Very incompetent in terms of customer service. They should seriously consider respecting the value of the time of visitors. I called them in the morning. I was asked to come at 3 pm. At 3 pm, the staff said the wait would be at least an hour. So we decided to run a quick errand and come back in an hour. Later the team said no matter when the patient arrived; the wait would still be one hour. It was 5.45 when our turn came. Hello! Aren't we in the 21st century? There are tons of means to manage the customer crowd. Even mediocre restaurants are effectively using such means. The institution that claims itself as a hospital should at least have knowledge of that.

Dr and staff could learn some humility and respect peoples time. Why take more and more patient and make them wait knowingly it will take 3-4 hours just for 2 minutes consultation. If we are told it will be long wait, we can come another day. Our time is precious too. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to any one.

My mom did the laser treatment from this hospital which was recommended by Dr. Lalan. At the beginning he said it could take about 8 sessions and with each session it takes about 5k for the treatment and everytime they recommend different medicines and with medicines included the expenses become so high. Now about 6-7 session when my mother asked the doctor he said it will take 7-8 more sessions for that to be treated. I don’t know if the treatment session varies for different skin types but i dont think it’s at all reliable. We are extremely disappointed. Atleast they could’ve done is inform from the beginning about the treatment and its prices clearly and not just be business based.

Doctors and staff have absolutely no respect for patients and their time. Even if doctor is busy, they keep on taking patients. They will say it will take some time but they won't say it will take 2 or 3 hours. They won't even give us the choice of waiting or not waiting. A Dr visit shouldn't take one whole day. There's no privacy aswell. There are better options. Not recommended

i had birthmark on leftside of my neck. I had no idea that it can be removed too. With my friend's suggestion, i went to this hospital and finally i got rid of that mark. Very good service....i loves it!😀😃

I am impressed by the results i got , i did prp on my skin and hair, and the changes are prominent. Worst hospital I have ever been.The doctor is very rude if you want your doctor to be polite and give proper consultation then surely this is not a place for you.I think the doctor who is there all the time when you visit should really improve his tone while talking to the patient and should not pass really mean comment to his patients.The doctor could have really exhausting day so I may find him rude but whatever reason it is there should be manner of speaking to your patient.I had a horrible experience been there.I have given a star just because I am not able to post this on blank.I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL. My tattoo was infected. After visiting the hospital, Dr. Merina manandhar cleaned and did some dressing in my tattoo. After that she provided some medicine & ointments. After that my tattoo healed completely. Satisfied with the service.

Very unprofessional staff. Didn't inform that we had to call to set an appointment to visit on Saturdays beforehand and when I told them that we were not informed about it, started making excuses that they inform everyone that go there. When I insisted that we were not informed and if they could add me to today's list and that I'll call from next week onwards because I have work on weekdays, started to talk very impolitely, even when it was clearly their fault of not informing me. I would never leave a bad review. But I haven't seen customer service this poor. Would not recommend going here. And FYI, I only visited the hospital once and the doctor only saw me for 1 minute LITERALLY and we got charged over 4k. If it were possible, I would have given a 0 rating for the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Very nice and friendly doctors and must say environment. There’s lots of improvement in my skin condition with their treatment. Highly recommended!! The service and advice given by the staff are excellent I am satisfied with the progress and results so far. I was really let down by how they seemed to overlook my time. I made sure to arrive on time, but I ended up waiting a full 2 hours before it was finally my turn. However, I must say, the doctor was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful.

I have spent more than 50thousand but results is in -1% thank to god if it works bcz name called Dr lalan khatiwada for whom you are paying 600 for visit is sitting there to blame you not going to give you solution. He is only there to make your bills big and add you more medicines every time you visit.

Visited for acne treatment and used medicine as prescribed and did regular follow up for 2 months but my acne remained same but now I have visited another clinic and the result is quite impressive in just 3 months.

I plan to visit this hospital but i saw many comments up there, somebody tell me this hospital was good or not for acne problem on face..... !
