It used to be a famous mall in Kathmandu but now it looks unmanaged and unattended. The paint is peeling off and there is some construction going on. There are some shops that are still operating but there are many empty spots. People still visit this mall because there are some cheap shops. If the management team can revonate the mall and include interesting shops, it can attract more people.

There is a KFC here and some branded shops. Other shops sell fake goods (high copies) which some shop keepers will try and convince you is real. Pricing is a bit higher than you will find in street markets.

Once a very hyped mall in kathmandu, but no longer holds that glory. It is located in a location so prime that every public vehicle from every part of kathmandu stops infront of its staircase to pick and drop people. So it is now more of a waiting place for the pedestrains who have to wait for a long. These days the mall house few clothing and apparel store in the ground and first floor and the prices may not be so high as they are very often not the first choice of kathmandueits to visit for shopping. The top floors are mostly unisex saloons, makeup studios and shops of similar function. The top most floor has the revenue office of kathmandu.

Kathmandu Mall right now isn't the place to visit for shopping and buying clothes as more than half of the stores are closed or in process to close down but there are some good beauty parlors and cosmetics for girls/womens to visit.

Kathmandu mall provides you with the facilities of Clothing (UFO,Galz ‘n Guyz ,+9,Peanuts,Shangey Fashion World,Charms,Fashion Bags,Converse ,Puma,Boston), Electronics(Motorola,Samsung,Next Generation World) and Eating with Rooftop Restaurant. I want to advice all visitor to bargain while shopping.

Totally changed over the years. Kathmandu mall falls in a very non-compatible zone. If we want to buy clothes at cheaper price, there are other alternatives (such as BM mall 😉) and if we want to unravel the most expensive and quality utilities, there are better alternatives than visiting Kathmandu mall. In a very transitional zone, it has only become a place of eating icecream. Things demand change, I think!

It is an open street market, loaded with artistic items, great place for shoppers but u have to know bargaining quality for purchase here.

first and ground floor was preety basic. boutiques and salon in the upper apartment was too good. their services are also way too good. the mall is always quite busy though.

This mall located in RNAC between bir hospital and sundhara. Good but neat and clean policy still required. Public amenities required.
