Went there for Full body Checkup yesterday, all the staff members were really nice and the doctors were awesome too, specially Dr. Mahesh Dahal. Went there for an emergency rabies shot today.. had an awesome experience. The vaccinating nurse was really nice and considerate, and was constantly trying to make me as comfortable as possible. In total it just took me 15 minutes to complete the registration and vaccine. Kudos to the Clinic One staffs and the team. I'll definitely visit there again.. (Well, I kinda have to, for my next shot)

The clinic is clean and well managed. Parking at basement, lift is there for those who can’t use stairs. I like this especially for its location, just next to Samyak, which is a wonderful laboratory. I could have given 5 stars only if the doctors were punctual.

I went for a full body test and I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied by the service here. I made an appointment for 730AM hoping I would be served at that timeframe but turns out 5 other people had the same appointment time so I obviously had to wait another hour to get to my turn…Clinic one failed at managing this basic level appointment service. Next is consulting/reporting…the consulting we got from the gynecologist was just okay. I get asked why I was here and all my reports look good and that’s it. I felt rushed and didn’t get the vibe the doctor was interested in listening to my follow up questions so I stopped. Next I had to wait 1 and half hour to see the general physician.. and people who came after us were allowed ahead of us for no good reason. Didn’t feel like arguing because I was already exhausted. Long story short, not returning here again.

I am a regular client at clinic one located in Lalitpur, I called to book an appointment but the lady at reception talks as if she(auntie) inherited the clinic from her father, first she(auntie) receives my call at clinic WhatsApp number and ignores it talking to her colleagues then I tried calling to landline phone again she (auntie) receives and passes the phone to the male staff. I don’t have any complaints regarding the clinic but the management should hire a well trained receptionist or else her behaviour will compel my family not to continue anymore at this beautiful clinic. Booked an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes on a ticket system, doctor gave me very quick check over and prescribed decongestant but I actually have a sinus infection and need antibiotics (a hospital visit 3 days later confirmed this). Doctor was very busy but definitely needs to be more thorough to not miss ear and sinus infections.

Shoutout to all the nurses and front desk staff. Visited this place 3 times in total. Even when there were different staffs, each time each and everyone of them were so so respectful, polite and considerate. Clinic itself is clean. Wait time is appropriate. Hard to find places that treats customers with kindness specially in ktm.Keep up the culture Clinic One Team. I will recommend Clinic One to everyone in my family. Until next time.

I have been travelling with my 2 children who both had health concerns. They were able to be seen quickly and thoroughly checked over. I was also kindly able to txt the paediatrician in the evening when another concern arose, which has just put my mind at ease so much and I am so grateful for this above and beyond service. Lately, I have suffering from diarrhea, and For Treatment, I Visit clinic One and There Doctor and nurse Give me a Check-up and provide me with some Medication. . I visited the clinic for the first time yesterday and was pretty impressed by it. Waiting area was well kept with comfortable couches, the place was clean and the staffs were efficient. The reports came in within the time they said it would. Waiting didn't feel so tedious. Above all, the doctor was experienced and was clear in communication. Good doctors but stupid staff. On my 2nd visit to the doctor, after I had collected my test reports, I took an appointment and reached on time to show the report to the doctor. The staff put my file at the bottom of the list below all the new patients who had come for checkup. Instead of doing what everyone else does, alternating between test reports and new patients, they made me wait more than 1hr just to consult with the doctor which took 2mins coz everything was fine in the test report. I'd rather visit the same doctor in another clinic than deal with these people who lack common sense.

I have been going to clinic one for the passed 8 months in consultation with my OBGYN Dr SMRITY Maske. So far I am very happy with the doctor and team!!! I would definitely reccimmend both Dr SMRITY Maske for her professionalism and clinic one for maintaining a good environment.

I do not usually like the hospital’s ambiance and the smell and it makes me nervous being in that setting. But clinic one, it had a warm and welcoming ambiance and the clinic also did not smell a certain way. I was not nervous and my experience will always be good with the clinic.

One of the best clinics I have been to for an Endoscopy. While I would have had to wait for hours for my appointment in other hospitals, Clinic One understood my difficulty with time and set me the nearest appointment they could find. I was finished with my procedure within 10-15 mins which also included a doctor consultation.

As soon as you enter the clinic you are welcomed by the front desk department, they are very helpful and they help you with your appointments. There is a good seating area until the doctor arrives for the appointment. The wait was not too long and the overall experience was better than I expected.I highly recommend it to everyone.
