Great services, excellent location, and well-designed infrastructure. Reasonable in terms of cost as well. Easy to navigate, friendlier staff, good food at canteen. Overall, a 'Hospitable Hospital'. Recommended hospital around Kathmandu. Parking may be a problem.

Dhulikhel hospital is basically a community oriented hospital. It is one of the hospital with best infrastructures and medical facilities in Nepal. The costs of medical procedures, medical check ups and medications are a little bit cheaper and accessible to the general public in my experience but with no any compromise in patient care rather better than most of the other hospitals. The out patient department opens till 6 p.m. and the emergency service goes all around the clock 24-7. Dhulikhel hospital is not just a hospital but it is a teaching hospital with multiple academic faculty running together under the same roof. Dhulikhel hospital provides a perfect academic environment for students of various medical fields like MBBS, BDS, Pcl nursing, Bsc. Nursing, BMW, BNS, BPT along with post graduate degrees in many medical subjects. Problem based learning is the principle teaching learning technique. And I am also a student here🙏😄

You can conveniently smoke inside the hospital premise, wearing issued ID Card. Highly recommend.

We waited more than 4 hours just for doctor to arrive at emergency. Still waiting for the doctor. They should know how critical the patience will be on emergency department and fulfill doctors requirement in the ward. Poor management

If you cant hire more staff kindly separate cash counter, report counter and sample counter, for insurance holder patient and for normal patient. Just for random test we have to spend a whole day in hospital. cash counter 2 hour. for blood sample 1 hour for report 1 hour for medicine 2 hour Open your eyes management team !!! Its time to wake up, pack your stuff and go for sightseeing at your hospital by yourself.

One of the best Hospitals in the Nepal 🇳🇵. Dhulikhel Hospital provide very good health care and treatment for different age groups from children to old peoples. They provide 70% discount in purchasing general medicine and free general test like x-ray, ECG to their students which makes very easy to get treatment. Although this is a very good Hospital but there is only one x-ray machine which makes patients to stand in line for many hours and medicines purchasing counter are very few people have to stand in line for hours and hours, they could hire more staff or more counter and tickets system will be very helpful so that patients can follow easily Covid-19 rule as well as they can sit and wait for turns without standing in line for many hours which will help patients more comfortable.

Dhulikhel Hospital is an independent, not-for-profit, non-government hospital. It is basically a community-oriented hospital that provides affordable health care services. It has one of the best, cleanest, and most well-designed infrastructures. easy to navigate and more affordable than most hospitals, with no difference in patient care for medical operations, checkups, and prescriptions. Expect to wait in long lines because they offer the majority of health services under one roof. As a result, many cases are referred from other regions of the country, and individuals from surrounding districts come here for checkups and emergencies. The emergency service is available round-the-clock, 24/7, and the outpatient department is open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Dear Dhulikhel Hospital Management, I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an experience at your hospital that I would like to share in the hope of helping to improve your services. While I understand that hospitals can be busy places, I believe there are areas where improvements can be made for the benefit of both patients and visitors. * Registration Section Closure: I encountered an issue with the registration section being closed during my visit, which caused inconvenience. It would be helpful to have more consistent operating hours or clear communication regarding when the registration section is open or closed. * Visitor Treatment: Unfortunately, during my visit, I observed instances where patients and visitors were not treated with the respect and compassion that they deserve. It's essential to ensure that all individuals are treated with kindness and understanding, regardless of their circumstances. * Frustration Among Women and Older Patients: I noticed that women and older patients appeared frustrated, tired, and stressed during their time at the hospital. It happened due to the closure of registration section and not being communicated about it at the same time there was no one aware about it and to guide properly. * Improving the waiting area environment and processes could help alleviate this. * Management: From my perspective, there seemed to be issues with management, particularly in terms of coordination and communication. Effective management is crucial to ensuring a smooth and efficient hospital experience. I believe that Dhulikhel Hospital has the potential to provide excellent healthcare services to the community. Addressing these issues could contribute to a more positive experience for patients and visitors alike. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that my feedback can contribute to ongoing improvements. If you would like further details or suggestions on how to address these concerns, please feel free to contact me at any time. Thank you for your commitment to providing quality healthcare.

Top hospital with a large university, standard and medical expertise can compete with European university hospitals, especially cardiology, gastroenterology, gynecology, orthopedics. Medicine for everyone and with a sense of proportion.

They don’t have any professionalism. I went to dermatology department today and was directed to visit room no. 4. When I was at room 4, the door was closed and I knocked but nobody responded. So I opened the door and found out that two doctors were have some private time, felt awkward but as a patient I ignored everything. But the way the doctor communicated, I felt so disappointed that I thought of never visiting Dhulikhel hospital again. Thanks.

Very unprofessional doctors and staffs. Careless about what the are doing and how they are doing. Focusing on personal chats during treatment. Zero proper counselling, poor management of equipments during treatment process. Don't know the name of the doctors. Probably never going back to the hospital even though its just next to my house. Good hospital poor workers.
