I came here because of the good pictures and comments. Everyone told me that this is the best pizza in Nepal. Ummmmm.....not the one I got. Positive first, they use good ingredients. The pizza tasted good...when there's pizza. If you look at my pizza, you can see that 1/3 or 1/2 of the pizza wasn't filled in at all. For the price of the pizza, I felt like I'm eating a lot of dry bread. Don't cheat your customers. Thanks for nothing.

I ate here on my recent trip to Kathmandu. I saw the great reviews and I'll say that Fire & Ice lived up to my expectations. Eating on my own, they didn't have a table immediately ready, but they made me comfortable and got me a table fairly quickly. The menu is large and varied (for a pizza restaurant) and making a half&half pizza wasn't a problem, for a small fee. The pizza tasted great and was quite filling for myself.

This is the most authentic Italian pizza I have ever eaten at a restaurant and it’s in Nepal! Fresh, simple ingredients and baked perfectly. The ice cream is imported from Italy as I’m sure are many of the ingredients. My highest recommendation for this restaurant and the owners. They have it figured out. I’ll be back when I return to Nepal.

I came here after hearing all the fuss about stone oven cooked pizza. They made mines and bunch of other pizza’s on a electric pizza oven. I could’ve overlooked that if the pizza were fine and I was happy to overlook the overpriced ginger honey tea but ….. Okay! Seriously! you lost me right when you add potato’s as pizza toppings. And that’s one of the signature pizza’s from this pizza joint. I literally have no words. Trying different things is one thing but potatoes? No! Just no! (I won’t even mention the carb overload.)

Great place for a quick pizza. The pizza 🍕was pretty good and large. Enough for two. The drink however tiramisu cold coffee well.... the ice cream was blended together. I didn't like it. But it must just be me. They have a shared basement parking. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean.

Enjoyed the cool ambiance. It was really busy on Monday which goes on to show how popular the place really is. The food is exceptional however, the service leaves something to be desired. Great place overall

The option to select two different pizza kinds in a half portion is the best part of Fire and Ice. Even during rush hour, they provide the best service. Visit this place if you want the best pizza in k-town. The one disappointing aspect of Fire and Ice is their price for any soft drink, which is Rs. 150.

Hard not to love pizza here. Customer service is pretty decent (it used to be better) and the ambiance is enjoyable overall. It could get crowded so plan accordingly. Parking could be an issue at times but manageable. No 5 stars though because of the service charge and VAT which means you spend around 25% extra on top of what's already an expensive menu. Edit: Their Menu has updated prices. Posting some new ones.

Fire and Ice Pizzeria serves of the best firewood pizzas in town. I have been there couple of time and I was never dissatisfied. Although the place is normally busy, you are not neglected and served on time.

Impressed with the delicious pizza at this restaurant. The ambiance is nice, and the staff is both quick and friendly. A satisfying dining experience overall.

BEST PIZZA EVER!! I keep coming back whenever I crave a pizza! I order Ettore, the chicken pizza with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes and it's the best! Chocolate mousse was to die for! Lovely atmosphere too. 10/10

Amazing pizza! We ordered the vegetarian pizza with sun dried tomatoes (number 11 on the menu) which is a definitely recommended choice. It was fresh and tasty. The price was also very reasonable and the service was amazing. Their tuna salad was also very good. Highly recommended!

Best pizza in Thamel! Always crowded with tourists (too noisy sometimes), great customer service, good quality ingredients. Love the atmosphere. In Fire and Ice, I trust. Highly recommended!

Simply the best pizzas in town, but you will only like their pizzas if you have sophisticated taste buds. I usually get myself 2 different type of half&half pizza in the same pizza.

Hey all, this place is having a vibe and parking place and some real pizza servings. Located in thamel. I had ordered 4 options- for 2 adults n 2 kids. We were full n had a parcel as well. Pics of some of them. Service for us was very swift and fast.In all a cool pizza place. Must visit.

Excellent pizza just like a specialty pizza place at home. Pizzas were a decent size so we ordered 2 for the three of us. The lemon soda does not come with sugar but I asked for some and they brought some simple sugar syrup and it was great with that.

Check your bill, carefully. We ordered a beer. The waiter spilled a lot while serving it. We told him to take it away. He looked surprised but got another one. We were billed for the spilled beer. Then they changed the bill and rudely told us to check it, as it was final. This restaurant has fallen from grace and it's a disappointment. From being a favourite, it's off the list now. Get your act together and train your staff to be honest and courteous in their dealing, even with Indians.

Good pizza place in kathmandu. With proper Italian Menu and food. The first place to serve pizza in Nepal never fails in taste. The parking is bit cozy but there is paid parking underneath. The best part of this place is they serve two different pizza half and half. The atmosphere was amazing. The vibes was very good and the candlelight makes the food more delicious. The complementary chillies and oregano also enhance the flavour of pizza. I also recommend them to use shaker or dispenser for chillies and herbs rather then small ramekins.

My favorite restaurant in Kathmandu bar none. I have eaten there for nearly 20 years and it remains "the" place to get an American style pizza when you are in Nepal.

This place is amazing! I came here twice in 2 days . Once had the pizza and chips which was delicious and the second time I had a calzone and mushroom soup which was also great! I never thought I’d find an Italian spot in Nepal tasting better than actual Italian food in Italy . Dreaming of the day I can come back here.

Incredible Pizzas. The pizza was delivered very fast and tasted as if we were sitting directly in Italy. Great atmosphere and kind staff. Understandable, that the restaurant was quiet full and the food quiet expensive. Besides that, definitely worth a visit.

Came here for the good reviews, had good pizza but it was not that exceptional as some other people wrote, if not a bit disappointing because of the high expectation. They use a (maybe very young) dough, that makes the pizza edge very crispy like a papad. For Italian style it should be more fluffy. Our smiling waiter was very friendly. The overall price level is nonetheless fair if you take the nice Ambiente into account.

Very good food. Excellent pizza and pasta. Also we enjoy Italian coffee. For me the space between the tables was not enough. So make the atmosphere also very noisy.

Pizza was delicious. Kids were tired after a stroll around Thamel and we were looking for a simple, fast and decent family place and found this restaurant on the side entrance of Sanchaykosh building. Food was delicious and ambiance was good.

Awesomely delicious pizzas, we loved Nepalese food while we are in Nepal but a good pizza is a good pizza, you can’t go wrong with a pizza especially when it’s well made with nice fluffy dough. On top of that they have an excellent staff, their customer service is 5 stars ⭐️ only one thing, make sure to find out when they are quiet or you could be waiting in line to get in.

The service was top-notch. The staff were friendly. A very warm and inviting atmosphere. To top it off, the prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall experience.

One of the beat pizzas I have ever had! Thin and crispy crust, the flour itself used to make the pizza was a standout. Extremely delicious dough! The toppings were plentiful and real tomatoes were used and just enough. We had the half and half pizza, half Paesana, half was Adelina. The atmosphere and design of the place was adorable, great music and impeccable service.

Best pizza we’ve eaten in a very long time. The dough is crispy, the edges are very crunchy. Big selection. Real Napoli pizza. Lasagna also amazing. Big time recommend! We came here to eat three times.

Great food. We ordered the Paesana pizza (with added Rockets), Crostini with mushroom and tomatoes (mixed), and Rondelle di Patate Fritte (ie. Potato chips). All very well made. I wish I had such a good Pizzeria back home. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My favorite pizzeria. Every time I’m in Kathmandu, I always come here. Pizza is superb, service is excellent and fast, ambience of the place is relaxing. And sometimes they play Italian classical music which makes me feel that I’m in Europe. In love with this place!

The pizzas were ok, tried 4 different varieties. The place was crowded at 7:30/7:40, understandable, as it was a Friday night. The crowd slowly thinned down by around 8:45-9:00. The place certainly has a different ambience to it, but maybe a little crowded and very little space to maneuver and move compared to many other spacious places. The service was prompt and amazing, despite the big crowd. However, I noticed they offer kids chairs. The staff certainly deserve kudos. The washrooms were well maintained.

One of the old and best place to have firewood pizza with Italian flavours is Fire & Ice. I have visited this restaurant couple of times and every time it was great to have the taste of pizza than other places. Its cozy place with nice sitting arrangements and nice staffs with ready to help.

This place is one of the most delicious foods which I experienced in Nepal. You have to eat the chocolate ice-cream after the main menu.

I've eaten a few pizzas in Nepal, and this one is the closest to the western taste I am used to. Although the price is the closest as well. Service was wonderful. The restaurant charges service fee unlike other Nepali restaurants.

Best pizzeria in Kathmandu. The only thing that pinched me is the vehicle Parking charges per hour. If Fire and Ice Pizzeria seriously looks into this issue 5 star from my side. Only 3 stars for now until this issue is resolved.

One of the finest Pizzeria I have ever been to and best one in Thamel I could say for sure. They serve freshly baked wood oven baked pizza and have an option of whole wheat as well as gluten free pizza base options. Every pizza we tried there was worth ordering. They have ample space to sit, relax and enjoy the freshly baked pizzas & pastas

Pretty nice atmosphere. Its definitely not cheap, but their pizzas are pretty good, and service is commendable. Its not as busy as it used to be due to COVID, so its a good time to go there now

If you like lasagna, then this is the only place in Thamel that not only has it, but it's good! Also had the vegetarian pizza and that was really good too. Service is solid, ambience is nice. Overall, a great place. Will definitely be coming back again.

We came here for a post trek part recently. The place was really busy, but the service was good. The pizzas were good, and not only because we had just come off a trek! Not the best pizza I've ever had, but good quality for the price.

The place was good, ambience was very nice, staff was very friendly. Some could say food there is pricey, some might disagree with this depends on the perspective. I enjoyed alot here, pizzas were tasty and drinks were also very good, you just need to know what to order according to your taste.

After covid (2year) I went to fire n ice Thamel for dinner. Pizza is no more taste like before and spaghetti was also not that taste like before. In this condition i have to compare your food taste and value of my hungry stomach. First time I really disappointed from your food. Not recommended if goes same like this
