Avg rooms. Charges are high compared to facilities. Bad breakfast, won't give anything extra. Kids not allowed to have anything except bread and jam/butter. People try to save every penny. Slightly filthy bedsheets and no water comes if electricity is gone. Happened to us, early morning, no water during nature's call. Location though is good. If I had to ever go back to thamel, I'll find other better options, which are in plenty.

Rooms are value of money .owner is really helping and will go beyond everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

It's not clean and spacious. Adding 1000 rupees, you'll get far better rooms in that area. Their service was great to be honest.

If you are looking for budget friendly room in Thamel, you wont find better than this! Decent very basic room. Delicious hot shower. The staff is so helpful and attentive. The food is super tasty. Will be back for sure! <3

I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. So many guests had so many complaints from roaches in the room to their room key not working.We stayed again for 2nd day and the hotelier charged 1600 from us.And when I asked for a discount, he spoke rudely to me. I booked the room in 949 from mymytrip. I am very angry with Make My Trip team .I always book hotel,bus,flight through mymytrip.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are good. Big bathroom. Really nice beds. Only the baby cockroaches were scary. But maybe that is the area, not the hotel. Also the breakfast in the restaurant is really nice. Dont expect luxury when you pay that less in Kathmandu

I had a pleasant stay here at hotel lily! It is located in a small street in Thamel, a touristy and safe area of Kathmandu. The staff was very nice and cooperative! I enjoyed that moment. Hotel have small restaurant it's really well maintained and food quality really good as well as testy also.

I was in Nepal for two and a half months as a Volunteer. Always when I went back from my project location to Thamel I stayed in Hotel Lilly. The service is extraordinary, all the people are really helpful and always in a good mood. If you have a problem they will find a way to solve it. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are clean and comfortable - all you need in Nepal. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and as the hotel really fair priced. I can highly recommend it!
