A beautiful stop on the opposite side to the main entrance to Swayambhu stupa. Poor lighting at night so if you happen to be there late, watch the stairs/uneven surfaces - I stubbed my toe (turned out to be a nasty break). Include this in your circumambulation - it’s lovely!

Well maintained and peaceful park in Boudha area.

This park is located very close to the Boudha Stupa. It is said that the soil from this place was used to built the stupa and then it was turned into a pond. It is why this place is connected to the stupa. There is a huge statue of a Buddhist deity in the middle of the pond. If you are visiting the stupa, you should not miss this place.

Beautiful park near bouddhanath stupa. It consists of pond with lots of fishes. Many people came here to take rest as the place is awesome. It is also believe that the soli of this place is taken to build bouddhanath stupa so there is a pond. Those who go to visit bouddhanath should also visit this park.

Boudhanath Stupa!! aone of the largest stupas in the world and a pilgrimage site for Buddhists. Everyone can join the prayers. But UNESCO world heritage site isn't getting actual preservation and actual exploration what it deserves.

Just a medium sized park, good for relaxing or a small walk. Nothing much to do here. They have toilets inside the park and making tiktok videos are prohibited inside the park.

Peace Park was established in 2016 to mark friendship between China and Nepal. It is a quiet place near Boudha to spend some time.
