Food is good enough. Non veg items are special. The ambience is authentic and gives an earthly feeling complimentary to its name. The decor and seating arrangement is original. The wall painting and murals depicting Mithila art are truly great. Prices, however are on the higher side.

Here is a local restaurant chain that is a reference. The place, slightly set back, welcomes you in a quiet moment and in a small outdoor lounge rather Cosi. But it is especially the interior decoration which will make its effect. Wide choice of classic Newar cuisine with a slightly expensive but copious and well-served set. The staff is welcoming.

Lovely place for special newari dishes. I tried their chicken khaja set and chicken chatamari, which were exceptionally tasty. Ambience is lovely with special paintings hanging. Highly recommended place esp for group visits. If you want to show your foreign friends some authentic places, this is a must visit.

Never again. Poor service, overpriced food, Yomari sucked Rs 150 for churra .. No Thanks. Avoid this place if possible. Nothing great about it.

Decent cozy place. Depends on which food you order. Relatively small servings and a little high price (probably because of the area it is situated at). Chops and spicy items were good. Momo is fine but not the best.

Good place to dine specially with friends and family in the evening. Traditional Nepali foods are great here including MoMo, Chatamari and Kabab. Their outside sitting arrangement is also very comfortable.

The food is amazingly delicious, the Momocha is amazing as I had 2 bowls of it 😋. The atmosphere is traditional, it has hand made clay sculptures on the walls!

The garden sitting is pretty good, provided weather isn't bad. The food is good however portions are small with regards to the price.

I was expecting the boar sizzler to be cut in a bit smaller portion. The big chunk was chewy and hard to cut.. otherwise the taste was good..

I simply love this place, it's peaceful, earthy and the food is good. Every time I am around the neighborhood, I drop by, just to have a cup of coffee and some peaceful time. The staff are super nice and friendly. Ideal for group hangouts and meetings. Recommend it!
