Zero stars but for review a single one. Worst Experience Ever. Worst Administration and management and expensive low quality services due to lack of their administrative experience. Doctors lack time value and Online appointment is just a waste or showpiece. Found staffs are good but lack enthusiasm due to improper administrative management and uneven payload distribution. Checking on private chose somewhere you feel you paid and deserved the service. Not recommended at all. Any toilet shows the status of that place check it out.

I could have given -5 stars if it was possible. Got stool routine check for my daughter and the result showed nothing .. so doctor didn't prescribe the right medication. As the condition didn't improve next day I made same check with other lab it showed Leukocyte. This was not the first time they fail to show right lab report but for sure it would be last time i would use or refer to anyone. PLEASE DONT PLAY WITH PATIENT'S LIFE!!!!

Good and clean environment emergency services ambulance service

You have to be fit and fine and walk to the hospital to have your full body check as OPD otherwise seprate tests- same as full body check up has to be done with extra charges. What a logic from their billing section and probably management. Bravo👏 Bill clearance is the most important factor here. Staffs not equipped for slightly serious case as well. Diagnosis of the real reason or disease is not confirmed even after numerous tests( Adding one after another- probably just to hide their incompetence) but billing has to be done accurately and timely. That’s their priority. ICU & HCU (Whole hospital)feels like the bus station because of the construction noise going on early morning at 6 am and the hospital does not care about their patients wellbeing. The hospital Lab wants the patients all the tests from their lab & pharmarcy wants us to buy medicine only from them and the same goes with the Lab in the hsopital. Pathetic service in the name of hospital just to earn money. No place to stay for patient’s relative and No Washrooms. This is probably the reason that there are no patients in the hospital. It is very expensive in comparision to hospital’s facilities & services. Not recommended coz it’s worse than government hospital. Only good thing was that the doctors are good & professional, that’s it otherwise it should be a Zero star.

I have the worst experience in this hospital I should have never gonna there. They don't even care bout theirs patients. Wast of money and waste of time. It make me sick thinking bout it. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER GONNA THERE.

The services are very poor, charges very high, unhygenic and dirty , not so well equipped labs , No alliances with other local business because of poor reputation and ethics of the business. On top of it , The owner of the place Chandra Bdr Lama is charged with fraud with allegations of misappropriation of funds from several coopeartives and self-enrichment from corporate funds. Once electoral candidate of Kavre he is a Political mafia protected by Nepali Congress Leader Shashank Koirala , He gives open life-threats to people opposing his behaviour. This hospital stands on the ethics of virtueless nepalese political scoundrels. Please do not visit or promote this hospital till he surenders his interest in the hospital. Good Luck. This hospital is near the tinkune bridge. Hospital building is big and has almost all essential facilities, including many opd doctors. The hospital has not a lot of patients, so it's not too much crowded. They have 24-hour emergency service as well as pharmacy. Has decent parking space.

The emergency room service is very poor. The ECG machine in the emergency room needs to be replaced with the new one.The hospital stay charges are too much.They said bed charge is 4200 per day and later they added 4000 extra per day for the couch that was ridiculous where any other hospital would provide in the cabin free of cost.The doctors are fine but the administration is very poor. From the reception to the Lab.

Was there today for my wife. Dr. Roshan Yadav was a nice and efficient doctor. We were satisfied with his service. The reception, radiology ( xray) and lab was good except the a lady who drew blood. She did not know how to draw blood.
