It's Good enough to be called a hospital now. It began as a small clinic more than 60 years ago. The Service provided here is limited but has the basics from dental to Ortho and ENT kids department etc. It is well equipped with a 24 hrs emergency ward and Inpatients ward for Certain ailments only. The best Part is the heavy Discount and Free in the morning shifts for people less able to afford.

Nowadays the service and quality of this hospital has degreded beyond imagination. Worst possible management.. staff are also rude, ignorant and irresponsible.. had to wait 2 hrs to give blood sample and 1 and half hours just to receive the report. Service ko demand kati cha and staff le kasari kaam bhyairako cha.. management ko dhyaan jaaos!!!

I dont even want to give them a single star. Oct 11 around 7 pm my brother had a high fever and when i went to the Emergency ward the phenomenom was unbearable we have to keep the patient outside and the nurse didnt coordinate with us properly and more when I asked about something they said like come next week the doctor is not available now Worst service ever Improvise it otherwise you will downfall very soon

Worst staff and worst doctor. fk nepali. Doctors aren’t punctual. Inquiry staffs ignore patients and talk to their family memeber using office phone to ask for everyday milk powder. Only if I could punch that evening fat tall lady staff, I was in emergency but she just kept on talking abt her family groceries in call. I would like to punch you when you are out.

Nearby and affordable hospital so went in for blood tests only not check up . The most ridiculous thing is that when the blood sample was given at 8 am gives report was to be collected at 6 pm and even on going at that time they hadn't finished up doing the tests. How much more slow can one service be? It's better to go to other facilities by paying a little extra because at least they do the reports on time and give it in time.. the reports here probably won't even come that accurate if it's delayed for so many hours! Disappointed.

One of the WORST hospitals in Kathmandu.They need to work on their management and reliability. Waited almost an hour for tickets just to find out the doctor is not available today. When i went to the " INQUIRY'S" ask that person over there he was very rude to me and not answering to my question properly. The Staffs are " RUDE " " Arrogant" and " IRRESPONSIBLE ". The hospital must do something.

Quick response in emergency ward 24/7

Compare to other hospital it’s cheap.. it’s written free clinic but you have to pay… worst thing is you need to wait for very long hours for ticket and also to see a doctor like 4/5 hours… they will say doctor will be available this time but they were never on their time… very unprofessional… sitting area also not comfortable with old chairs…I mention it because you have to wait very long time just because of Doctor..atleast Doctor should be on time… most of their staff very rude also… I wish someone teach them how to behave with patients…

Although it is just a clinic, it has done tremendous job in providing healthcare services to local at very affordable cost.

I called around 7 a.m. to see if the doctor that I am seeing is on leave or not (because last time he was on leave), and the lady who received the call said they don't know if the doctor will come or not as he has not been arriving at the hospital lately. I said okay; call the doctor and ask if he will come to the hospital or not. They still continue to say the same stuff that they don't know about his availability. I even asked for the doctor's number so that I could correspond with him. But they refused to give me the number and hung up on me. Most of the staff are irresponsible and provide the worst customer service. Plus, we have to wait in line for a ticket and another 1-2 hours for the doctor as well.

Pharmacy out the front has 0 care and 0 effort. They will find more meaning in their lives when they approach things with a positive mindset and a helpful attitude :)

Staff are behaving so rude and not helpful for their patients

The doctor I met was very friendly and had a good nature, but the ticket cost is 150 in the morning and 450 in the afternoon. Which is quite expensive so I don't like it.

Very Bad experience in OPD with some doctors. They use to said that they are on leave at the last movement at the same time we have already wait for them more than one hours. This is so bad experience with this hospital. Very worse experience with gastroenterology doctor Bishnu Prasad Shrestha.

Overall experience was good. Eye Doctor was really good but the person who was on enquiry was rude he wasn’t answering my questions he was ignoring me all the time i had to wait like 10-15min to get answer for my questions.

Dr. Kishor was too good, he is understanding all in one patient feelings and find out the problems. Nurse’s are good, But worst management team and there’s no communicate each other specially Gastroenterologist. They have self ago and attitude. I am not recommended. When I had visit there , I was feel like I’m waste of time & money😊 But highly recommended to Dr. Kishor

Nurses are fine but Dr bishnu shrestha gastrologist is the worst doctor ever very arrogant irresponsible careless.I visited a lot but is never on time and awful behaviour.How come Hospital hire such doctor's very embarrassing.

Better place in town for medical treatement. Space and capacity should be increased.

bad sanitation, nurse didn't wear gloves or wash her hands before injecting the patient. washrooms were worse, test results take too long, nurses are extremely rude towards sick and incapable patients. hopefully you improve, Healthcare workers are always appreciated tho thank you.

The hospital features/services are great but lab test department, billing counter for OPD service and dental department personnel behaviour are too rude that may fall down the reputation of this hospital so management has to take necessary action to improve on those department. I've visited many gyno docs here they're pretty good, most recent one I had visited is ENT and the doc is amazing, really friendly and knows how to do interact + ask questions + write diagnosis and do it quick as well. you won't feel like it's a waste of money/time either cause he explaines what happened too! [ love the docs who actually put effort into interacting with their patients instead of just writing off meds and sending them off ] and I also had visited dermatology here back in the days though I would say they need to improve their other systems at work because we can't even do a single X RAY in the hospital. other than that I would say it's a pretty alright hospital at the very least, cheap, most of the staff I've met are friendly too and not too bad.
