Great staff and great attention to details. Cleaners are attending to rooms daily and are very kind, always offering fresh bottled water or amenities. Had an issue (unrelated to my stay) and had to go to the hospital. The staff made sure I got there alright and the owner even came by the hospital multiple times to make sure I was alright. They also made me a custom meal when I returned which was really thoughtful. The restaurant next door also owned by hotel was great and had a good selection of fresh food. Wanted to personally thank Rajendra (owner) for making the stay very pleasant. Would highly recommend this place for any tourists staying in the area. Rooms where also fine and had the amenities needed. Thanks again, will surely visit next trip.

I made a reservation through booking.com for one of Kathmandu's greatest restaurants. I'd like to share some outstanding eco hotel experiences with you; first and foremost, their transportation service from the airport to the hotel and back, which is totally included in my booking and quite convenient. Also, the reception team provides excellent service and will accompany us on our tour of Nepal. They are all well-educated individuals. It was extremely comfortable in the Eco Hotel, and their restaurants serve excellent food, particularly their morning breakfast. I'd like to give it a five-star rating.

Local shops are right next to the hotel and many bars are nearby where you can consume your beverages and hotel does have its own bar so I recommend to grab from hotel's bar cause easy and convenient with room service. Hotel located in the middle of thamel, rooftop was simply insane with the mountain view if the weather has clear. Lobby was so clean and we were watching cricket match live on television from lobby. Hotel rooms are quite big and auspicious bathroom and painted ceiling which looks very special and make your stay pleasant by watching the painting.

Stayed 19-22 May. Check in process smooth and courteous. Behaviour and courtsey excellent. Food Good, certain dishes excellent, certain dishes not well prepared, largely one man the Chefs show. Food service excellent. Air conditioning needs improvement, Laundry service punctual, but quality of wash should be improved. Check out smooth. 4 per cent extra on payments by credit card to be redressed. Over all good value for money. Recommend to stay to others.

Good price and cozy rooms. If you pay extra for the suites the lighting in the room was nicer and you can have a bath and bigger bed. The bath was pretty dirty though so we didn't use it.

The location is in Thamel which is a great area to be in Kathmandu. It's surrounded by pubs, restaurants and lots of shops selling arts, crafts, organic and trekking equipment. The hotel staff is very very courteous and take care of you as a guest really well. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely location in a quieter little spot in Thamel. The rooftop terrace here is a great spot to watch the afternoon slip by. You will get proper Nepali food and are treated to clean and tidy rooms. I was looked after really well here, any issues that came up travel or otherwise related the family were super helpful

Also the best part of the staff here is we had a change in plan and we have to leave in the night instead of morning and we had payed for the breakfast already so they packed us food while we left and this is something I’ve not seen any hotel staff do so far, there was complementary tea and coffee whenever we asked for.
