The temple is a magnificent sample of art that can be seen in major touristic & historic places of Kathmandu. All the woods used to build the temple are carved with the beautiful design. The place is also suitable for short waiting to the people. The temple is the goddess temple and has other small temples in its surrounding. There is no any entree fee and anyone can visit the place. There's a canteen inside the temple area, the owner of which maintains the cleanliness of the temple premises. A lot of pigeons can be seen flying and landing there.

My guess is that as erotic sites are banned in the country they have to find some other way. In this case, on the support beams of this temple. Quite interesting. No fee for entry.

This was on the opposite side of the Kaiser Cafe’ and I visited it while making my way to the Hanuman Dhoka Darbar Square.

Teidevi temple is situated the entrance of busy streets of thamel. Tri Devi means three goddess according to hindu religion. There is thee temples of goddess inside the temple premises. Quiet place to find peace and rest. Can see mainy pegion flying here and there.

A compact tridevi with separate Sannidi for the Devi's. Very peaceful. It has got a big Vishnu Kamalam and. Rudraksha tree. The priest stays in permission and opens on schedule. Walking distance from most hotels in Tamel. Absolutely loves the calm and Ambience.

Nice and Clean place. We also had a nice cup of tea here.

Certainly not the most impressive temple complex in the area, but it’s free to enter and much quieter for those seeking a reverent experience.

Beautiful little complex of three temples dedicated to godesses

Tri Devi is one of the most passed by yet lesser known temple areas in Kathmandu. The large courtyard houses three temples dedicated to the goddesses Dakshinkali, Manakamana and Jawalamai. The temples in Tri Devi were renovated in 2015/2016 and are in very good condition. Above many are wooden roof struts with typical Newari erotic carvings.

Nice hindu family living there. Calm place.
