Lovely event venue & banquet at dhobighat.

Man this place was good in past(i heard from others) but my last visit of 30 dec made me hate it, I will not go here even if given free food coupons the service was so late they took more than a hour for a pizza that was 1/10 and butter chicken took them almost 1.5 hrs.

The food was great. The atmosphere was also great. The service was somewhat okay.

If there was option for -star, I would give -5. Very bad experience. Had gone for dinner with family but return without having after 1+ hr wait. 1st we had to request them to come and take order. After 30+ min they came to take order without menu book. We asked for hot water, and waited for 40 min to receive just 1 item from order without water. Finally we just had 1 item and went to other restaurant without even having glass of water. If anyone having even free food vouchers, over that also I would suggest don’t go there. Such a rubbish hospitality, service and management. 😠😠👎👎👎👎👎👎

One of the good chain restaurants in Nepal. but need to upgrade the service nowna days.

Lovely and pleasant environment. We had coffee and boiled vegetables which was delicious. Will visit for more taste.

Good dining place in the town, the staff are professional

The experience was just okay. We went for thakali chicken khana set, perviously heard so much about it but food was below average. Taste was off. Chicken was below average. I felt the number of items on the set was way less as compared to other places. There was vegetables curry, it was so bad. Maybe due to covid the food was off. The only thing good was the staff service and the ambiance.

Food is average. However, the staffs are polite and friendly. The restaurant is spacious. It might be crowded when there is an event in their banquet hall.
