I
do
not
recommend
this
hotel.
The
manager
makes
us
feel
very
bad
inside
the
hotel.
The
hotel
is
good,
but
the
hotel
manager's
bad
energy
hinders
one
from
enjoying
a
good
stay
in
Kathmandu.
He
keeps
snooping
on
what
you're
doing,
how
you're
getting
around
Kathmandu,
what
you're
eating,...
He
makes
nasty
comments,
always
wanting
to
gain
financially
from
you.
I
thought
the
hotel
food
was
horrible.
I
ate
the
worst
carbonara
of
my
life,
but
he
continued
to
insist
that
I
eat
at
the
hotel.
Asking
about
dinner,
I
said
that
I
had
bought
an
apple,
and
he
said
that
I
was
filling
my
belly
with
breakfast
(which
was
included)
and
eating
the
apple
(which
I
had
bought
on
the
street
and
is
cheap).
In
other
words,
I
was
not
spending
money
at
the
hotel.
He
also
kept
making
unpleasant
comments,
mocking
that
I
was
very
smart,
when
he
saw
that
I
was
using
InDrive
(the
Uber
there),
which
a
guide
told
me
about.
It
seemed
to
me
that
he
wanted
to
benefit
if
I
used
a
taxi
called
by
the
hotel
to
get
around.
I
had
a
horrible
experience.
I
made
three
two-day
reservations.
The
first
was
Ok,
the
second,
I
had
a
very
serious
problem
with
the
manager,
and
the
third,
I
canceled,
as
there
was
no
point
in
returning
to
this
hotel.
The
second
time
I
stayed
there,
I
had
booked
a
superior
deluxe
room
with
a
balcony.
Arriving
there,
around
10
am,
he
offered
me
a
deluxe
room
without
a
balcony.
I
said
that
was
not
the
room
I
had
booked.
He
said
he
would
compensate
me
by
giving
me
a
transfer
to
the
airport.
I
accepted.
I
asked
him
to
put
my
luggage
there
because
I
wanted
to
go
out
and
see
some
things.
I
came
back
around
12
am
and
asked
for
my
room
key.
He
had
given
this
room
to
another
person.
He
wasn't
at
the
hotel.
I
asked
the
person
at
the
reception
to
give
me
the
room
I
booked.
He
put
me
in
a
tiny
room,
the
cheapest
in
the
hotel,
with
a
window
onto
the
hallway.
I
thought
it
was
temporary,
just
for
me
to
get
ready.
The
room
was
nothing
like
the
one
I
booked
"superior
deluxe
with
balcony".
I
needed
to
go
out
again
for
a
tour.
When
I
left,
I
sent
a
message
to
the
hotel
so
they
could
put
my
luggage
in
the
room
I
booked.
When
I
returned
late
in
the
afternoon,
the
manager
walked
me
to
my
room.
My
things
were
in
the
cheapest
room
in
the
hotel.
I
repeated
that
this
was
not
the
room
I
had
booked.
He
said
he
didn't
have
another
room
at
the
hotel,
that
the
next
day
he
would
put
me
in
the
room
I
booked.
I
said
I
wouldn't
pay
for
that
room,
for
everything
he
had
put
me
through
that
day.
He
said
I
wouldn't
have
to
pay.
However,
when
I
went
to
check
out,
he
charged
me
two
nights
for
the
superior
deluxe
room
with
balcony,
but
on
the
first
night
he
put
me
in
the
cheapest
room
in
the
hotel,
and
had
even
said
that
I
didn't
need
to
pay.
When
I
questioned
him,
he
said
I
wanted
to
stay
at
the
hotel
for
free.
I
was
very
nervous
about
his
lack
of
honesty,
asking
him
to
keep
his
word.
After
an
argument,
I
finally
didn't
pay
for
the
day
he
gave
me
a
room
(inferior
to
the
one
I
had
booked,
but
I
accepted),
gave
the
same
room
to
someone
else
and
put
me
in
an
even
worse
room,
the
cheapest
in
the
hotel,
with
a
hard
bed,
with
a
window
to
the
corridor,
where
I
couldn't
sleep.
