We stayed at Hyatt and decided to spend our night at this casino, but our experience was very miserable. Dealers were fine, but servers and managers were extremely unprofessional and lack of hospitality. We noticed majority of workers are not from local. The supervisor particularly named Mr. Shyam A. Dani needs to work on his poor service and choice of words. We understand English might not be his first language, but discrimination is a big no no in hospitality industry. Also, It is understandable that the casino’s management is different from Hyatt, so you can't expect they deliver premium service as Hyatt does! However, they definitely need to retrain their staffs, work on service recovery, and treat customers equally if they expect to earn money from foreigners who stay at the luxury hotel nearby. If you experienced bad service, how would you have the mood to spend money in casino! Strongly suggest foreigners to spend their money somewhere else that’s worth it!!!

Bad service and worst experience. They only look at how much you spend then treat you accordingly. I lost 40K INR and was not even served a drink. The roulette machine was magnetic and many other visitors complaint the same.

These people are fraudsters!!! Told me on the phone about a promotion where if you buy 50000 rupees of chips they will give a 3 night stay at the Hyatt hotel. Over the phone we asked for all the fine print details regarding the chips and they assured us we can use the chips to play any games we wanted and the chips were valued at 50000. We came to the hotel and checked in. When it was time to play they suddenly told us there was lots of fine print and the 50000 rupees of chips were only actually worth 25000. You can either break even or lose. Not able to win money. We had already checked into the hotel and they told us we would need to pay for the hotel. We asked if we can play poker for a few hours and get a free hotel for the night. They told us that was fine since there was all the confusion. The next day they told us during check out we needed to pay for our stay at the hotel. We insisted we would not and that was fraudulent. The casino manager came over and argued. He ended up yelling “F$&@ you!!” At my friend for not paying. On another note Please avoid the poker table. They have inside players who bet and bet endlessly. They are working inside job for the casino. It’s impossible to win when they have endless bankroll. These people are real fraudsters!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Best Casino in Kathmandu, Nepal. They serve complimentary snacks and drinks if anyone play a game in casino. They have also pick and drop service in free of cost if played there. Required original identity card to enter the casino.

Located inside the premises of Hyatt Regency, Katmandu, but the management is different. Compared to other casinos in Goa and Colombo, this casino is small with limited number of games but is managed well. The dealers, service staff and floor managers are experienced and well mannered. The buffet counter is with limited spread through. Bollywood film music is played throughout. At nights there is dance programs at the stage in front of the restaurant. Smoking is allowed inside casino. Liquor, beverages and snacks is served unlimited at casino.

Small but good casino.Would be good to add a few more tables of other than Baccarat.Didn't have many smokers on all 3 days, so the air was pretty good.

Liked the casino small but made with luxury, taken care of security and service. No cheating 100% trust built. We played and enjoyed 😉

They create problem, when they have to refund Indian currency. They take Indian currency and while giving back, they say they don't have Indian, and want to load us with Nepalese currency, which we don't want to take back to India.

The Casino Pride is belongs to Hyatt Grops. These Casino is the Only Casino in Nepal where there is No Entry Fees. After Entering these you pay for every thing. The Area is huge. Service is also good.Even One can take massage while playing. There is also a Dancing Bar cum Resturent in the basement of Casino . Even if someone is not staying at Hyatt Hotel one can come to the Casino and play. Children under age of 18 years can also enter the Casino by paying the Fees which is minimal. The most important thing that I found from Navami( 9th Day of worshiping Devi Durga) every Shops and Casino in Nepal is closed for next 12 days Except Casino Pride.

Good place to play Casino. Though it is small and has less game tables as campared to Goan Casino Pride, however it is still one of the better ones in Kathmandu. Not overcrowded (probably due to weekday). *Entry:* No entry fee but obviously you need to buy tokens to play. We had to wait for entry as 2 of our friends looked Nepali to them 🤔. Had to show 2 proofs (voter Id and passport) for them as Nepali citizens are not allowed in casinos. Other propfs like Aadhaar, DL, etc do not work. *Snacks:* good and tatsy *Drinks:* As usual, free on the table. we tried Khukri Rum and Black Label. Both were good. *Food:* tasty *Service:* a little slow and definitely needs improvement especially since there were only handful of guests and we were 4 people. Special mention: it is kids friendly and has live dance performances in dining hall. They also arrange drop to hotel on request (may depend on amount of tokens you purchased as they confirmed it with cash counter).

Has great time there, player mini flush and had beer 🍻 though staff was not that co-operative as the other casino we visited on previous night. One needs passport or nationality documents ( aadhar or Voter's card in India cases! Live dance on show continuously. Lovely ambience!

The casino is quite old and has poor customer service. We were highly disappointed with the lack of food options and game options offered by them. The buffet dinner was awful and the overall experience was very upsetting. Would not recommend the casino at all.

This was my first time at a casino. Although I only was supporting my friends joking their friends. I loved the experience and learned lot of games I would want to play without the money part. Definitely a fun experience.
