Very delicate! A must if you love the Thai cousin - vegan options are great (ate through the whole vegan menu) Very friendly staff, also had a chat with the owner - he grows his own herbs! 🌱

Authentic taste (I’m Thai)! Very flavorful. We loved it. One of the best meal we had in Nepal =] It was the perfect ending to our half month trip here.

Nice little Thai restaurant, offering somewhat traditional Thai food. They have a good variety of dishes. The taste is not quite similar to authentic Thai food but I liked it anyway. It offers a nice contrast comparing to food in Nepal, with sweet and sour dishes, and it was also quite spicy (even if you ask for medium spicy). Portion wise, it was on the smaller scale, I would say price is on the medium side (quality is good so no complaints). The restaurant is small, with 4/5 tables, simple decoration but cosy atmosphere. The service was cordial and the food take a little bit of time to arrive. I would recommend if you're in the area and want to try something different.

Thai Cuisine with a very interesting modern touch served in tapas style portions. Tried the whole menu, it was worth every penny. Very friendly and approachable owner who talked us through his unique process.

An interesting small restaurant high above the busy street below. Tofu options were good and priced so reasonably. The house speciality mushroom sauce is awesome and features in a lot of the dishes. Owner was working and made us feel welcome as were the only guests for a time.

Tried pad Thai moo here and taste is just okay. I have been in Thai and I don’t know this restaurant is as good as the other comments mentioned that they provide authentic Thai flavour…… Pad Thai Moo is kind of pretty plain. I tasted much better Thai real flavour even in Toronto.

Wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for an authentic thai taste. Our pad thai was overcooked and our chicken cashew was very salty. The chicken wings were fairly decent though, as well as the lemonade. The extra star is solely for the wonderful hospitality of the people there. The price is very affordable but the thai flavor is simply not there.

Three tiny shrimps in a dish?! This is ridiculous. Portions are no bigger than an airplane meal. Stay away from this place

I dont know what to say about this place. First of all the entire restaurant is run just by a guy dont know whether he is chef or waiter or owner. I went there with my wife and kid, it was very hard to climb up to 4th floor but much harder to come back down. Not recommended to go there with a small child less than 3-4 years. Also nobody asked water or anything. We ordered tom yum soup which had 4 tiny prawns or dont know what it was.

Chicken kraprow is one of my favourite food here followed by chicken wings with chill beer. More to be tasted soon...

Went here because of the good reviews but somehow the food didn’t justify those 4.4 reviews. We opted for Sriracha Chicken, Pork Pad Thai, Chicken Pad Thai, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Tom Yum. The pad thai tasted bland and the meat was almost none. The shrimp has already gone bad. The chicken was okay, the Tom Yum was average. There is only one staff when we visited - the chef, he is okay. Don’t think we will come back anytime.

To be honest, visited this Restautant without any expectations. It was not at all crowded. There was only one chef, he is maintaining super hygiene and the food was close to Thai food. Must try is their chicken wings with sweet sauce (forgot the Thai name)

Great hidden spot on the edge of Thamel with authentic Thai food at a very reasonable price. Lots of options for vegetarians and vegans. The papaya salad was amazing. Worth the climb up the stairs!

It’s not fancy restaurant basic restaurant on the 4th floor. You won’t notice any crowd, but the food is good for the price. I would really recommend the chicken wings it was awesome taste. Pad Thai and fried rice was good. For drinks we ordered one lemongrass tea and thai lemon drink, the tea was nice the lemon drink wasn’t that great. Special mention their was only one chef doing all the work from cooking to serving to cleaning. And the place was very clean.

Good taste of Thai food. Chef is Nepalese, I’m Thai, I think he do very good job, the food very close to Thai food more than 90% of the real taste. And reasonable price.

A small operation, but the food was very tasty! Portions were kind of small but prices were good. The Krapow was excellent though relatively spicy, which I loved but you may want to ask for mild spice if you are more sensitive to spice.

Been to a lot of Thai restaurants here but never found one that nailed Kraprow as Wok Up did for me, and take this from someone whose first preference when in Thailand is anything else but Kraprow (not that I don’t like it but just not a huge fan) and the Kraprow Wok Up has in their menu made me change the way I looked at Kraprow. It is probably THE best in town and the best part is that the prices are totally reasonable. The portion is slightly smaller than standard restaurant portion but it leaves room to taste other foods along with it. Usually have Prawn Kraprow with their delicious chicken wings 😋 I usually order from BHOJ (it’s a food delivery app) since I don’t usually go out but the dine- in ambience is just as pleasant as the owner is a sweet and friendly person whom you can have a good conversation and food for hours without realising. Huge respect to him, as for someone who’s never been to Thailand yet, he has nailed every dish in the menu. The taste literally transports me back to the streets of Thailand 🇹🇭 Glad to have found this place through Bhoj. If you’re someone like me, who doesn’t get out much but loves to explore foods at the comfort of your home, order through BHOJ as Wok Up has an amazing offer for Chicken Kraprow and Khao Pad Tom Yum at just Rs.150 for a limited time, available on delivery through BHOJ only 😍

Food is amazing here, super spicy and cooked well. Dishes are a little small so order two items and maybe extra rice. A little hidden gem

Loved the food. The level of spice is top notch. The chef knows his stuff for sure. Taste took me back to Thai street food. Will be back

Great gem of a little place! You could easily miss this place and it would be a loss, I must mention there are several flights of narrow stairs, but well worth it. Great value for money and the food is awesome! It was that good, I went more than once.

I wouldn't say it's the best Thai food in town but it definitely has good Thai flavors. Ambience could have made more better, it's a typical newari style old house which was really interesting to see. I was amazed to see the owner and his one staff who was handling the entire restaurant by them self, they were very active and friendly. Prices are really decent, good value for money.

The food was delicious and freshly prepared with great ingredients. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The Rooftop serves as a quiet outdoor area while the indoor seating is cozy. Great value for a lighter cuisine compared to the Nepali dishes in other places.

We really loved the food here! It's at the 4th floor of a building with a decent view out from the balcony. The food is wok cooked Thai Inspired and great if you like Asian food. It's an open kitchen and the chef is a nice guy. We have been twice and both times it has been quiet and pleasant to sit and eat.
