Tip Top Samosas are delicious and crispy, with a wide range of flavors to choose from. The filling is generously packed and the pastry is well-made. Overall, a great snack option for any occasion.

So, this is by far the best samosa in Thamel. Amazing family place, owners are just lovely. Safe to eat, more than affordable (25rs a piece) and very tasty. Have it with a dip, you won’t regret, it make everything magical. ;))

Samosa and chutney of TipTop are the best. Momo, Dudhbhari and Rajbhog also taste amazing. It's one of my favourite go-to places in Newroad.

Typical indian type samosa and sweets place. Few bikes can be parked in front of the shop.

Great samosa here. Along with samosa there are many sweets items too available here. There is a system of eating by standing in this place. There is a propper place for keeping your item and a standing area. There is also panipuri for the panipuri lovers. There is a wash basin available for washing your hands. Everything is good. I recommend everyone to try some samosa here if you are nearby this place.

Oh my, we found this place by accident and were sooo happy. The samosas are amazing, they pair perfectly with the sweet sauce they are served in. Wow. We were also impressed by the pressed leaf bowls they used for dine in. Overall, we loved this place. It was busy but for good reason. Come here

Good place to find traditional sweets and their famous samosas and pani puris.

The sweets sold here are the best , but the samosa is not worth the hype in my opinion. The sweet chutney served with samosa was my favourite tho.

Vast varieties of indian sweets and snacks are available.Samosas are available from 11 pm only and not available during festivals as well. Sweets are available from opening to closing time. One of the best traditional indian sweets and snack shops on the valley.Taste has never been a disappointment, but the unavailability of Chole bature and such for breakfast is disappointing.

Everyone must have heard of this place for samosa and sweets. It is really good. If you haven't heard of, I would like to make sure it's good. One thing to be sure of buying or eating samosas, they don't have visible potato pieces or AALU, those potatoes would be mashed and if you don't like it then it is what it is.

Best Somosas and chaats in Kathmandu, it may be bit difficult to find the restaurant but any locals in new road can direct you. Paani puri severed here are tasty and hygienic, so NOT to worry about having upset stomach. This place is always packed and there is no enough seating. Good place to grab bites while shopping in New Road

Tiptop is always a good place to have a sweet time as well as samosas. However this place is quite small and you need to stand to eat. 4 stars 😸

Best place to have samosa and sweet achar. I have been coming here from a long time. Best for khaja. Don't expect a car park even bikes will be hard to park infront of the shop which is street side parking. Mohan bhog (sweets) tastes out of world and all other things are worthful to have. Don't expect a sitting to have your food. They have some place on the right of there shop to eat but it is just for quick fooding.

Samosas are very hot so be careful while eating. Samosas not worth the hype tbh, but still quite good. The red chutney was too sweet for me. Other sweets are very good as well

A great little street food spot recommended for one of the locals. Samosas were so tasty and extremely well priced. I was informed it's very hygienic. Ate there twice and no bother so must be some truth to that!
