    I just rate 3 stars as the service quality is poor as compare to the hospital medical charge they take. They let us wait for an hour. As the patient condition was worst and worst due to untimely treatment. My impression as soon as I was inside the hospital was, is this hospital or else where too many patient waiting outside the ward, unmanaged system. Less working staffs and unqualified too. They need to upgrade their standard and quality service. Hospital is for saving the patient not making their life worse.

    I went for gastric & backpain treatment with Dr. PK Yadav, where my appointment was booked number 1. I submitted the receipt to see the doctor but there were already two elderly people before me. I waited my turn thinking I was the third one to visit. BUT Many patients came after me whose turn came before me. I was seeing peoples were like "namaste sanchai, dr sahab bhitra? " with assistant and he was making them enter. After an hour and half I asked the doctor assistant, I came before them and I am listed on top of the list but everyone is entering before me. NOW, he said, if your in that pain go to emergency, they'll treat you good!! one star for location in Chabahil.

    Very bad OPD management. Patient who was in ER the day before had to wait in line for 2 hours in OPD. There needs to be a proper appointment and scheduling. Consultation and bed fee is also quiet high compared to the quality of service.

    Last week, I was with my son for the check up of ENT. I went there in their OPD which was fully packed(lot of clients are waiting). As I am waiting to get my son to checkup but suddenly he cried that he don't want to stay. And I asked to the lady that are calling the clients to checkup that my son is crying so please let us go to checkup. But she refused and tell that take your son out and come back after a hour. Actually when we go there she told us before half hr its takes 1 hr. And I request her but she denied and tell me that a lot of client is waiting so go out and come back after an hour. we request a lot but she denied. If its a adult we can wait even two hours but its a child not even a two years so what should I do on that situation ? Finally she denied and I decide not to stay there and i asked her to get the bill and I return the bill and I get the refund and they cut the RS 10 why is that ? Your staff is rude as well please trained them how to handle the customer. A worst experience that I have ever had in Medicare Hospital . So please please Trained your staff how to interact to the client and trained them how handle in the pressure. As she is working in the hospitality sector. And also you are also working in the same field. NEED TRAINING TO YOUR STAFF

    the waiting area was crowded, and it seemed like the hospital was understaffed, as patients were waiting outside the ward after being admitted. This lack of proper management and organization made me question the hospital's commitment to providing quality care to its patients. While the specialist services offered by the hospital are appropriate, I believe that the hospital management needs to invest in improving the quality of service by paying attention to customer feedback. The high medical fees charged by the hospital do not seem to match the level of service provided. In my opinion, the hospital needs to upgrade its standard and quality of service, and hire more qualified staff to provide timely and efficient care to patients. The ultimate goal of any hospital should be to save the patient's life, not to make it worse. I hope my feedback can help them improve their services and provide better care to their patients in the future.

    Very commercial, rude and badly managed hospital in this town. Medicare is very good in branding its doctors and surprisingly people from remote parts and villages are seen here. This is an accessible hospital besides ringroad and it must increase its parking spaces.

    The only good thing about this hospital are the nurses. They are kind and hardworking. I'm grateful to those nurses. But besides that, the entire place is useless. Bad service, unmanaged schedules and what not. This place is an utter disgrace. Edit 1: I had an appointment at 12 PM today. It's 2:00 PM now and there's no sight of the doctor yet. "Hospital ta cha, tara doctor nai aaundaina" vaneko yey raicha.

    This hospital is insane. They talk to you like they are doing you a favor. They’re mean and moody. The staffs have no manners. They talk to patients really rudely.

    Very Rude and easily irritable nurse at Dr A.D. Bhatta’s. Also she is an egoist prescribing food to have in sickness instead sending for Doctors consultation as patient requested for Doctors visit. Unmanaged log record written in the back of the old letter head as the nurse didn’t provide the new letter head for record details. 24.01.2023

    One star rating is still more.. Never seen nurse like this anywhere.. "emergency depart" They are just interested to make a joke on patients and the visitor of the patient. I wish I could upload the picture of that nurse.. Worst service ever given to us..

    Had an appointment to see the doctor today at 11:00 am. The doctor has not come yet, as it is close to my house, I often come here for checkup. The quality of service is poor compared to the medical fees of the hospital. Patients feel uncomfortable while waiting for a long time. Many patients are waiting outside the ward after being admitted to the hospital. It is necessary to upgrade the level and quality of hospital services. I think the specialist services of this hospital are appropriate. I want the hospital management to improve the quality of service by studying the reviews of the customers

    The doctor often makes patients wait for over an hour in cardiology department , and there are instances where they don't even show up, instructing individuals who aren't in good health to go back home. This situation is disheartening, and disappointing.
