My family had a wonderful stay at Kasthamandap Boutique hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and stocked with all the amenities. Hotel is also located in central area of Thamel but away from noisy streets. Superb breakfast and the friendliest staff. I would definitely return here on my next trip to Nepal.

Lovely hotel with 5 star service!!! The authentic Nepali setup of the hotel makes you feel welcomed and staff are very kind and friendly. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the future.

Had a great stay so much so we kept adding days. The rooms were great the bed sooo comfy. Breakfast was great it had everything you could want. The best part was the staff Prabin and his staff were so helpful and kind it felt like I was staying with family. Will definitely be staying there again on my return Gina

We had a great time staying at the hotel for 8 days. They offered great customer service ( all staff members including Prabin Shan), a good breakfast, and an overall great environment. One of the improvement areas is their wifi services. This is a great place to stay at the center of Thamel, Kathmandu at a reasonable price.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to accommodate any requests or needs. Rooms were at good size, with ample space for belongings. The closet and shelves provided storage space. Excellent breakfast. Pretty good WiFi. The location of the hotel was really good, providing a relatively quiet environment for a comfortable night's sleep. Finally, the hotel's cappuccino was a standout feature, with beautifully crafted latte art. To improve: The bathroom could have been better cleaned, with some areas appearing neglected or poorly maintained. The shower curtain in particular was in need of replacement. Airport shuttle service is provided but expensive.

Stayed here for total of 11 nights. Staffs were exceptionally friendly and made sure to accommodate all our needs during our lengthy stay. Definitely made us feel at home. Breakfast was simply a delight! Location is perfect with just a few mins walk from where the parties at but not close enough to disturb you at night because of all the late night hustle and bustle. Bathroom could definitely use some maintenance but given the price point no complaints. Would definitely return!

If there is an option to put 6 stars, I would. Everything was on top of the game. From host to room to hospitality to food. Everyone is so friendly. Our room was also very nice, clean and spotless. We have this calmness reassured once we enter the hotel. We would definitely return again. Love. Love!

A great stay! Was here for couple of nights. Check-in staffs were friendly and efficient. Very nice, clean and well presented room. Very good AC that cooled the room quickly. The breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh and various options available. Great location, within walking distance from Durbar Square, Garden of Dreams, Thamel, King's way.etc. Will definitely return again!

I had booked 2 double and a single rooms for November 11/12. But they provided 1 double and 3 singles for first night and for 2 night They gave 5 singles. Which is out of our budget. Then in a room there was water leaking on bathroom. But they didn't responed for 2 nights. Then finally they carge me 10 rooms cost. But we had taken only 8 rooms single and a room double. Titally only 9 rooms . Even 6 single rooms were not as my booking. But also bill was just hand written in general papers . That wasnot official bill. I went to complain later. How ever they were talking some sentiment words. In hospitality industry that are not words to response . But breakfast were enough good. Rooms are not as good as much. management was completely zero.

We had a very nice 3 night stay here! It's in Thamel and there are many cool clubs, venues and restaurants within walking distance. The staff and especially Thapa at the hotel are extremely pleasent and helpful and made us feel right at home. Totally recommend!!

We stayed here twice and it was like coming back home the second time. Prabin looked after us as if we were part of his family and looked after our luggage while we toured Nepal. The position of the hotel is ideal to visit all the major tourist sites and the room was very good value with a delicious breakfast included. Hopefully we will get to visit this home away from home again.

It’s a nice hotel with good staff, however I had allergy or perhaps bed bugs in my room. Rooms are tiny but clean overall. Not sure why none of the rooms have fan, only AC. Staff is very cordial.

Best Place to stay in Kathmandu, very good location in Thamel and amazing breakfast with a lot of options. Prabin (the manager) and the others make you feel like family and will assist you with anything you need, will come back if I even visit Kathmandu again.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The boutique aesthetics were awesome. Wish we weren't just passing through. I will definitely be back with family and friends . Staffs were super friendly.

Beautiful Rooms. Well decorated. AC works well. Rooms are neat and clean. Coffee place downstairs. The Buddha statue in front of the reception is unique. The are paintings and picture all around which makes the place special. I would recommend to book rooms on the top floors overlooking Election Commission Nepal. You will get nice views and ample light in these rooms.

Stay at this hotel! Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with another hotel and this hotel saved us! We stayed for 6 nights for our entire stay in Kathmandu and we made the best decision. The staff is truly kind and friendly, thanks to Lama who assisted us with a big smile and good energy. The room was clean and comfortable, there is a rooftop with beautiful views and the breakfast is very good too. We highly recommend this place!

Had two weeks in Nepal to do the Annapurna Circuit. Stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip and it was a peaceful haven in the middle of the busy city. A clean and spacious room, great location and the staff went above and beyond to help any way they could. Cannot praise the staff more highly. Id also recommend using the hotels car service. We got picked up and dropped at the airport three times, and they drove us to the start of our trek for only around $100AUD (6hr drive, so 12hr round trip for the driver!). The young man was so polite, and A very cautious driver. The Kathmandu airport can be intimidating, with lots of hustlers and he met us with a sign and helped through the crowds. Great people and great hotel

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, the staff are all super friendly and very willing to help. We arrived early from the airport and they were able to check us in on arrival with no fuss. The rooms are clean and well appointed and it's close to the centre of Thamel but not so close that you'll lose a night's sleep from the hustle and bustle. All up a fantastic stay, would 100% recommend!

It's a great hotel..cozy, compact, great ambience rooms..gives a feel of artistic and royal prints on roof and wall. In true sense its a boutique hotel. Staff is very courteous and helpful. But if you are 2 and need a spacious room... go for a deluxe room, not an standard one. Standard rooms are bit small. Breakfast and services are great and up to the mark. The only one issue which I faced was the parking place and approach to hotel as It's located in a narrow street. But the security personnel of hotel standing outside is highly cooperative and truly a gentle man. He managed very nicely outdoors.

This is an all-round fantastic place with really friendly and helpful staff but if you value a good night's sleep it's probably not the place for you. Because the location is fantastic, that also means that we could hear people from the restaurant downstairs enjoying themselves till late as well as get woken up by vehicles passing, and Nepalese do love honking.

This was the one of the best and finest hotel in Kathmandu town which is inside the tourist area ‘THAMEL’ and this hotel got all the facilities with the best service from the staffs. The staffs were too good and the breakfast were very good.The rooms were very good and the bathrooms too with hot water.Excellent view of Thamel can be seen from the rooftop of this hotel.If I come to Kathmandu another time I will definitely stay in this hotel again for sure.

Stayed for 2night, got a upgrade to a bigger room. Staff is very friendly and hotel is quiet from the busy street which is great. Will be back soon definitely

Everything is good. But the bathrooms need to be fixed ..taps are broken ..bathroom needs a repair rest everything is good

So wonderful. The hospitality shown to me here was next level - I had a flight fall through last minute and the manager, I’m forgetting his name, was so kind and allowed me to check back in to a room free of charge for several hours to get my bearings. It was a great experience before that as well.

Had an excellent time at this hotel. My girlfriends organised an event of celebration for me. Staff helped a lot during decoration. Hotel is nice and clean and provides an authentic Nepalese vibes. Will definitely go again.

I had an excellent experience at the Kasthamandap Hotel. Beautifully apportioned and peaceful room, lobby and dining area, very reasonably priced and centrally located in the Thamel. Prabin, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights after our trek and had a very enjoyable time. Great staff always very kind. Nice, cosy room, good breakfast and central but not to noisy location in Thamel. Dhannebad!
