guy with a beard and glasses) who answered questions casually. I do not recommend.

The goods returned to the store on October 21, today is October 29 and I have not received a refund. The store does not respond to my comment!
