Just 5.5 km from ring road, there is this amazing outing solution with beautiful eco-cafe made-up of bottle house with fresh bio-organic ingredients from their own farm garden. There are also different projects of sustainable community development hub for both the local and international guests to explore and set adventurous activities like biking, hiking, camping and over-night stay at the homestay of eco-architecture where people around the world are welcomed and can be part of the cosmopolitan need!

Beautiful place with good view and a biodynamic farm. The cafe serves delicious Nepalese cuisine from fresh ingredients harvested from their very own biodynamic farm. It also has an ideal guest house where you can experience of staying in different kind of sustainable building (bottle house, strawbale house). The profit generated from cafe goes to Kevin Rohan Memorial Eco Foundation which works on issues like providing quality education to local children, providing health services to local community, women empowerment, promoting sustainable building, anf promoting biodynamic farm. #biodynamic #organic #nepali #greatfood #socialwork

Wauw. What a lovely place! Had a great breakfast and amazing diner. The vegetables they use are from the biodynamic garden infront of the cafe. Childer from the nearby school play around the garden and de staff is very friendly. This a very sustainable place and an example for other restaurants in Nepal. Enjoy!

Very disappointing experience here. I went with a friend and we were the only ones sitting in the entire place, it was empty. There were two people working there but no one said anything to use or offered a menu, nothing... for 5 minutes. So I asked for a menu, but they told us there was no menu, only rice and momos available. This is after I had already contacted the place a few days before to ask for the menu and a few questions about the place, and they sent me a 7 page menu. So we ordered two coffees, but I had to cancel the order when I saw they were using packaged pasteurised milk, after they had specifically told me in messages before they use fresh milk from their farm and only would use packaged milk in a shortage, ( but the place was empty). This place could be so much better, definitely not living up to their "eco ethos".

Amazing cafe with unique homemade food. Super healthy. Love that it is a social enterprise that does such good work in the community. Check out Kevin Rohan Memorial Eco Village. Most of the food here is grown on the NGO farm, and next door there is a school for the local children, a jewelry workshop, natural building, and more. These people are amazing, the staff friendly, and you made amazing interesting visitors while eating. I definitely recommend stopping here as a way to get out of the busy city.

Invited to eat with friends who were staying here. Food was great and plentiful! The food is grown and prepared on the premises too :) Staff was friendly and also helped arrange for us to get a cab back to the city when it was late. They also served us late, despite it being outside of their operating hours. Most importantly, love the NGO's mission!
