Waitress are very polite. Food service is fast. Food tastes amazing.

I used to be a massive fan of RedMud Coffee. RedMud used to be my goto place when it came to enjoying a lovely burger and a hot beverage on the side. Obviously things have changed today. I should first highlight that the 2 star rating could have been lower. But the reason why it's 2 is because of the lovely staff at RedMud Gairidhara. They're super friendly and do their best to make their customer's experience great. So a huge shoutout to them and their customer service. My issue however, was with the food. My order of Crispy Chicken Burger today was definitely not up to par with the same burger served at other RedMud establishments. The chips served on the side, unfortunately felt a little stale, they were not crunchy and unfortunately not fried well... The burger was a let down from the first bite. The buns did not taste good, did not have the freshness that I had gotten accustomed to, the patty not crunchy. The whole time I was thinking about my entire experience at RedMud Gairidhara as being one of a big letdown. 2-stars. Could've easily been 1-star if not for the staff.

Good place for catch-ups and a cup of coffee with serene ambience and awesome lights. The coffee and brownie was one of the best but was disappointed with the cheese balls. Nevertheless a fine café which also has some books for people looking to spend some quality time with oneself over a cup of coffee.

Something I like about Redmud is its regularity or persistence in terms of taste of food or coffee in every outlet. Today I also noticed that the service attendants are now more service oriented because of the feedback form that a guest fills out towards the end. All in all a very good place to catch a cup of coffee with friends.

The service is good. Hence, the two stars. Drinks were bleh. Not good. Food was bland. Such a let down.

Used to visit often. Food and coffee was nice back then. lunch time scheme was my favourite. But slowly and gradually the coffee didn't teste like it used to, may be of barista they hire there in gairidhara branch. Food were fine. Staff were friendly. Service was good.

Usual place to have my lunch. Restaurant with good ambience, good food and good service. They charge vat and service but 12-2pm they have separate happy hours menu which is more Affordable and you get s free ice tea.

Redmud is one of my fav coffee stations. I love the double shot americano of this location. (Post Covid: Already started take away, u can stay on request too)

Fish hamburger and service was good but too little fries came along: 7 and very thin and small. Felt as if something was missing :-)

Nice coffee and friendly staff. They have separate smoking zone as well if you are into that .

Dissapointed with the Chicken Jhol momo :( RedMud used to serve good Momo's but not more I guess. I had to order lemon and salt to make it good
