Once you see the sign then it’s a twist and turn to get there, then you will walk into a hotel entrance and go straight to the lift -6th floor is where you will end up then walk 1 flight further upstairs to the rooftop. Great views with mixed service tho you will get what y asking for in terms of good food. Good experience.

Stunning view with healthy and tasty food I was there for 1 week and at that time I never gone out of the hotel for food. The food was very very tasty and healthy and hospility was awesome. I will definitely go again and again. Highly recommend. Very delicious food super friendly service.

The first time I stayed at Hotel Nepalaya was 2016. The experience was so good, I had to come back here when I returned to Nepal in 2023. The staff are wonderful, the food is delicious, with a combination of Nepali, Indian and Western cuisine to suit the palate of any traveller. The rooms are spacious and clean, with Western toilets and an unlimited supply of hot water. Suituated right in the heart of Thamel, you are never far from restaurant, bars and shopping experiences. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

A really nice small and cute restaurant situated halfway on the terrace and halfway on the roof across 7th and 8th floors of the Nepalaya restaurant. You get fantastic views of the surrounding mountains of kathmandu and the city itself. The staff and very polite, make you feel at home and eager to help. The food is moderately proceed, neat and clean, really tasty and quickly served. What else do you need!

Located on the rooftop of a hotel. This place has an amazing view. Ordered some Chinese. And a sizzler. I found the Chinese food A bit dry for my taste but the sizzler was good. It's a calm and serene place to hang out.

Boyfriend and I had our first Nepali meal here having just arrived in Kathmandu. Their chicken curry was to die for according to my boyfriend and I had some lovely momos! Such a beautiful rooftop setting in the sun. We visited here multiple times afterward to enjoy again 😊
