Lack of regulations, lack of respect towards people and patients, doctors with no sense of timing need more seriousness in treating people (especially patients)

They don’t have a manners to talk with patients,very very rude behavior. Lack of respect they call the patients name like sita ,ram I was shocked no respect I will never go again from my side not recommended Poor service from both dr and nurses

Clean and well managed hospital but has high charges and prices compared to other nearby hospitals/medicals. It is worth the price to have treatment but may not be suitable for everyone. Overall, the hospital isn't worst neither too nice, i would prefer saying little better than average hospital. There are many services available here for cheap price than other which is a plus point for it.

A fairly okay hospital. Lacks on a lot of services, but is quite expensive for what it delivers. Emergency services are okay, In-Patient and Out-Patient departments are also decent.

Have been associated with this hospital for more than 29 years. Love Doctor Supatra who delivered all my 3 children. Doctor Rita Singh my pediatrician for 17 plus years. All good service but one has to wait for more than an hour when you come for check up. Time management-is very suffocating. Wish schedules were more regulated.

Highly expensive in comparison to their service. They advice to admit for a simple patient. very rude behaviour, zero consultation with patient by few doctors not all. when i met with doctor Subodh sagar dhakal(SSD), he behave very rude and didn't give any consultation. I am going to give zero rating for this service. Please think before twice to go to this hospital.

Healthcare is always invaluable. So we can't judge on single experience when many are giving their best efforts.

We are very sad to say about Gynecologist Dr. Suvatra Khoirala and her assistant( skiny half woman /man? wearing glass) that when we have to go for follow up (Dr. Suvatra Koirala) but everytime she were not in her room instead her assistant is doing her job so that what is the logic behind this type of treatment? Should we pay for assistant or Doctor?But the main problem with that Assistant are as follows: 1.) she gave incorrect prescription 2.)We have visited hospital many times because of wrong medication 3.) loss of money 4.) wasting time 5.)No health improvement (only side effects of wrong medicine)

Not recommended at all. They don't have a understanding of patients condition. I'm surprised how can they be so careless about patient condition.

Om hospital is my favorite hospital in Kathmandu.. well experienced doctors n nurses as well as quiet n nice environment.. all staff were also helpful. I’m a ckd patient n i was searching for a good doctor which I found in Om hospital. Dr Sameer Kesari Baidhya is my best doctor among all hospitals in Kathmandu. It’s my highly recommended hospital for the people.

Hospital with highly qualified Doctors. Behevior of supporting staffs at cash counter, lab and Endoscopy department are harrshing the petients and their, It seems that we are at the government hospitals of remote areas of Nepal.

I had an appointment with Dr. Biroj, ENT specialist. Too expensive. Lack of communication skills. Lack of interest in patients. Not providing good explanation to the patient about the condition. Charge 690. Not worth spending it. Bad experience.

Grateful for Dr. Subodh Sagar Dhakal and Dr. Pushpa P. Sharma. Wish there was more on the side of customer service though and more cleanliness in terms of the patient amenities like bathroom and waiting area. Overall, a nice hospital where I have received good patient care and good health outcomes! Best regards.

Dr. Sampada Mishra Pathak is truly a professional consultant gynaecologist and IVF specialist. She has a very good attitude, her counselling and behaviour towards patients is truly appreciable. Her dedication towards patients is unforgettable and she is a gem doctor for me as she supported a lot before my pregnancy, during pregnancy and after delivery. Every doctor should be like her polite, well mannered and especially excellent counsellor. I am very thankful for her ❤️❤️❤️

Doctor are good in their field Limited bathrooms are clean I don't refer hospital canteen they serve worst food ICU charge will be minimum 25000/ day be prepared

I was there for counseling and medication for my personal depression stage.. Very bad counselor 😞 Was using phone all time while in counseling Don't understood my suitation or gave me a sufficient time either I would like to say to everyone that please won't go there who are suffering from depression or mental health issues... Please waste of time and money 🤑 Please try to look at another psychologist doctor however that hospital is very awful Had bad experienced He is not senior
