I visited this hospital to check my ear because I had a pain. In the counter, they charged me 57$ just for the visit. When we asked them why this cost, they told us that because we’re foreigners.. I understand to pay extra for the tourist attractions but not to the hospital! Even to my country, no private hospital costs 57$.. not even then half. Not recommended at all. In the end, I stayed for 10 minutes to the doctor because my pain wasn’t something.

Cannot describe how bad this hospital is. Everyone is incompetent, nobody cares about the patient. It's a hospital consisting of a bunch of people who don't want to come to do their job but can't find another job so they stick here unmotivated. Just super high charges for super poor services. Doesn't even have a CT Scan here so they do MRI for everything and charge even more. I've come here many times and every time, I think this is going to be the last time but then again give it a chance again. But no more now. Absolutely the last freaking time, better go to any other hospital.

One of the best Hospital in KTM. Neat,clean place. There is also Vehicle parking area. And Resting area/Waiting area. You can visit your partner/Patient mostly at 4pm if they are admit in this hospital. There is good bathroom facility. It's near to the Road so,it will be easy for transportation.

May be the best neuro center in Nepal but not good enough. Doctors need to be more empathetic as well. Poor facilities ( merely cold steel benches) for the patient's near ones and smug guards passing nasty comments.

Pure Business rather than understand patient's need and condition. Had to admit before hand for a simple surgery just to sleep, no any test done and no any medicine given. No proper behaviour either by Dr. So called Head of Department, nurse (not all) and cleaning staff.

The hospital is good but long queues seriously suck. Especially when you consider the premium price tag it has. Else a great hospital for neurological dieases!!!

Hospital area is very peaceful. parking area is also quite big. The hospital is very clean. And the main thing is that the service provided by the hospital is satisfying. All the staff are friendly. And doctors are experienced. They consultant very nicely.

worst customer service, receptionist and query department seems to be very rude. Rarely answers queries. Might provide good treatment, however behavior towards patients should be highly improved.

They care about money and they don’t have time for patients

Worst management. More than 2 hours Basda pani palo naaune. And stay clam re, 30+ MR ekai patak dr sanga business garna aaune. Staffs have no concern about the patient. Not visiting again

Overall the experience inside the hospital is pretty good. But, we are not satisfied with the restroom facility as there was no water, not good infrastructure etc. Since, restroom is very important part of any facility it should be taken care perfectly so that everyone will feel welcome in the hospital. Being, the Neuro hospital and dealing with thousands of neuro patients, comboard facility should be provided to the patients.

Best place complete neurological check up by experienced doctors in the field. Opened space, good parking place, no parking charge. Slight expensive but quality comes with price.

Services and facilities were up to the mark. Fresh environment around hospital periphery.

10 THINGS THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED AS A PATIENT IN THIS HOSPITAL : 1) Good services from medical staff (nurses), 2) cleaning/helping sisters are awesome (huge respect to them ), 3)Nice place (very less noise), 4) BTW that one physiotherapist lady , one with 10kgs of makeup nurse and the older nurses those who don't wear white apron (on the basis of their work time at this hospital) aren't good with patients as compared to the new ones. 5) Lil bit costly.(not TONS OF tho) 6) need to hang some 🖼️ in the wards. 7) if the management is reading this "PLEASE DO INSTALL SPRAY IN EVERY EUROPEAN WASHROOM 🙏🙏🙏" 8) doctor's visit is like HI/HELLO 👋, ok byebye. But they study cardex and do consult. 9) guards are terrible 😔 10) not good facilities for visitors ( those who came from far places as they need sleep on the open ground which is f**** Hell in cold season).

Disappointed with the service and cost at this hospital. We paid 57$ for 10 minutes to talk with the doctor! This hospital is 100% for business. Not recommend it at all.

Upendra Devkota Memorial Hospital NEURO Hospital Well MAINTAINED. Clean and Spacious. Fast Treatment PROTOCAL. Super Speciality In Neuro MRI WITH 1.5 Tesla. HOWEVER Canteen is Hospital.. Is below average. TEA IS WORST OF ALL.

The staff of the pathology is not even ready to talk with pt nicely.she must make comfortable pt first . Everywhere we used todo blood test every pathologist used to . explain pt what are the test for n the lady is not ready to explain when I ask her wts the test for she asked to come for class . This is not the way to talk with patients. She must explain wt is the test n uses of test clearly. who will tell patient to come for class if u want to know about test nobody will talk like this .

It was not crowded @5:15PM however the token number queue was many.

Today our family have beautiful time because of our sister back from Hospital! We are really apprised to the Dr Subash's team and well managed Hospital team ! Thanks for everything 🙏

Good hospital

Excellent hospital in Nepal for Neuro Surgery and affiliated diseases. Hospital area is peaceful and healthy. Staff are great at service. Though it can be little expensive, cost compared to given treatment and medical facilities may be balanced. Situated just 1 km away from Naryangopal chowck, it is a excellent hospital to treat your diseases.

Firstly, Thanks to Nirmala Maharjan (front desk incharge) for being so kind and helpful. She would literally hold the patient's hand and take them to every required departments until the issue is solved. Thanks mam. You give so much mental peace to us by your generous service in particular. Talking about the hospital, it's really professional and doesn't take much time but yes, the medical testing prices seems little higher as compared to other hospitals. Suggestion - Try reaching out to experienced doctors in OPD. I mean the one who are little old and have seen much more patients than new doctors. They will have good ways of treatment.
