Such a nice place in the middle of the city. Great food. Calm and peaceful atmosphere. The prices are not on the cheaper side, but it's good quality.

Utse was a gem and just what was needed after being burned out the night before. Such a relaxed and peaceful place and the food was real comfort stuff.

Not for veg people. Just same stuffing of cabbage in syabale and momo. However, foods like hotspot, tofu are simple and bland for nepali taste, sick huda khada huncha. :) Service was also weird. They let you pass dishes, wont regulary clean up finished dishes, had to coordinate ourselves like in a local restaurant; don't think they do the same for foreigners though. Atmosphere and ambience is nice though. Peaceful.

Lovely tibetian restaurant. We ordered the non-veg hotpot which was HUGE and included tons of side dishes. Well priced, super tasty and a great experience. Would defintely come back!

Fantastic old Tibetan restaurant in Thamel area. Friendly staff and amazing food. We had the veggie Momo's and fixed price Napali dinner. Perfectly seasoned tastes of Nepal. So good!

It is my first time trying Tibetian food, I was really curious about it, I asked to the waitress to guide me about the unknown names but they were not able to explain me in English, so I tried Phing Sha and Veg Bhak Thu, the first was a good soup with some vegetables and mostly potato and the second one was pasta in soup which was too spicy for my taste and not much content in it which I didn't like it much, but the ambience is good, little quiet even though is next to the street.

Great place for Nepali/Tibetan hot pot. Very generous portion. Tasty broth and loads of meat, sausages, veggies and even fish!!! Service is efficient and the place is clean.

Waste of dinner time. Smells old, dark premises, trainee waiter, loud YouTube watchers… Too fatty pork (some pieces in shapta were pure fat only, overall taste of this dish is good), tasteless thenthuk with micro pieces of meat.

Delicious Tibetan hot pot with very friendly and good service. It is plenty for two people and has so much flavor. Highly recommend

Delicious food. We ate there twice. Had a pleasure to take to the owner, who came to Kathmandu from Tibet in 1971 and opened her restaurant. Some Tibetan/Nepalese music would enhance the dining experience.

Spacious, has wifi, service and food were both good. I got the set Nepali and everything was tasty!
