Crunchy fried chicken from KFC always meet my expectations. Not too much use of crumbs on chicken give authentic taste of chicken and can enjoy the flavours. Fries and burger are also better to taste. Wednesday special is more affordable. You can enjoy your chicken items within the well furnished and decorative ambience.

As you expect from Typical KFC, great taste and place is very hygienic. The venue is itself great, Durbar Marg and place isn't that crowded (expect peak hours ofc). The staffs in counter are friendly and helpful. Also lighting and decoration was appreciable. However, the things can be better if the services would be better; also furniture arrangements can be better Overall, I loved the taste. Thanks for service 🙂

This was my first time in KFC and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe its because I had high expectations but the food wasn't that amazing and live to my expectations. The popcorn chicken was too sweet and salty. Realized that this is not for us people who have a different taste bud that people in the west. However, the interior was beautiful and wasn't that crowded.

We rushed in at 15 minutes to 11pm. Every other place was closed and we were hungry. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. For a group of 8 with differing taste, the staff that took the order managed to get us a variety to suit each of us. Heeven warned me that I would drop my drink in the way I was carrying the try and lo and behold I did. He was sweet enough to bring another drink. Thank you.

As usual KFC maintains its standard in this shop as well. This is the first KFC shop I visited in Nepal and they follow the same recipe from India. I liked the rice bowl with veg cutlet which I had and enjoyed the most. You people will be enjoying your meals here. The draw back is the parking space which you need to use the paid parking in nearby complex.

Got a classic burger but turned out to be really salty. Was not the spicy mayo sauce but the chicken itself. Complained at the register, the register staff was accommodating but a "different shirt guy" - Sandesh - kept saying it cannot be and would not believe me and perhaps thought I was trying to get a new burger for free. Asked him to taste what he served me but of course he wouldn't. After making me wait 10+ minutes for a lousy burger, it still tasted as bad and I left without further communication!!

Last time I ate there, the chicken was undercooked and ended up having food poisoning. So this time, I just had the burger which was a good and safe option. Good service But wouldn't kill staff to smile a little. Clean environment

I don’t know but the food tastes different than it was at the beginning or let’s say at its starting phase …the quality of rice bowlz has noticeably degraded.I have got raw cooked wings many times and the fresh meat should be red in colour when fried as I can only see blackish meat pieces that is not cooked well…..I am disappointed with the price we need to pay for so called KFC brand quality food but it’s bo more like it was before…….please change your so called secret spices if it’s causing the result having said that I hope the company would take some positive actions for keeping its quality stable…,,,,

It's a very good place for dinning. There is more space for sitting arrangement as well as roaming around a little. The interior of this place is very eye catchy and commendable. We do have chicken bucket combo with coke and price is also very reasonable.

The interior is nice. However the staffs are really rude and not well behaved. They randomly just throw the foods on the tray rather than just putting it nicely. The food is not so hot and not so tasty as it used to be. It is quite expensive compared to the food quantity given. Would not recommend this place.
