Although hspital seems to be in perfectly managed out the cost is much higher than normal people would expect of service's . The economically weak people cannt afford out the cost of this hospital which is most common bad things about it .ya the hspital seems to be have a heavy cost while building managing but these kinds of services mustn't be for benefits only . After that its environment are better than other privates hospital hope the hspital mustn't run for money only in coming future

Top hospitals in Nepal, all the services are very systematic and we'll organised. All the doctors and staffs are qualified, experienced and cooperative. Well maintained cafeteria and friendly staffs. Rest rooms are also maintained very good. Service charge is the most highest one but service its worth it. The feeding service for the patient is also great. Only drawback I see is location and transportation. It is too hard to be there in office hours. Hope you will find solutions for that.

Place is newer and has all in one health facilities. But customer experience is getting lower every time i visit. Big wait lines/time to see a doctor, long queues at payment counter and in waiting for elevator ride takes a lot time. Also they need to introduce cutting edge customer/medical application with a single stop database. So everything is aligned.

That place is a joke. they charge 4900 US for a simple gall bladder removal. In India you pay approx 800 US for the same.

The hospital is equipped with excellent facilities and is very clean and well-maintained. It has an elevator and a café tea shop for visitors. The hospital also has spacious corridors and a large reception area. The location of the hospital is highly desirable. The expenses are higher due to the extensive facilities provided for patients and their caregivers.

One of the top hospitals in Nepal, all the services are very systematic and we'll organised. All the doctors and staffs are qualified, experienced and cooperative. Cleanliness is very good. Has its own canteen for patients and visitors. Only drawback I see is, you have to pay hefty amount of bills for the services.

This hospital saved my Annapurna Circuit hike. I got a foot issue just right before the hike. The doctor took his time to examine me, all the staff was helpful and friendly, and in the end after a few days of medication, i was able to start the hike! They also showed me some physical therapy exercises, i did them every day, even in 5000 m altitude. The only reason why i do not give five stars is because when i headed to the hospital again for an MRI, their credit card system was collapsed and the three ATM around the hospital were all out of order (!). I was not able to pay with credit card, i was not able to get cash...so in the end we did not do the MRI because of that. But it was not a big thing, they managed to treat me with MRI very well and i highly recommend this clean place with nice waiting area (international newspapers available)! Just take some cash with you in case their system does not work.

Best service for patients as well as waiters. High end devices. Well maintained cafeteria and friendly staffs. Rest rooms are also maintained very good. Service charge is the most highest one but looking at the service its worth it. Good facilities for waiters like sleeping ward, lockers etc. The feeding service for the patient is also great. All we have to do is pay.

I guess the service you expect in hospitals in Nepal mostly depends on how well you know or are connected to the doctor. I guess there are few doctors who truly are passionate to provide the best service to every patients equally. Overall, GRANDE HOSPITAL is a systematic hospital that caters with the need of the patients. They also have a WELLNESS center that is more of a preventive care approach to health care, that is pretty much lacking in our country but we will reach there very soon as our economic state goes up. Overall, a good hospital. I have been to the ENT, Neuro and Ortho OPD here.

Top hospitals in Nepal, all services are well-organized and methodical. All of the doctors and staff are qualified, experienced, and helpful. Friendly personnel and a well-kept eatery. Restrooms are also kept in excellent condition. The service price is the most expensive, but it is well worth it. The patient's feeding service is very excellent. The only disadvantage I see is the location and transportation. It is too difficult to attend office hours. I hope you can find a solution.

High class hospital in terms of facilities and infrastructure. But for treatment it’s no go place . I visited this hospital for my dads pancreatitis they insist me to have urgent surgery, after lots of research I went to another hospital I was told surgery Is very risky at this stage . So it’s like a luxurious hotel .

Three star because the hospital has set out as an examplary hospital when it comes to service, exceptional cleanliness, well equipped technology and pool of doctors. Well they need to work more on handling the appointment propeprly. It is one of the best and most expensive hospital equipped with modern technology and experienced doctors..Doctors and Nurses are friendly and helpful provides good services but the hospital charges are very expensive.

Nepal government should audit/ check hospitals like this to prevent playing with patient family emotion and over charging money. PEOPLE SHOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING HOSPITAL. NOT BE WORRIED OF BEING OVER CHARGED. If family member do not have medical knowledge, this hospital will cheat them. This hospital is too expensive for Nepali people. The quality of care, the response from doctor is not enough. They are trying to take more money from patient by making them stay in ICU and ward for longer days. Patient who do not need to be in ICU are kept in ICU.

When it comes to premium healthcare, the Grande International Hospital private hospital in our town undeniably stands out as a beacon of excellence. My recent experience at this facility left me thoroughly impressed and reassured that my health was in the best hands possible. With state-of-the-art amenities, an array of services, and a focus on patient care, it truly lived up to its reputation as one of the best healthcare providers in the region. One aspect that initially caught my attention was the premium service charge. While it is true that the hospital's services are on the higher end, I soon realized that it was well worth it. The level of care, attention, and expertise provided by the medical staff and support personnel was exceptional, leaving no room for disappointment. Upon arriving at the hospital, the ample parking space eased any worries about finding a spot, ensuring a hassle-free start to my visit. The facility's attention to detail extended beyond the medical services to encompass the overall convenience and comfort of patients and visitors. One of the most impressive features of this hospital was its emergency services. The response time and efficiency of the medical team during my visit was extraordinary. They handled the situation with utmost professionalism and expertise, alleviating any anxiety I had in a critical moment. In a remarkable display of preparedness, the hospital's ability to airlift patients in need of immediate specialized care was a true testament to its commitment to saving lives. The hospital's seamless coordination with emergency transport services ensured that patients received timely and appropriate medical attention, even in challenging circumstances. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the hospital's environment exuded a sense of tranquility and cleanliness, promoting healing and well-being. The compassionate care and personalized attention offered by the medical staff further contributed to a positive and reassuring experience. In conclusion, the private hospital's expensive service charge was justified by the exceptional level of care and services provided. Its ample parking space, good emergency services, and capability for airlifting patients make it stand head and shoulders above the rest. I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to anyone seeking top-notch healthcare services in our town.

Me and my husband had wellness packages booked and all the tests went well. The real problem was doctor consultation. We went to doctor after collecting the reports. I was not feeling well from almost a month(a reason why i booked wellness package). The doctor did not even explain the reports properly despite questions asked. I tried to explain what are the health issues i was facing but doctor just dismissed my concerns with his general assumptions like i might want to reduce my junk food intake or don’t be lazy and do workouts in morning. Which in fact was completely opposite of my daily lifestyles, I don’t eat junk food, my lifestyle is pretty active. No medical history asked, no lifestyle questions asked, just dismissed the concerns which was very belittling. Worst experience ever. I won’t be going back for sure.

Such a bad experience! Go somewhere else! Waited for over 4 hours to see a doctor. One of the workers was extremely rude when I asked how much longer I’d need to wait! The staff here seem to be on a very high horse in believing they can speak to people rudely. Very disappointing to see how much Grande hospital has let itself go! Bring back quality doctors and nurses!

I was there on 26/12/2023 for my wife’s check up with doctor Padam Raj Pant, Gynaecologist. The way he talked and looked into our matter was extremely pathetic, rude and arrogant. Not sure why he is there as a chief of the department of such a reputed hospital when he doesn’t even know how to behave well with his patients? We left within 10-15 minutes of consultation with so much regret and hopelessness. He has to learn how to make patient feel positive, loved and cared. This should be a basic of this profession I think. Apart from the doctor, rest of the experience was overall good.

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, working at Grande International Hospital for me is like a catalyst in building up my skills for my personal growth as well as in proficiency testing in the field of LabMedicine.I have achieved a wealth of experience in meticulous analyzing and reporting various types of clinical samples in highly sensitive and advance equipments. In addition to that, performing many special tests which aid in the diagnosis of various autoimmune and genetic diseases and comprehending them with other parameters played crucial role in interpreting test findings and communicating them to physicians. By strictly adhering to safety procedures and quality control benchmarks, I helped the hospital fulfill its promise to deliver top-notch medical treatment. My abilities were constantly tested and developed in the dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere of Grande International Hospital, which gave me a sense of satisfaction from helping with patient care.

Worst emergency service for a private or ‘international’ hospital as they claim. Patient left unattended and unanswered for hour in ER department. We were standing to register at the front desk for almost 15 mins in the ER Department and no one would bother to interact or respond to the patient or the guardian. The ER department receptionists ( both ) the male and female were disrespectful- they pretended not listen at all when we were asking the process of registration or while saying why we are there for. We left without getting any medical attention considering their disorganized orientation. I wouldn't have been able to trust the hospital or staffs there even if I was treated in this hospital as they make you feel unwanted. The first job that the hospital should create is an environment where patient can trust each and every staffs in the hospital and make them feel that they’re cared for. I will not recommend the hospital to anyone and will never ever visit again for any services.

The hospital mixed up our PCR test results and gave us a stressful time. If a so called "International" hospital cannot do a simple procedure like a PCR test, I dread to go to this hospital for more serious medical issues. Please consider / check other options for your medical treatment
