I stumbled across this newly opened family Indian restaurant when I was looking for the seeing hands massage parlour! One of the best decisions of my trip to check it out as it was hands down the best Indian restaurant in Kathmandu. I tried a lot of them as Indians my favourite cuisine, but in terms of value and taste you cannot beat the 2 chefs at this small restaurant. The owners are amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Another big positive is it’s away from the hordes of tourists you get at other Indian restaurants. Definitely check this out whilst it’s still a hidden gem!

The food was fantastic and so tasty! My curry was full of big chunks of vegetables with a bite. Curry packed with flavors. Impressive! Butternaan bread big and wonderful fluffy. I was sitting on the hotel rooftop terrace with this fantastic tasting meal .... it made me happy.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Kathmandu

I grabbed Lunch here, it was a 25 min wait for Tandoori chicken as they had just opened, it was spicy, delicious. Amazing Tandoori, great flavor, cooked perfectly, butter roti, spicy cole slaw, amazing yogurt dip. I had been trying Tandoori all over Asia and this was the best I had.

Best location in Thamel, if you want to have India food this place would be best! I have been here more than 10 times, tandoori chicken, fish tikka and chicken Jhol Mo Mo as well as Currys items you should try here.best recommendations

The reviews are true, the food is just amazing. We ordered chicken tandoori and chicken seekh kabab masala with butters naans, and it was one the best Indian food experience of my life. Please visit once for great Indian cuisine, you won't regret it. And I don't usually give 4 stars. :)

Lovely man who worked there was so kind and accommodating to me while I was trying to work online. Beautiful curry too. Then I forgot my purse and wanted to leave my laptop as collateral, but he trusted me. Very kind!

Probably they were in a hurry because we were the last customers, so our chicken was served raw. We ordered extra cheese balls which were uncooked too. When paying the bill they didn't give us back the change. Worst experience in Kathmandu so far, not recommended!
