While
I
understand
that
hospitals

I
believe
there
are
areas

improvements

the
benefit
of
both
patients
and
visitors.

Registration
Section
Closure:
I
encountered
an
issue
with
the
registration
section
being
closed
during
my
visit,
which
caused
inconvenience.
It
would
be
helpful
to
have
more
consistent
operating
hours
or
clear
communication
regarding
when
the
registration
section
is
open
or
closed.

Visitor
Treatment:
Unfortunately,
during
my
visit,
I
observed
instances
where
patients
and
visitors
were
not
treated
with
the
respect
and
compassion
that
they
deserve.
It's
essential
to
ensure
that
all
individuals
are
treated
with
kindness
and
understanding,
regardless
of
their
circumstances.

Frustration
Among
Women
and
Older
Patients:
I
noticed
that
women
and
older
patients
appeared
frustrated,
tired,
and
stressed
during
their
time
at
the
hospital.
It
happened
due
to
the
closure
of
registration
section
and
not
being
communicated
about
it
at
the
same
time
there
was
no
one
aware
about
it
and
to
guide
properly.

Improving
the
waiting
area
environment
and
processes
could
help
alleviate
this.
*
Management:
From
my
perspective,
there
seemed
to
be
issues
with
management,
particularly
in
terms
of
coordination
and
communication.
Effective
management
is
crucial
to
ensuring
a
smooth
and
efficient
hospital
experience.
I
believe
that
Dhulikhel
Hospital
has
the
potential
to
provide
excellent
healthcare
services
to
the
community.
Addressing
these
issues
could
contribute
to
a
more
positive
experience
for
patients
and
visitors
alike.
