Its a very good cafe. Its a good restaurant. It has a great view. It has a good sitting arrangements. You will enjoy outdoor seating under shades. The view is so beautiful. You can enjoy sitting there and eating food. You will love tasty food and snacks. You can enjoy your drink. You can enjoy shopping inside the area. You can enjoy coffee and bakery items. Its a very good restaurant. Must visit.

This place is amazing!!!! The food is soooo good, the portions are enormous, the live band is the best Nepali traditional music I've heard all over Nepal, and I've been here 3 months already. The staff is so friendly and I danced with them traditional Nepali dances. I wish I had more time to enjoy this place. They got 3.8 stars and it does not reflect the perfection of the place. Truly amazing. *The band are from a tribe that plays that music for hundreds of years, so it's really unique, and they raise money for the poor children of Nepal, so that's also great.

Worst meal in the month spent dining in Nepal. We ordered and five minutes later, our food arrived. Bland, no flavour and piping hot. I'm sure it was microwaved. Given the options on the menu, it's not surprising that all food is probably batch prepared. We ordered cheese pasta - can spaghetti be cooked in less than five minutes?

Perfect hangout location with peaceful outdoor seating in natural garden along with live music, great service and beautiful ambience. Fireplace is a plus for cold winter. Go for candle light dinnner.

The live show is great. Although I can't understand what they sang, I feel that happiness and excitement from their voice and performance. They made me so high😊

The place is serene. The price is good. We ordered a breakfast meal named NFC Special which contains scrambled egg, chicken and potato mixed altogether and two slices of bread. The meal comes with sufficient portion of butter and jam. It costed 325 NPR for each. I loved the cordial services the waiters provide and the soft music played in the background.

Nice restaurant to visit for dinner. There is enough space even for a big group. Very cozy atmosphere and nice staff. You can pick from traditional Nepalise food but they also have more Western options if you like

Beautiful atmosphere, two fire pits, soothing Nepali live music playing , candlelight on the table, and nice comfort food. We stopped by around 8:30pm for tea and some desserts, we got pulled in by the sound of the lovely music and singing. There was a Nepali band playing some of the most soothing, beautiful and almost haunting tunes and singing. I didn’t understand anything, but I could feel their passion and definitely felt the sad songs. We had a delicious apple pie with ice cream, a brownie, mint tea and randomly because my son felt hungry some fries as well. Overall it was a really nice memory, probably one of my favourite places to chill in Thamel.

Let's start with positive things about the place: 1. Ambience is nice, i'm a big fan of patio/rooftop restaurants, and this place looks very spacious. 2. Staff was very friendly. Now let's start with things that didn't sit right with me: 1. Its over priced ( a glass of fresh water juice cost u 400 NPR. 2. They say that the place is continental, mexican etc. but only the names of the dishes looks western, the food they serve is Nepali. for instance I ordered hash browns (being a vegetarian really leave me with much choices especially in Nepal) and the gave me fajitas with boiled potatoes... lol when i asked them that this is not hash brown they said this is hash brown as per people in nepal. LOL. The waiter was courteous to cancel the whole order, but I had to go to a different restaurant in search of non nepali (nepali food is delicious but after living in nepal for 3 months , this was one of the days where i wanted to have non nepali food for breakfast).

Not recommended, go to OR2K or Roadhouse if you are in thamel for a better customer experience and delicious food! The food was okay here but the main attraction here was a firepit and music. The staff were nice while ordering, but we hadnt even finished eating and they lined up other people for our table even when a hundred other tables were empty and asked them to wait there until we were done eating. Those guests kept standing besides our table waiting for us to get up, and as soon as we took our last bite they cleared out the table so we left. So rude! Its worst than a fast food experience, they want u to come in eat the mediocre food and leave ryt away so they can fit in more people around the fire pit!

This is a lovely restaurant with a beautiful ambience, especially outdoors with live folk music. The staff are very caring and attentive and Bikas took great care while attending our table. The portion sizes are huge and they serve an eclectic mix of local and international cuisine. Do visit if you fancy a relaxing meal!

Nice place, good meals and service. One of the waiters failed, were waiting for grilled fish for a long time. Finally we didn,'t take it, for that, rate 4 stars

Amazing place nesting in total peaceful place despite being in centre of main market Thamel. Tasty , good quantity and reasonably priced food. Staff is polite and interacts to guide you further about city and surrounding areas.

Had brunch here twice as it was so good. The quesadilla with chicken, mushrooms and veg was very good and the honey lattes were delicious. Lovely quiet area outdoors away from the bustle of Kathmandu’s streets. Arjun was a lovely guy really friendly and chatty talking to us for ages on our second visit as he remembered us from a few days before.

We ate here our last night in Kathmandu in May--it was raining, but we were totally dry as we ate under the canopy and listened to the live music. They have a wide variety of food and drinks and the service was amazing.

The food was comically bad 😂 The thukpa was a bowl of bland overcooked spaghetti, the burger patty was burnt and dry, the fries were cold. The food was slow, the credit card machine failed to work and they may have charged us twice, etc. Do yourself a favor and walk 100m down the road to the Third Eye restaurant. Or starve. Either way it’s better 😂 The atmosphere is nice, they keep some fires going which is nice.

We ordered nfc special breakfast and we got the mixture of all ingredients which mentioned in menu.. with 2 breads.. the taste was so bland and the presentation on top of it was bad.. Would not recommend breakfast.. Also ordered tea which was ok

The Nepali Thali was good but enormous hidden taxes and charges that were added to our bill left a bitter taste in our mouth so despite the good food we will not come back. We discovered plenty other better places to go with no extra charge.

Large portions. Good service. Didn’t get the Mexican flavor right. Disappointed staff let 2 Indian men from the street (not patrons) walk around the restaurant taking photos with random patrons whilst eating their meals. Very weird

Ordered a burrito.It is not good.The bread is brittle.The burrito is served with flowy creme.

Good food!! Beyond my expectation to be honest. Place is spacious and mostly outdoor dinning. Just beaware of god damn mosquitos. Guy named Bishal was humble and animated who helped us with our orders. Would have easily given 5 stars if only the management had something to take care of 🦟. If your dinning is mostly outdoors, you got to planned accordingly. Thankfully they arranged some mosquito coils after requesting. By that time I had few hives already.

Beware. Don't come here for Indian food. They say they have a tandoor but rather than serve Naan and other Indian breads, they serve chipati and tell you it's Naan and Roti. Dishonest approach and would never recommend. Avoid and go to the many other better options in Thamel.

Gone just for beer.. May be a new year eve event was very successfull so the very next day wasn't fruitful for customers. So will visit next time fo sure making sure that the previous day would've event.

Pretty awful food. Got the order wrong after taking 45mins for the food. Some of the worst food I’ve eaten in multiple trips to Kathmandu. It’s a tourist trap, stay clear, steep prices too.

A typical tourist cafe in thamel. Good coffee and cake nothing special. They should fix their speakers though. They make an annoying buzzing noise, and the same song is played over and over again.

The place looked good, so we walked in, pretty spacious with lots of sitting, nothing much to say about what I ordered.

Stayed here for 3 days. Nice place. Staff is cooperative the food is somewhat expensive though but tastes nice.

Open on Tuesdays -- I'm here on a Tuesday! And not alone -- together with at least six other tables taken. A bit hesitant about sharing the food photos because, haha, they look pretty ... Pretty bad now. Look at that smeared spoon in that apple pie, half eaten quesadilla (and I continued eating all the while typing this out -- multitasker that I am NOT; scuze any typos), that hybrid of a fruit juice (papaya + watermelon), and the extra seasoning (think ketchup mode). Best ever music, food and hospatility in Thamel, I often visit this place.I love Golden Chicken dish there.They offer amazing classical fusion music and instrumental performanxe.

Located in very convenient area to reach. Nice and relaxing setting with nice local music. Food are ok quality though a little on a high price. The only negative comment about this place is the service. Not very attentive and we had to call many times to ask for the food or drink. When we ordered Mo Mo and the waiter simply say "No we don't have" without saying sorry or offer alternative dish to us. Not sure if I 'd like to go back.

We had chicken sizzler it was average in taste and it came with only cabbage , no more choices of vegetable items. I don't know if we were unlucky or there service was like that.
