A solid 5* rating for i Tour Nepal. The team managed to put together and organise a trekking tour for us on very short notice (including flights, helicopter charter, guide and hotels). Everyone we met went the extra mile to make the trip a pleasant experience. The team speaks excellent English and we always felt well taken care of. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Nepal and will definitely pick i Tour Nepal again.

Go in trust and realize your dream with iTour Nepal! My experience with iTour Nepal was perfectly amazing. I did start with the “Short Everest Trek” and pushed through Lobuche (10 days, Jan-Feb 2022). It was my first trek, and I am a solo woman traveler. If I hadn’t had to catch an international flight, I would have had continued for an additional week! I have extensively traveled around the world hence I have a solid level of comparison and experience when it comes to agency, tour, guide, travel hiccups & marvels, etc. In this trekking adventure, you have two central characters. Firstly, your travel agent and secondly your guide. Firstly Rabi, your travel agent – the “Go-To person” from iTour Nepal, is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. From the first day, I did contact him to consider doing the trek until the day I left Nepal he has been fully available to answer any queries and organize anything I needed even on very short notice. Rabi is extremely versatile and resilient. We did plan the itinerary together and he always had in mind a “plan B” if need be. Rabi supports you even for the tiniest details (packing checklist and last-minute Kathmandu shopping). Rabi is genuinely comforting and reliable. Thanks to him, your travel can only be a success. Secondly, the other protagonist leading to the success of your trip is your guide. I have had the blessing to be guided by Jit. Jit welcomed me on the tarmac at Lukla airport on Day 1 and took care of me until Day 10 when he literally put me back in the plane heading to Katmandu. Jit is an experienced and knowledgeable Himalayan guide. He has always found the right balance between being present for me and sharing his knowledge of trekking, while also leaving me in my silent bubble while experiencing the magnificence of the Himalayas. Jit has never been intrusive, although he was always discreetly monitoring me (water intake, breathing/walking rhythm, checking for any altitude symptoms, etc.). He directly caught some of my daily routine elements and made sure every day I had those fulfilled so that I could feel somehow in a “comfort zone” which is precious when you are evolving in this extremely cold and unknown natural vastness (such as making sure I can charge my phone to call my husband every night, having enough hot water ready before bedtime to fill my hot water bags, hang prayer flags on the way, etc.). What I have also highly appreciated is that Jit was always very instructive about where we were and where we were heading to. He was regularly updating me on our walking progress (remaining time until the next “tea and pee break”) and weather conditions. Jit did also help me to kind of “locate myself within the environment” as he was always using landmarks and teaching the names of the various mountains, rivers, peaks around us. He knew visiting monasteries and nunneries was so important for me and he always managed for me to have enough time to do so even if some days we were on a tight schedule due to weather conditions. I will go back to Nepal, and I will solo trek again (we have already drafted the next itinerary with Jit!). I will do it with Rabi and Jit. No doubt. Go in trust and realize your dream trek with iTour Nepal! Peri Betumla (see you again in Nepali)!

I had a unique and positive experience with iTourNepal in November/December 2015, when I went on the 'Mardi Himal' trek. This was during the time of the Indian blockade, however I felt that my experience was unaffected by it. The trek was well organised particularly given that this was an 'experimental'/maiden trek for iTourNepal. Rabi, my guide and owner/director of iTourNepal, scouted in short notice, a porter (Sambu, who I highly recommend!!) who was reputable and familiar with the trekking route. Due to good timing, we joined a small group of trekkers trekking with Ganga Jamuna. Despite being in a group, I felt I still had an individualised experience as Rabi and Sambu continually looked out for me, given that this was my first time trekking and I had also developed a cold (which is not ideal at altitude). Their pace kept me challenged and they never failed to encourage me to take rests when needed. I did enjoy the group experience as well. We (trekkers/guides/porters) integrated well together and shared many laughs. The 'Mardi Himal' trek is beautiful and to this day, I still think about the stunning and pristine landscapes I came across. Thank you!

A big shout out to itournepal for making my first trip to Nepal unforgettable! There is nothing quite like hiking in the mountains to experience the culture of this beautiful region. 9 friends and I completed the 5 day Poon Hill trek spending a couple of days in Pokhara with a quick tour of Kathmandu to end the trip. I highly recommend Rabi and his crew if you are considering travelling in the area. I have had many opportunities to travel in Asia and Europe and this was hands down one of the best trips I have taken. I am hoping to take my family back for a vacation in the future. Congratulations itournepal for sharing your expertise and passion of your wonderful country. Til next time!

We just returned from an incredible adventure with iTour Nepal. Rabi and his team did a great job of planning and executing a trek for our group of 10 women. Because of our limited time and desire to see Everest, Rabi was able to customize a trip for us the first week of December. We worried about it being too late in the season, but he assured us that it would be a great time to go and said that December had beautiful, clear mornings for the best views. And, let me tell you, the views did not disappoint!! We had a great time! Rabi and his assistant guide were so patient while we took a ridiculous amount of pictures and caught our breaths, while still gently moving us along as needed to stay on schedule. I can't recommend them enough. They even arrange to surprise me with cake for my birthday on our last dinner together! Always going the extra mile! I'd love to go back with my family and will definitely use Rabi again!

Rabi and his team created a customized itinerary for our group of 10. Before the trip, they were quick to respond to emails and clear about expectations. During the trip, our guides were courteous, fun, and informative. They took care of every detail (permits, flights, cars, hotels, lodges), so that we could focus on enjoying the gorgeous scenery and on strengthening our friendships. Rabi went so far as to order a birthday cake for someone in our group and to help someone else reschedule a missed flight. I would absolutely tour with iTourNepal again!

Rabi and his team are complete professionals: trusted, reliable, and prompt. He helped book my flight to Pokhara and a helicopter ride to Annapurna base camp. It was a once in a lifetime experience. He even anticipated a flight delay due to heavy clouds and reached out to me quickly to work out a solution to get me back to Kathmandu for a wedding. Yes there are so many tour companies in Nepal, but you can't go wrong with this one. Truly recommended.

I had a great experience with iTour Nepal. I contacted them the day before hoping to travel and Rabi responded to me immediately that it was no problem and he could make it work! He made sure to get everything in order very quickly and keep me in the loop, and even picked me up from my hostel and drove me to the bus station the next morning! I inquired about their sustainability practices and he sent me a detailed e-mail with their efforts for environmental and cultural sustainability. I was blown away by his dedication. I didn't have to worry about a thing during my tours with them. I joined a 4-day trek that had one other individual and that was a fantastic experience as well. Basanta and Nirmal (our guide and porter) were absolutely wonderful; I can easily say they made our trekking experience amazing! Unlike other porters that we saw along the trek, we always stuck together, and Basanta was always making sure we were having fun. He took care of our every need, from meals to beds to fun, and always ensured we were comfortable with the plan. He taught us so much about the mountains and Nepali culture along the trek as well. It was truly a pleasure to trek with them and I hope to do so again in the future!

This was a trip of a lifetime for me and absolutely everything went perfectly thanks to the TourNepal team. Thank you all. There are many trekking companies to choose from and we got to watch many of them in action while on the trail. All the guides that I saw are great, but I thought ours was the best. Hire these guys.

We had the most amazing experience trekking with iTourNepal. We went in late November 2017 for a 5 nights trek through Poon Hill and ending up at The Australian Camp. The weather was perfect. Pleasantly warm at day time – just perfect for trekking and cold at night. We were fortunate to have a clear panoramic view of the Himalayas at Poon Hill. What a sight! The striking power of nature. The night before we had thick clouds hanging over us and it was hard to believe it would be clear in the morning but lucky us. We wished we had added 2 more nights to our trek as we would then have made it to Annapurna Base Camp. Feel we missed out. The scenery on the entire trek was stunning. The villages are cute and people are so welcoming and friendly. Food in the tea houses is surprisingly varied and we had some very tasty meals. We were told that the accommodation is basic which is partly true but we found the places we stayed were clean and better than expected. We even had hot showers and the best deep sleeps ever. There was a very easy going feel to the whole trek. Every day we walked for miles without meeting any people. It felt a real a privilege to walk in the Himalayas on our own. Very precious memories. We had the best guide possible. Saroj is extremely experienced, so full of wisdom and insight on his culture and the best storyteller ever. His stories were a blessing to listen to at night around the fire in the teahouses. Such a cosy atmosphere. Our porter Prabin was full of joy and energy on the entire trek. He is the most helpful youngster we have ever met - so proactive. Both were such a joy to be around and helped to make it such a hassle free holiday. We had some really good laughs with them both too. The real bonus going on an organised trek with a guide is that you get to experience the hidden gems that only locals knows about. We felt very safe and held on the entire trek. Organising it all went perfectly easy from start to end. We listed what we would like to see and do and Rabi created a perfect itinerary from our wishes. Rabi knowledge is vast and he has an intuitive feel of what sort of trekking will suit you. We planned the itinerary ahead but with the options to change it if needed en route. Rabi is so easy communicate with and his reply was always instant. We can't recommend Rabi highly enough and will definitely want him to organise our next trek in Nepal. After seeing other tour guides on our trek we believe that Rabi is one of the top organisers of treks in Nepal and beyond as his team is eminent.

Couldn't recommend Rabi and his team more highly. They were highly professional and quick to reply to queries from the outset, and put together a great itinerary for us to fit with the time we had in Nepal. You would struggle to find a more knowledgeable guide than Rabi to show you around Kathmandu, Bakhtapur and Lalitpur, he gave us a brilliant insight into everything from architecture to history and the religious symbolism behind the different temples we visited. Our trekking days were similarly well organised, with a really friendly and professional guide and porter. The whole trip was excellent value for money , and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rabi's organisation to anyone looking to visit Nepal.

This was the second time using itournepal. The first was a family trip in the spring which we took our two kids ages 9 and 12 on several day hikes and toured around Katmandu. We had so much fun I had to return for an extended trek with friends. Rabi and his group took 9 friends and I on the Poon Hill trek. He exceeded my expectations once again and I really hope to return again someday.

Arranged a tour in Lumbini, Kathmandu including a Mountain Flight to Everest. Rabi was ever so helpful in organising the tour to suit my requirement as I was on an official tour. Correspondence was prompt and effective via e-mail and WhatsApp prior to the tour as well as in between. Visited several places of interest in Kathmandu with a guided tour, where he explained the history and its significance in detail. Rabi arranged a tour guide, a young enthusiastic fellow from Lumbini who was also involved in excavation work in Kapilvastu while following a PG Dip. in Archeology. He was equally knowledgeable and took me around to the important places of interest such as Maya Devi Temple in the sacred garden, Peace Pagoda and few monasteries built by countries that are predominantly Buddhist. The next tour was taking the mountain flight to Kathmandu which was a once in a lifetime experience. I would like to do more tours in the future with them and would recommend arranging tours with them if you are visiting Nepal. Rabi knows how to organise tailor-made tours to make your trip to Nepal a memorable one.

We originally were looking only at a short Everest Trek, but that quickly expanded with the full services of iTourNepal available ! Rabi got Express Service for our Tibet Visas (Americans and Canadians) and we were able to fly out for a 4 day / 3 night intro to Lhasa, Tibet. Namhla in Tibet was gracious and attentive and even spoke a little candidly about the situation in Tibet... Then, we wanted to do a day hike around KTM and Rabi quickly made up a hike and came with us as well !! Finally, the main point of our trip was the short Everest Trek. While others were on an early morning bus to a far away airport, Rabi got us a flight direct from KTM. Dil was our guide and took care of every possible detail, even our changes of itinerary, and up to carrying fresh fruit for our desert each day ! Santos and Ashis were the porters and carried our supplies dutifully, always smiling. After a few days of overcast and some showers, Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) shone in all its glory for us to take wonderful photos ! What else can we say... absolutely incredible trip and amazing scenery. Such a stunning country and people. Thank you all !! I couldn't imagine asking anyone else to make these arrangements. You MUST call Rabi !!

Hi Rabi, We have had a great time in Chitwan, including our 2 additional days. We ended up taking 2 private full day Safaris, a half day Safari, and a buffer zone Safari. All were great with guide Hari, and an extra guide and a driver. We saw everything we hoped for plus many bonus species like a leopard, and a fishing cat, and 2 sloth bears. 12 rhinos of all ages and lots of birds and reptiles. We highly recommend everything you set up for us and also the full day Safaris. Thanks for all your help, we leave on the bus for Pokhara tomorrow. Feel free to share our input with future guests.

(Translated by Google) Wonderful second experience with Rabi and his team. For the second consecutive year we decided to rely on Rabi and his experience to organize a 13-day trek in the Langtang. A unique experience as unique was the welcome at his home, with his family, for a Nepalese cooking lesson. We will definitely return to Nepal for the third time and obviously with iTourNepal. My brother and I went on the Mardi Himal trek through I Tour Nepal. Rabi organised the trek and was attentive and professional by email prior to arrival. He also ensured that all transfers were smooth and that we were kept well informed throughout. During our trip, our guide was Dil and porter was Prabin. They were both fantastic company: knowledgeable, fun, friendly, helpful, and just genuinely marvellous people. Dil has decades of experience and was very responsive to our needs throughout the trip (both from minute to minute and day to day). He was a great guide and really adapted the trip marvellously when the weather was not great. Prabin was constantly positive, interested, and interesting and he and Dil worked very well together. We could not have wished for better and hope to do further tours with them in Nepal in the future. Mardi Himal was sublime: the walking was manageable and challenging enough (and not too much!) with exceptional views and delightful countryside. The accommodation was always excellent and Dil/Prabin very thoughtful about food orders and making sure my brother and I were well fed and watered! We diverted our trip to Jinhu hot springs due to bad weather at high camp, which were wonderful - we can recommend a dip in the cold river followed by a dip in the hot springs. Gets the circulation going! Thank you, thank you, thank you to I Tour Nepal, to Rabi, to Dil, to Prabin for their professionalism and good nature. We had one of the best holidays we have ever experienced with you all. All the best and hope to do it again at some point.... Tom and Alex

Rabi communicates clearly and promptly for inquiries and advices! Our trek to Pikey Peak area was only possible because of his leadership, and awesome guide Dawa and assistant Prabin. Ask about treks that are off the beaten path for a full experience of Nepal culture and the beautiful mountain views without the traffic of all the other trekkers! Hands down would recommend Rabi and iTourNepal for your adventures!

I did a 16-day customized, cultural sight-seeing and trekking, tour of Nepal with Rabi and his team of tour operators. The tour was amazing, and my experience with iTour Nepal flawless: Rabi made sure to have everything organized properly, and to provide enough time for detailed sight-seeing, a variety of leisurely activities, cultural explorations, and (sometime challenging but highly rewarding) trekking through the beautiful Himalayas. Rabi was in charge of the non-trekking portion of my tour, and--while travelling throughout Nepal--we spent many hours talking about the country's history, culture, religion(s) and so much more. He is such a wealth of information and knowledge, and his willingness and enthusiasm to share them are admirable. I learned so much from Rabi during our time together, and our conversations made my experience of, and appreciation for, Nepal that much richer and more meaningful. Prabin, my trek guide, was amazing, and we had a wonderful time trekking together and enjoying our time in the mountains. He made sure that everything was taken care of to perfection, and provided a true VIP treatment all the way through. A few fellow trekkers, travelling with other touring companies, were pleasantly surprised with--and perhaps even a bit jealous of (in a nice way, of course)--Prabin's attentiveness as a guide and, especially, his 'magical ability' to have fresh fruit 'appear' every evening at my dinner table. 😊 iTour Nepal has my highest recommendations, and I would urge anyone looking for a meaningful and adventurous encounter with Nepal to look no further than Rabi and his team. You will not be disappointed--guaranteed.

(Translated by Google) Although I was in Nepal in 2006, I decided to choose Nepal as my destination again, but this time as a starting point for tours to Bhutan and Tibet. ITour Nepal (Mr. Rabi) was already very efficient in planning the trip and has responded to all questions and requests very individually and competently. Mr. Rabi has excellent knowledge of land, people and Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet tourism. He is a great travel guide and it's great fun talking to him about country and people, politics, and cultural and social issues. The service during my 20 day trip was absolutely perfect. Flight delays were responded flexibly and at all times the airport transfer was organized on time. The hotel selection was good to very good and the local guides were very knowledgeable and always ready to respond to individual requests. An all-round successful holiday. Many thanks to Mr. Rabi and his team.
