waiting

crowded,
and
it
seemed
like
the
hospital
was
understaffed,
as
patients
were
waiting
outside
the
ward
after
being
admitted.
This
lack
of
proper
management
and
organization
made
me
question
the
hospital's
commitment
to
providing
quality
care
to
its
patients.
While
the
specialist
services
offered
by
the
hospital
are
appropriate,
I
believe
that
the
hospital
management
needs
to
invest
in
improving
the
quality
of
service
by
paying
attention
to
customer
feedback.
The
high
medical
fees
charged
by
the
hospital
do
not
seem
to
match
the
level
of
service
provided.
In
my
opinion,
the
hospital
needs
to
upgrade
its
standard
and
quality
of
service,
and
hire
more
qualified
staff
to
provide
timely
and
efficient
care
to
patients.
The
ultimate
goal
of
any
hospital
should
be
to
save
the
patient's
life,
not
to
make
it
worse.
I
hope
my
feedback
can
help
them
improve
their
services
and
provide
better
care
to
their
patients
in
the
future.
