The service is quite good. Nepali tea specifically is not worth trying. The ambiance is great.

Nice Coffee. Prices are Perfect as per the taste of the coffee. Some may find it expensive but I will ask to taste once then judge the price. I usually take Blended Ice Mocha without wiped cream, which cost me NPR 360 + VAT. The filter coffee was great too. The only issue I have with the bakery items they serve which is usually 2 days old. I am a regular customer and I might have asked to replace my carrot cake like 3-4 times and still whenever I come I get old items. Overall if you wish to have coffee it's a great place with great ambience, but I won't personally suggest to go for eating something.

It was my first experience with himalyan java and it was superb.. There service are also nice and peaceful environment for the customers how want some space for them..

Extremely peaceful surrounding, neat and clean place, high quality coffee. Ideal for hangouts or grabbing a laptop and sit down to work.

The coffee beans most widely used in instant coffee are robusta beans: They have more caffeine content, are easier to grow (because they are pretty disease-resistant) and thus cheaper. But they also have a noticeably sour taste. Brewed coffees are usually made from arabica beans. For the beans used in brewed coffee, roasting the beans is the final production stage, and the beans are mostly used as soon as they are roasted. That’s why brewed coffee has a fresher taste. To produce instant coffee, the beans after being roasted, are brewed, and then dried by either a spraying or freezing method, which produces the soluble coffee powder of instant coffee. It’s because of this process that instant coffee doesn’t taste as fresh as its brewed counterpart.

Good coffee! I personally like there thamel location and bouddha, likewise they have recently opened a location in Darjeeling too.. which is so awesome! All in all 10/10

Worst place to visit. Rude staff. Worst rated himilayan java in town. No one can be regural in such a place.

Coffee and bakery items are always awesome. I tried sandwiche, and it was great too, but the service was ridiculous. A female staff member was rude, had no manners, and seemed like has no experience in the hostilities sector. Himilayan java should teach their staff some basic manners aswell. This was my 1st time in this branch, and hopefully last as well. I personally don't recommend anyone to visit in this branch. Better go to sanepa or kupondol. Staffs behaviour is far better. Service was worse because of that one person.
