Have
been
a
regular
visitor
for
the
past
couple
of
years
due
to
the
close
proximity
to
my
house
and
it
is
truly
astonishing
to
see
the
decline
in
service
and
infrastructure
with
corresponding
skyrocketing
prices.
The
prices
have
been
increasing
on
every
other
visit
while
the
infrastructure
is
not
updated
for
customers
and
the
OPD
management
seems
to
run
like
its
an
underfunded
government
clinic.
Most
of
the
time,
the
doctor
is
not
on
time
and
it
is
quite
evident
that
multiple
people
skip
the
line.
I've
waited
2
hours
while
being
informed
only
4
people
were
in
the
queue
before
me
so
basically
the
doctor
gives
more
than
half
an
hour
for
each
patient
which
is
very
unlikely.
Even
if
the
fact
is
true
the
other
patients
should
be
informed
beforehand
of
the
time
schedule
so
that
the
patients
visit
accordingly.
If
we
had
to
wait
for
more
than
2
hours
for
a
brief
visit,
have
to
wait
in
under
maintained
waiting
spaces,
and
deal
with
agitated
staffs
what
is
the
purpose
of
paying
premium
price
rather
than
visiting
very
cost
effecient
governmental
hospital
with
similar
experience
and
waiting
time.
For
me
I
choose
a
premium
service
to
save
time
and
be
accommodated
in
hygienic
space
but
if
the
service
provider
fails
to
do
so
it
is
evident
that
the
organization
will
be
lost
in
the
sea
of
competitors.
I
hope
the
management
would
be
a
bit
more
conscious
of
the
fact
that
there
are
multitude
of
methods
and
technology
to
better
manage
such
a
premium
charging
organisation
and
put
a
bit
more
effort
and
trainings
on
costumer
service
because
if
they
don't
do
so
the
patients
are
most
likely
bound
to
find
easily
available
alternatives.
