The Ambience here is just Awesommmm... The moment u enter is the time coffee aroma welcomes you. The Best Pizza in Kathmandu is found here for a fraction higher price but is really worth the price. The best thing is that its open now with full Precautions and Sanitization. Its location in Thamel is a bit on the negative for Parking.

After several recommendations from different people, we decided to try Roadhouse Cafe. The pizza was incredibly delicious, and the perfect farewell dinner after trekking in the Himalayas. The crust was fluffy and soft, but thin in the center. The fried chicken on the menu was less US-fried-chicken and more Japanese, karaage-esque. The loaded potato skins were nice and crispy but lacked spices. The loaded potato skins also lacked the refried beans that the menu stated. Service was excellent. Very polite and attentive. They also had a nice outdoor patio in the back.

A must go place for all the pizza lovers. The prices are on the higher end but it doesn't hurt to come here once in a while to have some good wood fired pizza. The place is crowded most of the time so it's better to book your seat in advance. Service was quick as well. Overall 5 stars for the food and hospitality but reducing a star because of the overly priced menu.

It was busy because most places were closed due to a religious festival. The service was very slow, it took a long time to order and my pizza arrived before my beer. The pizza was OK, but the place does have a nice feel about it.

One of the best place to have pizza in Kathmandu. The newly introduced BBQ Chicken pizza with the chicken on crust too was really awesome. Highly recommending the place.

We love the pizza here. Big portion. The Ambience is really nice. We just take out the pizza from here. Packaging is nice and also they have instructions to heat it up. Simple addition makes a difference 🙌😍

The roadhouse cafe is so beautifully decorated in the thamel tourist district offering delicious pizza at cozy indoor and outdoor set up and there is heater for chilly nights. Service is absolutely great. Must visit when in nepal. We ordered chicken tandoori pizza and potato wedges *vegetarian*. Pizza was simply superb. It was soft and cheesy and had right amount of the tandoori chicken topping which was also yum. The outdoor seating area is very beautiful

Nice restaurant in Thamel region. They have indoor and outdoor (designed) dining... Pizza was great and straight from wood burning oven.. nice service and amazing staff.. .. I went there twice.. it was a good experience.. I'd recommend it..

The best pizza house in Kathmandu. Seems they offer different pizza every month as the pizza of the month. We had Bolognese Pizza in January. Bologna is a city at north Italy. It was really yummy. Smoked Chicken Sadheko & Roadhouse Nachos were delicious starters. We liked the cozy environment inside with gas heater nearby & beautiful decorations. Sitting ouside looked beautiful as well surrounded by Himalayan bamboo trees. Staffs were polite & responsive. A must visit cafe while in Kathmandu.

I liked the atmosphere here. Always busy and mostly by tourists. I tried french fries for the first time, but I saw that everyone ordered pizza. So, the next time I had pizza there and I loved it.

No doubt that this place is for pizzas 🍕 We tried carbonara with chicken and chicken tandoori and they turned out to be good. They do have other regular starters items, pastas, sandwiches and burgers, and salads including cocktails, mocktails, local and international spirits, beers, and coffees too. I tried mint lemonade which wasn’t that great. Rest of the other experience was great. Ambiance was great, staffs are friendly from door to tables. Parking is bit difficult.

Take a break from Nepali/Tibetan cuisines. Very good wood fired pizza. You can choose half and half, two flavours. Cheesy pasta was so creamy and rich.

This is one of the old resturant in Thamel. Roadhouse has many outlet In Nepal but this is one of the oldest one. Resturant ambience is nice but compare with Labim mall outlet´s food with Thamel totally different. Spaghetti is worst in Thamel. Pizz also too salty. Greek salad also worst in your price. For food not recommended. Roadhose run hotel next bulding attach with resturant. To stay inside thsmel itself very noisy till 2-3 am. If u really want to good sleep this hotel is not recommend. Billing system is ++ and they accept card cash and phone pay. There is no parking area.

Roadhouse and their Roadhouse Cafe is definitely one of the most comfortable places in Kathmandu. Hot showers, comfy atmosphere, wonderful staff as well as such a good breakfast area. The bar goes firm 8:30am to 11pm, their Lemon Mint Mocktail was so enjoyable! Will definitely come back again and again, without doubt.

Great place for the thin crust pizza. I can only speak for the pizza, since that was all I tried. Quick and good. The though was thin and crispy. The flavor was good too. Decent price, around $10 for a large size, good for 2 people. The place was clean and nice atmosphere. Great ambience. Service was good. Easy access, outdoor and indoor seatings.

Wanted a break from nepali cousin.Being a pizza nerd, Pizza exceeded my expectations. Tried chicken tandoori, pistachio and mortadella half half. My friend tried Mexican and carbonara. My top vote goes to mortadella topping. Crispy and smoky like how wood pizza should be. Nice ambiance too. Went there 3 times in total. The taste consistency varied a bit.

Awesome food with great ambience and they have good variety of beers and cocktails as well. The food portion is huge for dishes like sandwiches. Price is moderate.

I had a delicious lunch at this cafe. I ordered the Classic Club Sandwich, and it was yummylicious. And the small jug of Virgin Mojito was out of this world too.

The overall experience at the Roadhouse cafe was quite amazing. The ambience of the cafe is very Cozy. We also get an option for outdoor Sitting. Their woodfire pizzas are a must try!! Also there were some great options for Pastas. Their hot chocolate on a cold day is a bliss. Although this place can have very limited options if you are a vegetarian and don't eat Meat or chicken.

There is only one or two Nepali dishes in the menu but the food that we had were all delicious. We stayed in the Roadhouse Hotel for a week that included breakfast and all the five options were superb.

This place makes such good pizza. It was like an oasis in the calamity of (Thamel) Kathmandu. The wine (like everywhere) was expensive, but my husband and I really enjoyed the wonderful service and great food and couldn't resist a bottle to go with it all.

Anjan and Rasmira were very friendly and professional. The food was tasty fresh and very diverse. Lots of vegetarian options. Highly recommended when visiting Kathmandu

During my stay at the Roadhouse Hotel, I visited their inhouse cafe for their breakfast. They have a few set breakfasts which are truly filling and the perfect start to your day. You do not even miss a wide spread buffet where you are spoilt for choice. I tried their Hummus, Pesto, Avocado Sandwich which came with a side of fries and Tea/coffee of your choice, on day one. While on day two I tried their American Breakfast which included pancakes with maple syrup, a veggie salad, scrambled eggs and bacon (switched the bacon for a hash brown) with a choice of your coffee/tea. This cafe is a much recommended spot for a lovely meal as well with their wood fire pizzas and cheese wheel live pasta counter. Don't forget to stop by on your visit to Thamel.

This restaurant offers very nice pizzas and the salqds and wine are very nice too. The staff is polite, attentive and friendly. Especially our favorite waiter Anjan who makes delicious cappuccinos, is so friendly and enthousiastic. Roadhouse cafe also has lovely, spotless, light and beautiful hotelrooms. We are delighted and recommend it if you want to get away from nepal for a little bit of an Italian escape!!

Go for the best Pizzas in town. I recommend the Four Cheese with Ham. Their Pasta and also Hummus are great too. I don't think you can go wrong here.

I think it has some really nice dishes and it is a very safe choice where you will not make any big mistakes if you looking for some place with a bigger group or people who are slightly uncertain how much they can risk regarding the kitchen. But since it is also quite expensive I would more likely recommend some other more specialised - maybe local - restaurant in the same area...

Good western place in the middle of Thamel; came here 3 years ago as well and the food keeps the same good quality! prices are a bit high though. Good place to change local flavours after some days eating the same 😅

This luxurious restaurant is exquisitely lit with beautiful lights and fine dining. The delicious thin crust pizza melts in your mouth. It’s a little bit pricey, but a bang for your buck! The hospitality is remarkable. (Review from an American)

Best pizza in Kathmandu for sure! Not cheap though, but in my opinion worth it.

The food is average. Service is not that great due to the lack of communication. Celebrated my birthday party here and it was dissapointing. I had asked them to take their time when bringing the main meal. But they served evetything all at once. Everything felt so rushed. It felt like they wanted us to just eat, pay and get out of there asap.

They used to be amazing, but was here for fries and salad and it was a very lazy job. The wine warm and hot!!! The fries weren’t frozen right so tastes like chalk and the salad was very leaf and nothing else. Pizza looks good, but everything Else is passable. Try any other branch and it’s real quality - this one’s below average.

This is the only roadhouse i will recommend. Food there are very tasty. Place is very chill. First time i went there i had a Salad . It was also good. All the items are delicious so far. Cheese cake is the best. But a-bit expensive 😅.

Love the food quality here! Caesar salad is probably the best I had, comparing to other western food restaurants in Thamel. Fish&chips is just nice. Wood fired pizza is also a good choice here. Sizzling brownie with ice cream is a must! Cool & relaxing atmosphere I enjoyed a lot, friendly staffs. Overall, really worth the price. I came here several times for lunch and dinner. Will definitely come back again!

Roadhouse cafe is a must visit for anyone who visits Thamel Kathmandu. The best dinning experience , incredible food, warm cozy ambiance and ever smiling service...are few reason why one must visit Roadhouse. They have good selection of menu and have good options for vegetarians too. I have had French fries chatpata, Tortilla chips with salsa, Farmhouse Pizza, wine,Pina colada cocktail and sizzling Brownie with Icecream and New York cheesecake. New York cheesecake and Farmhouse pizza is the best I have ever had and a real foodgasm. 3 times I have visited Nepal I have always made it a point to experience dinning at Roadhouse and have never been disappointed and will continue to visit.

Breakfast is hands down the best in Kathmandu, all menu items are consistently executed with care and top ingredients are prioritized. Compliments to the chef, kitchen team, plus of course the friendly and professional staff. The back area is delightfully green and a nice mini escape from the buzzing streets of Thamel.
