We stayed in lakeside Pokhara for the past five days and ate at this restaurant pretty much daily. I think by the end we had almost everything on the menu - some of the best food I've ever had and easily the best food we had in Nepal. I especially liked the boar and the calamari. Everything was excellent! Great atmosphere and food and service.

Fresh Element boasts an incredible atmosphere with great pop music. The rosemary chicken was probably the best chicken I have ever had; juicy, tender, sweet, bursting with incredible flavours with a generous portion of soft and succulent mashed potato. The boar tawa was also extremely tasty with meat and fat entangling like a match made in heaven. The pork chop was perhaps a little hard but the seasonings, flavour and freshness of the meat made it easy to be overlooked. The service was also top notch and very fast. Overall, a magical dinner and we are definitely coming back for more!

Restaurant with a lot of greenery, really well decorated. Many food options, everything was tasty. We had 6 dishes to share for two (3 starters and 3 mains) and that was too much. They had live music on Saturday starting at around 7pm. Really a lot of space, good for large groups. The service was great.

If I can, I would love to give them 7 stars! What I like most here is the comfortable and beautiful sitting area. On a hot day (I visited in May, June), they often turn on the AC on the ground floor sitting area. Even when there is a power cut, they often turn on the generator, and the WiFi never got cutoff even without using the generator. As much as l like the sitting area, I also appreciate very much the services provided by the staff here. They are very cheerful, helpful and genuine. I could see that they enjoyed the working environment a lot, that's why they can give their best while working. The food quality is undoubtedly one of the best in Nepal. I am a veg, my top dish here is the cheesy Veg Nacho and my top dessert is the Apple Pie. Besides, the Cooked Egg with Tomatoes, Parole Mushroom, Cajun Potato and Paneer Chilly are also my favourite. Their coffee is very nice as well, my preference is Café Mocha. Their breakfast menu is very extensive too, unfortunately, I didn't try most of them due to the timing. Great place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner or whenever you feel like popping in for a good snack. We stayed at Middle Path hotel runs by the same management so for convenience we just popped in for quick lunch, long dinner and afternoon snack. The porridge, fresh fruit and fresh juice are amazing. The place is amazing at night, beautifully decorated with natural sunlight through out the indoor garden. It may be a bit touristy but the food is always consistently delicious with a loads of items to choose from.

Amazing ambience, Amazing food. The ambience make you feel like having picnic lunch in a forest. The perfect balance of outdoors and indoors at the same time. As for the food its was soke of the most Authentic food i had in my trip to Nepal. We got the cream of chicken soup, tawa fish, chilly calamari and the live bbq pork belly. Everything tasted amazing. The soup was creamy, the fish was the right spice and tang, the calamari was crispy and last but not the pork belly was an entire experience, it was more than just tasty. Highly recommended, would come again here 10/10.

Really impressed with the atmosphere and service they provided while having dinner. The service attendee suggested good food options in their major food categories that suited our preference in a well behaved manner. The grilled chicken breast served to us was juicy and tender with mushrooms creme sauce which felt really good for our taste buds which i would recommend others to give a shout too. Overall felt a very engaging environment with good food, Of course with live music to carry the vibrant pokhara evening.

What a beautiful setting. I really wish I’d taken pictures to put up here as well as the food as the restaurant and bar really are a nice place to spend time. While we were there we had a musician playing live music in the courtyard. He had an amazing voice and had some particularly good tales on some greats from the likes of Eric Clapton and Led Zeppelin. The staff were extremely professional and attentive but the highlight really was the food which was not only interesting but really well cooked and seasoned.
