Beautiful place. People can easily reach there on a bike/car (personal rides) or take a 10 mins walk from the van park. It's a religious place but we can also have a day out with our friends and families. There are several places to visit nearby like a botanical garden, Naudhara Temple, Marble Dada and you can find several picnic spots around the temple area. The water looks so fresh and crystal clear. Keeping your feet on the water for a minute makes you feel relaxed. A mela occurs once in 12 years called godawari mela in this place.

This place is so beautiful. Here you feel pleasant and peaceful. This place is very popular in Hindus. Because this place is considered as a holy place. Every 12 years here occurs Barabarsey Mela. Where you can visit and take a holy bath and offers your prayers to holy Godavari river. Here's the story of this place which is tell by Sambidbilas Pant The Legend of Godavari Kunda Long time ago,a sage lived in a small hut in godavari with his cow. One day, while he was mediating, his cow fell from a cliff and died. He believed he had committed a sin by not looking after the cow. To cleanse himself from the sin, he visited the Holy Godavari River in India. He performed penance there until one day, the River Goddess Ganga appeared before him. She told him all his sins were forgiven and he could go back to his home. She also told him the Godavari River would flow near his home. When he returned, there was an explosion near his hut and a holy spring started flowing. Well after this beautiful story we will all know about the purity and beauty of nature. Do visit this place and enjoy the nature. Thank you!

It is the One of religious places of godawari. Where u can found the water coming under the the huge Stone. And there also found beautiful fish which looks really amazing. Many people visit there for enjoying the holy water, and for religious beliefs.

Just a few meters ahead from the botanical garden, this place has huge religious significance. It is equally beautiful because of the actual kunda inside the temple believed to be the source of Godavari River. We couldn’t go inside because we went during the day and as per the uncle we met there, it opens in the morning matrai rey. However it was amazing to walk in the water outside and wash our face in the water from the hi: ti. There are fishes there btw and the road from ring road up-to this place is all pitch and actually amazing to ride.

Too cool and cold water, crystal clear and majestic. Once you look into the inner kunda's water you'll feel like your soul is just being pulled into its soul and you wouldn't want to come out. The color and the crystalline nature of water is just too mesmerizing to miss visiting this place even if it's once a lifetime.

Godawari kunda is believed that the water source if from gosaikunda itself. Very refreshing cold water.
