Even before booking I spoke multiple times to the hotel(who are extremely responsive on whatsapp). And since reaching there, they made my parents feel as comfortable as home. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any needs you may have. They'll go out of their way to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They complied to my parent's request to provide room on 1st floor, as they were aged. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities are top-notch. The restaurant serves delicious meals, with a variety of local and Indian dishes, making it all fresh. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location, which is so amazing that my parents were able to clearly view the Pasupathinath temple right from the window of their room in hotel, which was at a walkable distance. It's the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and unforgettable experience in Nepal. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this hotel is sure to exceed your expectations.

It's been more than a week since my parents returned from Kathmandu, but they can't stop talking about all the great hospitality they had at Kailash Kuti Inn. The staff at hotel was very courteous and really took very good care of them. Restaurant staff was very welcoming and the food was amazing.<br/>A big thank you to Amul from Hotel who helped me plan a surprise anniversary celebration for my parents . It is situated beside Pashupatinath temple and it’s a 2 min walk from temple. Rooms are very neat and clean and spacious and food was awesome. Veedhya at Kailash Kuti Inn made our stay pleasant and comfortable. She was very much helpful and kind throughout the stay. She even extended her help for our city tour. Must place to stay for a better hospitality and comfort.

stayed there for 2 nights. Location of hotel is excellent right between the happening place in kathmandu. Rooms are big stayed with family. Bathroom can be better. Breakfast in the morning is good and well prepared

It's situated adjunct to the North gate of the Sri Pashupatinath Temple. Really it's one minute walk from the Temple. The room is well furnished and cleaned. The charges of room is reasonable. The quality of food is good. We felt that the price of food is little high. The behaviour of staff is good. It is mentioned here that the location is very good for closeness to the Temple.

Amazingly neat and clean property. Very welcoming and humble staff and a very clean and tasty food at such affordable cost. Best value for money. I would definitely recommend this property if you planning to come to Kathmandu. And the Pashupati Nath temple is just next door. Loved the property. A best place for authentic Indian cuisine in heart of pashupatinath area. I was really amaze by their dishes at such a reasonable price. The hospitality was so good and ambience of the restaurant is very pleasant. They also have facility for hotel rooms.

I didn't like the service of this hotel.. I recommend people just because my 1st experience was amazing with this hotel but recently I visited the same hotel all staff are changed and they're not going to provide proper service... here I would like to suggest from the next you must have to ask your guests which kind of water they are preferred... it's your hospitality rules... not to earn money to put normal water and when they asked for cold waters you insist them to pay for that bottle of cold water is it so.... ????? Please change your hospitality... in Every country and every hotel ask before putting a water bottle which kind of water you prefer. Thanks!

Worst experience with the manager Purushottam and the receptionist Ms Malaika. They won't provide the AC during the winter season and they will set the AC as they want not like the customer want. Then why do they keep the hotel they can use it for their personal use.

Dont book the room in the hotel at all. Our 9000rs got stolen by hotel staff and we are not even able to contact the owner. Can owner help us? We booked the 4 rooms for 2 nights. Pathetic service and response.

The hotel is situated right outside the temple gates and few rooms provide temple view. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a pleasant time. Rooms were clean and good. Hotel staff were responsive and helpful. Only thing which i found interesting is you have to call reception to start hot water in bathroom which can be inconvenient sometimes. Happy to recommend.

The hotel staff is very kind and courteous. We were provided with Jain food during our stay. The Pashupati Nath Mandir is just a min walk which added immense pleasure to our stay. Morning view of the temple and away from market area made this place the best for us.

If you are visiting Pashupati Temple. Do not forget to have Pure Veg food here. Price wise it is reasonable too.

I stayed in fhe hotel for three nights. A very good hotel situated about 100 mtrs from pashupatinath temple. Rooms are clean and staff are very good cooperative and helpfull. I recommend to stay in the hotel while in kathmandu

Firstly this hotel is very close to Shree Pashupatinath Temple, I stayed here coz its 2 mins walking distance to the temple. It is not a 5 star but the rooms are good. The food is amazing and staff are very cordial and helpful. It's purely vegetarian hotel. I would recommend this hotel to people coming here for Temple Visit.

I am from India and had an awesome experience in Kathmandu only due to this hotel. It's very nearby to the Pashupatinath temple (just 1 min walking distance). I was not able to contact the hotel from India due to network issues over mobile but one hotel staff had a detailed patient communication with me over Wattsapp chat and made sure all my queries get clarified post which I immediately booked my stay. Samrat Thapa Magar, who was in the reception when I visited this hotel, is very humble, super helpful and cooperative. He made sure we had a very comfortable, safe and memorable trip in Kathmandu. I will always be grateful to him. Hotels like this totally justifies hospitality and people like Samrat Thapa not only glorify the name of the hotel, but also the whole country. Whenever I will visit Kathmandu again, without a second thought I will stay in this hotel only...

I'm actually late in writing this review. I happened to stay in Kailash Kutir for 3 days way back in the month of January 2023 from 19-22 jan. My reason of booking this hotel was solely to have quick darshan of Pashupatinath as its is just 2 min walk also I was accompanied by my 2 super senior citizens one aged 87 and 82 respectively. We were surprised by the reception by A very pretty girl by name Ms.Preeti, she greeted us with rudrakash mala and gave A good warm welcome to our sr citizens. They were blown away. Next day we got up had A very delicious breakfast and enquired about special pooja and darshan, it was arranged promptly and despite heavy rush at the temple, we had A very good darshan and were back to the hotel. Now we wanted to explore other places in kathmandu also we had to set out itenarary to pokhra and Muktinath and in the context, we met Mr.Kesab - The Manager of Kailash kutir inn, what A guy, an absolute gentleman with extraordinary knowledge of travel industry and wonderful connections. understanding my need he arranged our vehicle, sightseeing, hotels in pokhra and Muktinath, he was so meticulous, we didn't have A single hitch throughout our stay in Nepal, trust me having A good stay in muktinath is very difficult and that too when temperature was -5, but it was arranged so beautifully for which I will always be thankful to Mr.Kasab as he understood my need to perfection. . Overall Kailask kutir inn is A very beautiful hotel to stay and dine but the employees working here make it even more interesting. My special thanks To Ms.Preeti and Mr Kesab for all you have done for us. Thank you.

Great location right next to the main temple entrance ( about 2-3 mins walk). Restaurant was clean and quiet . Food was delicious, great customer service and friendly staff. Would definitely come back and totally recommend to check this place out. Rooms are clean and cozy as well.

The hotel is ideally located for devotees going to Pashupatinath and Maa Guheshwari temples. It is at a walking distance from both. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They all speak English and Hindi which is convenient for communication. The Pashupati view rooms are amazing. The hotel is super clean, and the food is very good!

For all Indians there's an awesome food option that is available next to Pashupathi nath temple that serves authentic north Indian food that tastes amazing. We ordered many things, ranging from thali to ala carte and not even once we were disappointed, food here is quite good. A must visit place for a group lunch/Dinner.

Budget room close to airport and Pashupatinath temple Walking distance from Pashupatinath temple, about 3 kms from Kathmandu airport- small size rooms with all standard facilities, good veg restaurant inside. ATM in campus, security guard available, staff very good. Though almost entire hotel was empty we weren't given an upgrade, which would have been nice. Buffet breakfast if there're enough guests, else made to order. Budget around 2000-2500 INR per room per night. Ideal to spend your arrival day here. Limited parking and surroundings not very clean with some garbage dumps nearby (true for almost all budget hotels in Kathmandu)

Situated around a 3-4 minute walk from the Pashupati Nath Temple entrance. The restaurant serves pure vegetarian Nepali and Indian cuisine. The menu was quite limited at the time of my visit due to low season but what was available was heavenly- easily the best food I ate during my time in Nepal. Portion sizes were generous- in fact I had to order extras to finish the Kadai Paneer- service courteous and prompt and prices moderate. Highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere to eat near the temple.

I have been to Kathmandu 3 times. Every time I chose Kailash Kuti Inn for the stay, food and all other travel arrangements. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, High quality rooms, and high quality services. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I should mention a few people, who did an amazing job facilitating us, Preeti & Nima @ Front Office Dipa @ Food & Beverage Sajin & Keshav @ Reservations and all other staff whom I forgot their names.
